The poll was great and location was ideal

Bed was hard as a rock and ac didn’t work great but did work

Easy to find location. Hotel was clean, staff was very helpful when our key card quit working.

Noticed sheets on beds were old (rips, stained) but they were clean.

Ease of booking a room, very deceiving.

The room I was issued was one of the last that wasn't remodeled and had all the old broken overflow in it, the mattress springs were exposed. They offered to put me in another room my question is why didn't they do that in the beginning? Looked like they had tenants living there as well, very run down.

Not as clean as a facility should be

Great location near the freeway. Comfortable enough for a stay. AC was good for the summer heat. We used this as a cheaper base to go to Zion, which was about an hour away.

Could have been cleaned a bit better. Found some hair in the showers.

La piscina funcionaba y estaba limpia. Tienen máquina de hielo y las ammenities del cuarto están bien.

La moqueta de la habitación está bastante sucia y como quemada, las deberían cambiar, así como otros desperfectos como faltaba la lámpara del baño y se veía toda la suciedad etc. Necesita renovarse un poco.

Location value and clean

Not a thing

I got to my room and there was no flip over lock at the top. It was broken in half there was urine on the toilet seat. There’s black mold in the fans in the bathroom and there’s no cover on it so you can see it. Vanity has two out of four lightbulbs, there is something sprayed all over the ceiling, like pop, or some thing, the desk hadn’t been wiped off. There was food on it still and it smells bad in here. I went to the night manager and asked him if I could have a different room because I am a female by myself and I didn’t feel safe in this room and he told me it would be fine. Just lock the deadbolt at the bottom, so I went through and wipe down all of the bathroom and cleaned it myself wiped off the desk so I did not sleep good because of the door
