Had a great 4 day trip. When we arrived at the condo we were greeted with margaritas and some snacks. Paul, the concierge, showed us the unit and how everything worked. We all loved our stay at the Hacienda and look forward to coming back.

We are an adult family of 4 and had two friends join us. The condo is very large, well-furnished and beautiful. It has 4 large bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms-each bed was comfortable. There is a new bunk room (converted from a former office) that has a powder bath attached. It was very well done. We have stayed in two other condos at the Hacienda. All of them have been wonderful but what makes this one special is the outdoor space with its own pool as well as all of the included amenities (concierge, fully stocked kitchen and bathroom, etc). We hope to be able to return soon.

Very safe and very clean. Much bigger than the pictures. Private residence with resort accommodations. Everyone very friendly.

Wow !! Just wow ! Every single thing about the property and the amazing concierge Paul . There was not one missing thing . Just amazing ! Much better in person ! Had a chef come make dinner one night . Went on a amazing boat with just the 6 of us . Paul helped arrange it all . Including airport transfer. And IV at the house the morning we are leaving to help with the hang o era ! Very clean , fresh flowers everywhere ! We will definitely be back for a little longer next year !!

The place was beautiful! The concierge Paul was the best! Everything was perfect!

We stayed over the New Year's Holiday with my family: husband, 20 yo son, twin 16 yo girl and boy. Each of us have very different interests but we all had a wonderful time. My husband enjoyed the villa hot tub, beautiful and comfortable outdoor living, and the ease of walking into San Lucas for dinners. I went horseback riding, pickle, deep sea fishing, SCUBA diving. Paul was essential for making all of the reservations an easy process and the vendors were excellent. His worth cannot be overstated. The twins enjoyed lounging at the pool, joining on outings, and walking along the beach. We had the chef Paul recommended for 4 dinners and 3 breakfasts. She was lovely and the convenience was well worth the price. Robin was super communicative and answered all of my questions and continued to make sure everything was going well. She has a great partnership with Paul (concierge). She has plans to continue to add to the outdoor living space - I can't wait to see it. The unit itself is absolutely gorgeous! and comfortable, everything is in excellent working order and well stocked for cooking. Shampoo/conditioner/body lotion are great quality and she even provided bug spray and sunscreen spray (I'd still bring your own) just in case you forgot. The daily housekeeping was super helpful and she's very friendly and reliable. The in unit washer dryer are huge and work very well. There is also a hanging clothes line for delicates. The den is now converted to bunk beds and has a half bath. It's tight in there, but fine for sleeping. The mattress is really comfortable. The furnishings and decor are just so lovely. It feels like being home, except you're in Cabo! We are recommending this place to all of our friends and will be back.

Just returned after 4 nights at the Hacienda Beach Club. The location was great an easy walk to the marina and all the restaurants. The unit is great with all the amenities and such a large space. The pool on your deck is the way to go. Paul the host is a great guy and gave us many tips for the area. We charted a boat for a sunset open bar cruise with a chef on board for another great meal. Played some pickleball a first and enjoyed the game. Looking forward to returning soon for some fishing next trip. The unit is highly recommended to feel like a real VIP.
