My family and I had an incredible stay here over Christmas. The listing was accurate and the condo itself was above and beyond our expectations. Plenty of space for the three of us, we could have had a few more people join and still be comfortable. Beds were comfortable, everything was clean and the kitchen had everything we needed. All instructions were clear and Kathy was quick to respond to any questions. Best of all, we were merely steps from the beach which for my daughter was just magical! Waking up to the sound and gorgeous views of the ocean was so restorative. Our family enjoyed that this location on Amelia is a bit quieter than other spots, and it’s super close to Fort Clinch State Park which was incredible to explore! The building is quiet, clean and so convenient with an elevator, covered parking and just a few steps to having your toes in the sand! We’re so grateful to have found this lovely home. If you’re trying to choose between this and other listings, I highly recommend this gorgeous place! We are already daydreaming about our next trip!

We had a great time! Good location for shopping in historic Fernandina!!! Great recommendations for food! good A Positive is that it is next to a restaurant with good food! A little negative is that it is right next to the restaurant.

This was a relaxing and refreshing week for my cousin and me. We entered a very clean and spacious condo. We loved the design and layout, with ocean views from every room. The kitchen was well equipped, the furnishings were very nice and in really good condition, the beds were so comfortable: the queen was a sleep by number, the twin beds were firm, yet comfortable. The bathrooms had plenty of room, especially the master. In the main living area and dining room there were large windows and a sliding glass door providing great views of the ocean. Our host was always available and responded quickly. Though there is a restaurant to the front left of the condo, we still had glorious views and could hear the waves crashing on the shore. We would love to come back and stay here again! We so enjoyed our stay!

Great location and plenty of room beach front. Do wish the restaurant AC was not so noisy and the roof quite so close. Excellent to walk places, close to town and lovely being beachfront. Plenty of room in the condo. Twin bedroom can get a little warm and fan helps. Owner very responsive.

My wife and I enjoyed our stay. The condo was amazing with clean rooms and appropriately furnished and stocked kitchen. The view of the beach and ocean exceptionally nice. Check in was easy as was check out. I will definitely return to this condo in the future.

We had another wonderful stay at this beach condo and have already booked again for next summer. I love waking up to watch the sunrise on the balcony. Location is perfect - super close to the water (no long never ending boardwalk walks), two restaurants within walking distance, and a short five minute drive to downtown area. I'm already counting down the days until next year!

The small bedroom with the twin beds can get a little hot because of the removal of the wall unit that was previously in the room. Otherwise amazing place to stay. We really enjoyed it and will come back again.

I’ve stayed in so many Vrbo’s in several cities and this one was the best. It was so well stocked and had everything we needed. Location was great. You have 2 restaurants, park, putt putt, basketball courts, skateboard park and of course the beach all within walking distance. Elevator was a plus! Property manager communicated with us before and after arrival. We didn’t have to contact her because everything was perfect. I was extremely impressed with how clean the place was. I was shocked with how well stocked the place was. We didn’t cook but if we did, they had spices and all sorts of cooking supplies. Plenty of beach towels, beach chairs, sand toys, and even 3 bikes. Yes the air conditioner from the restaurant did drown out the waves but just walk out to the beach! When you were inside the condo, you did not hear it. The views inside the condo were amazing. Loved watching the dolphins in the evening. Thank you for sharing your condo, our family made unforgettable memories!

I definitely enjoyed my time at the beach here. Its a great location, right on main beach. Parking was a nice covered spot, took us a few minutes to find our spot. Check in was a little confusing but we figured it out. The condo was nice and lots of space. It was pretty clean but I found several hairs in the bathroom which always grosses me out. There were several spiders in the bathroom and ants in the kitchen. It was a bit of an older building and your at the beach so that's expected a bit. We couldn't leave any food out in the kitchen as ants would cover it within minutes. The thing I was the most bummed about was the balcony. I rented this place so we could enjoy the balcony. I brought my elderly mother who can't get out to the beach as much as she would like and we were all so excited to sit on the balcony and listen to the sounds of the ocean. There is a restaurant right in front of the balcony and all you can hear is their air conditioners running 24/7 and it blocks half of the view. They are loud and it blows hot air on the balcony. We unfortunately did not get to enjoy the balcony and it was a bit misleading as none of the pictures show that. The pool was shared with the hotel next door. It was always so packed we couldn't find a spot but it was a cute little pool. All in all we enjoyed our stay. Thanks for sharing your home with us.

Wonderful oceanfront unit in a great location. Easy to access Egans Creek for morning bike rides, and stop in town for a late lunch. Unit is well appointed, new appliances, comfortable beds, and all the comforts of home!

We have stayed here quite a few times and keep coming back. It is always clean and we love the location and the ocean views from all rooms. Definitely will be back!! Beds super comfy also!

We had a wonderful time. The only disappointment was not knowing a beach restaurant was in front of condo and we had to listen to their compressors 24/7. We couldn’t totally enjoy the sounds of the ocean waves. We did however enjoy the outstanding views and the location of the unit.

Lovely stay! The location and accommodations were beyond incredible. Very clean, everything we needed was available. Views are surreal. My 6 and 3 year olds loved every second of the trip. Thank you so much!

We just returned from a lovely and cozy Christmas stay at this property. This is one of the most comfortable beach condos that I've stayed in. We all slept so wonderfully in the comfy beds. It was unusually frigid weather so we spent a lot of time indoors, but still felt like we were enjoying the beach with the AMAZING views from every room! I made sure to open the blinds early every morning to watch the sunrise over the ocean. The pictures don't even do the views justice - for it is impossible to capture such beauty through a camera! The condo was very well appointed and had everything that we needed. The location is great. A very short drive to the downtown area, and we even ventured out in the cold to walk to the Sandbar Restaurant next door - great food - make sure and try the nachos! We have booked again for next summer and can't wait to visit again!

My sister & I loved our stay. Even with the wind & rain, the view of the waves was wonderful. Comfy, cozy, well-appointed. Nice to be next to restaurant.

Very nice property in a great location. We've stayed in many places on Amelia Island, and enjoyed this property very much for the price. One thing I liked is that it's an end unit, so the view from the master bedroom is far reaching. There are great views, both east and south in this condo!

We booked this condo for a girls trip and it was perfect. It had the perfect location, close to downtown and right on the beach. It was quiet and peacful. The inside was nice and clean and the beds were extremly comfortable!

This was a perfect VaCa in every way! The condo was perfect for our getaway for the week, & enjoyed our son joining us for a short visit as well. Great location, convenient to everything & we enjoyed the beautiful ocean view! Loved it!

Every year my daughters and I try to do a girls weekend together in a different area. This year we chose Amelia Island and had a wonderful weekend together. This property was exactly as described. Kitchen amenities fit our needs, beds and baths worked perfectly for us. Location was also perfect for our wants. Within walking distance of a few restaurants and right on the beach. (One of my daughters did find a sharks tooth). It was wonderful watching the sunrise over the ocean from the balcony each morning. Approximately 2 miles away was downtown Fernandina Beach. This was a great walking area with numerous stores and restaurants. If the opportunity arises I would definitely stay here again.

Very nice property, gorgeous ocean view. I loved that the beach was just a quick walk down, close to downtown and had everything we could ask for.

This condo was perfect in all ways ~ location, cleanliness, decor, furnishings, comfort and layout. The owner knows what she's doing. Everything was taken care of, we didn't have to bother her with questions. The kitchen and bathrooms were well stocked, the beds were very comfortable and the location couldn't have been better. Only a few steps to the beautiful, uncrowded Fernandina Beach and a great, friendly restaurant on the beach. I cannot think of even one negative about our entire stay. I will definitely stay here again the next time I'm in the area!

Amazing stay !!!

This condo was absolutely perfect! The decor was beautiful, it was fully stocked with everything you could possibly need. Beach Towels, Chairs, a Canopy... The master bedroom has a sleep number bed, the master bath has a nice deep garden tub and a fantastic shower. The second bedroom has ocean views from the bed! Within walking distance to many restaurants and stores. Just perfect!

The owner was great to work with and the condo well stocked as described. We had a great view of the ocean from every room and enjoyed sitting on the balcony. The beach was very clean and not crowded at all. We ate only at local restaurants and they were all simply fantastic!

We have used VRBO in Hilton Head and Key West and loved both of our condos there, but neither compared to Kathy's condo. The condo was even better than presented online. The ocean views were incredible from every room. Kathy supplied so many extras: beach chairs and umbrella, beach games, beach towels, jigsaw puzzles and board games, 3 bikes etc. The location is also an asset. We just needed to walk over a short boardwalk and the beach was there. We could walk out to see the sunrise every morning or sit on the balcony with our morning coffee. It's close to Fernandina Beach downtown area for shopping, restaurants and bars. We took in much of the area and nothing was more than two miles away. We are already talking about dates to go back next year. Kathy is professional and so easy to work with and provides an experience that feels like a home away from home.

This location was great for having a small child. Easy access to the beach and pool. Elevator made it convenient for getting all the kid things up and down. Only downside was the ac of the restaurant in front of the building was very loud when trying to enjoy beach view/sounds from patio. (Very minor downside). I would stay here again! The host was great and very responsive to any questions or concerns during our stay.
