The staff were fantastic, extremely helpful. The room was very comfortable, with daily servicing and everything one could need.

The rooms were so cozy and clean! We drove in late, but the staff was happy to check us in and even recommended places to eat since we were starving after our drive. The location is perfect, just a short walk to the strip. Definitely recommend this place!

Very conveniently located within walking distance of Gatlinburg restaurants and attractions.

Just a block from the strip, but so quiet. Rooms are remodeled, but feel like a throw back. Exceptionally clean and comfortable . Pool is older, but very clean in and around it, and the lounge chairs are awesome. Owners and staff are so nice and helpful. Check in and check out are easy. Loved the access to the creek and as you sit by the pool you can hear the creek.

We had a wonderful stay at Marshall's Creek. The rooms had a cabin feel. We loved the decor and the stone walls. I was really surprised at how sound proof they seemed. Only a short walk to all the shops!

The rooms were small but that wasn't an issue for us. They provided chairs, a luggage rack and even a fold up table. Place was perfect for a short stay. Owners were super sweet too!

The convenience to downtown Gatlinburg was great, especially the little coffee shop in The Village!

The beds were terribly uncomfortable and we had to switch beds each night so someone could get a decent night's sleep.
