Toilet papers were not present in the bathroom.

Very good spacious room and well appointed bathroom.

When we arrived the air con was not working. Federico worked really hard to try and resolve but we had to wait 1 hour 40 minutes (time we could not spend in Matera). Eventually he managed to contact an engineer who did have a key so we were able to leave. We received a text from Federico after about 2 hours 30 mins that the problem was resolvedAll was well after that, but we did lose most of an afternoon.

I loved the mini kitchen, the bathroom, bedroom. the most amazing thing was the location.

i wish internet could be more strong in the room

The room was big, clean, good looking and the staff was very friendly. The location is truly exceptional, everything was close and easily reachable.

The only 2 flaws were that the bathroom has a window which faces into the bedroom, meaning you can hear and smell everything happening in the toilet, which is awkward and uncomfortable. And the small balcony which was per se cute, hadn’t been cleaned before our check in. The floor was still very dirty. Also they forgot to clean a couple cups before our check in that the guests before had used to drink something.

Location is very central, apartment (if you can sleep with the Aircon noises) is very nice, well laid out and comfortable

Wifi didn't work, Aircon seemed to continue to make loud noises even when off. They know there was a problem as there was a towel on the floor to catch the drips, but obviously didn't want to fix it. No reception and the staff aren't very punctual. Be sure to ask for the correct change and a receipt for the city tax - they gentleman that took our €8 didn't have the right change, so took €8.50 and didn't come back with a receipt.
