Nothing hotel denied to give us rooms as hotel was over booked. As per hotel blunder was done by Booking.com. be responsible don't take Booking and put customer like me into loads of trouble.

Nothing ,very poor hotel . Please noone go there it is unsafe for you becsuse they throw away you at any cost

This property didnt give the room for us. We prebooked the 4 delux rooms but we wait there for an hour after that the staff told us booking is cancelled. But my booking through booking .com didnt cancelled but they refuse to give rooms we steped out there ,our first visit to trissur we ddnt know abut the place we round and round it is a unsafe hotel. They didnt bother anything about our safety nothing they only need money . They give rooms for direct custmers even after we booked online . Very poor hotel in my experiance

Wifi signal is very low...

Poor arrangements for completing the checking. I waited there around one hour for checking. Very much irritating and inconvenient... Behaviour of the staff was not friendly and not satisfying

Offer amount not accept the hotel mor 300 rupees extra charging
