We loved this condo, so close to the beautiful beach, I would stay at this condo again.

Our stay was fabulous. The property was right by the beach and within driving distance to most places. The property was very well kept up and maintained. We would definitely come back!

Property was amazing. 109 ( bottom floor) is the unit to get in this building. 5-6 steps from parking spot to room door. 10 steps to beach access out of the back door! Unit was clean, and as advertised. It’s far enough down Santa Rosa Blvd so you aren’t bothered by traffic noises, loud music, etc. Judy made sure we were taken care of from the minute we booked. Unit looked fresh and new! Can’t wait to go back.

We found the condo to be decorated in a very warm beach-themed decor. If you want to be on a great beach, this is the place to stay! We appreciated having the beach just a few steps out the front door. We enjoy preparing many of our own meals and this was the most completely equipped kitchen we have ever found in a VRBO. The owner was quick to respond to any questions or concerns we had. Would like to stay again if the opportunity presents itself.

We prefer to stay in places that are "not high rise". Judy's unit was beautiful. First floor...kind of a must for us (our regular home is zero entrance) and we loved that this home has no steps to get in the front door! The complex was very quiet. Beautiful patio furniture (a must for us "snowbirds"). All inside furniture comfy and beautiful. Building is small enough that we actually got to know several of the other people there...again a plus for us. Beautiful kitchen, all necessary kitchen needs (and thank goodness a Keurig coffee maker!). Condo was very clean and welcoming! Judy is SUCH a sweet lady! She made very sure that we knew about good restaurants, things to do, etc. We very much enjoyed our time here!

We really enjoyed our stay on Okaloosa Island. The property and area was very nice especially the beach! Hope to return it was more than expected.

We were so pleased with Judy's condo! Having a toddler, the 1st floor is always the easiest. Even without access to the balcony during our stay, access to the beach was a breeze. We will definitely be staying here again!!

This condo is a great location for our family since not all of us prefer to spend hours at the beach. You literally walk out the door, around to the other side of the building, over the sand dune to claim your chairs for the day. Everything was perfect on our trip! The condo is very well equipped. The kitchen has newer appliances that worked perfectly. The bed is super comfortable. I slept like a baby every night. Judy was an amazing and attentive host. She was quick to communicate with us about some ongoing construction on the condo. I do wish we would have had access to the patio, but that was no fault of the host. Judy also made some great suggestion of places to eat. We ordered and picked up some delicious snow crab legs from Stewby's. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay and would love to come back another time.

Judy is super easy to work with! Communication was 100%! The condo is beautiful, clean & very well maintained. Beach access is just steps away! Having beach service is very convenient - less stress & more beach! We will definitely be back!

A quick getaway, the condo had everything we needed! The bed was super-comfy, slept like a baby! Easy access to the beach, we loved that it was towards the end of the street, not a lot of traffic noise. Only thing that we missed was using the patio, but we were told about the construction and that it might not be available, maybe next time! Communication was quick and easy, Judy was very helpful and accommodating. Would definitely recommend her, and hopefully we will return!!!

The host is wonderful. This property makes beaching easy with such a short walk to the beach with no stairs. Loved having a designated parking place. The area on the island is great. It was extremely clean and as described in the listing. I would stay here again!

My little family, 2 adults, and our 10-year-old son had such a wonderful time on our 2nd spring break to Okaloosa Island. Judy, I cannot thank you enough for everything. From start to finish you made everything so seamless and simple. Your condo was absolutely beautiful and very comfortable, from the bed to those two reclining chairs in the living room! Having the beach service was so convenient as well! We spent all day just running from the condo to the beach; we didn't have to worry about lugging chairs or anything else. We were finally able to witness the stingrays gliding along the waves during one of the days, and they were so cute and cool to watch. But I have to say the highlight of the trip was when I was sitting on the bench on the walkover bridge just watching the water and out of nowhere there were dolphins all over, just swimming along not even 20 yards out in the water. A couple of them even jumped out of the water with the waves, it was so beautiful to watch! The property is exactly as it is shown in the pictures, the condo is beautiful- easy entry and access and everything is set up for comfort and relaxation. This was another successful and memorable trip. Thank you for sharing your place with us!

We have stayed in various VRBO properties over the years and this was by far the best experience. The property is amazing and literally steps away from the softest sand on the prettiest beach. The owner was lovely and super responsive! She even texted to make sure that we had made it ok. We felt cared about and that we could approach her with any questions or concerns. The condo was super comfortable for our family of four. Two in the bedroom and two on the pull out, comfortable couch. The location was convenient to adventure out during the times we weren’t enjoying the amazing beach! We look forward to spending more vacation weeks here unless too many people discover this gem of a rental! Don’t hesitate to book this rental. You won’t at all be disappointed.

This was a great place for my wife and I to get away. Close to many things but away from congestion. Undeveloped beaches are just a short walk away. The condo was well equipped with everything we needed and the owners were accommodating and good communicators.

Judy is absolutely the best host I’ve ever had the pleasure of dealing with! She was so accommodating with possible landfall of hurricane Ian, thank goodness it missed the area. She even called to check in on us during our stay to make sure no issues with anything. Her condo is very well kept and was perfect for our anniversary and “babymoon” getaway. The king size bed was very comfortable which was important to me at 28 weeks pregnant. We really enjoyed the unit being in a smaller complex on the corner, ground floor. No beach view, but we were aware of that going in. The walkway to the beach is just steps outside the back patio door. Surprisingly quiet for an older complex and having tenants above us.

I liked the calm colors and spiritual vibe of the place.

We loved staying at the Island Sands. It is such an amazing location. So relaxing and peaceful to enjoy. Very family friendly location on the beach. The condo is immaculate. Everything was perfectly fresh and clean on our arrival. Mrs. Judy makes sure to keep great communication with you. So you know where everything is and any questions you have. She is there to answer them and help in any way in a very timely manner. She was probably the nicest southern lady i've talked to in my life. Our family had an amazing time and will no doubt be back several times in the future. We can't wait!

Both my wife and I stayed in this condo this past weekend and I must say it is a absolute must stay! Our first impression as we walked Into this beautiful condo was how Exceptionally clean , cozy and completely adorable it is. This place has a lot of extras, the owners simply thought of everything that you may need as far as amenities go while you are on vacation. Some of the key features about this unit that we found was it being a ground floor unit there was no stairs or elevators to deal with you have your very own front door Assigned parking spot to offload and load your vehicle. The king size bed was super plush and so comfortable we also enjoy the two recliners in the living room which were also very comfortable, We definitely enjoyed our breakfast times on the patio with a beautiful backyard view. And I found it very nice that the owner supplied a Weber charcoal grill, my wife was able to get some nice pictures of me grilling under the palm trees. With all that this condo has to offer and it being right on the beach both my wife and I feel that this makes a wonderful home away from home in fact we already booked for next year. We give this condo a 5 Star rating! Super clean ! Super nice! Super convenient!

We LOVED this condo! It was perfect for our family (2 adults, 7 yr, 9 yr). Steps to the beach, steps to the pool (no stairs!!). Very short drive to tons of attractions. Quiet, beautiful, and everything you need to make you feel at home. We baked cookies, made frozen drinks, and cooked many meals and had absolutely everything we needed (utensils and appliances). The condo is nicely decorated and has very cozy reclining chairs and a comfy pull out sofa. Tile floors make sand clean up a breeze. Washer and dryer worked amazingly and is a “must have” with four people on a seven day stay. Never ran out of hot water or cold air from the ac! We loved the chair set up each day. Front row every day and we never felt the need to “reserve” a chair. Just walk out and there were always a few in the front available. The chair attendant, Donovan, was top notch! He is a very nice and hard working young man. The host was so kind and accommodating. You can tell she genuinely wants you to be comfortable and enjoy your stay in her little piece of paradise.

Just a few steps to the beach. Has everything you need to have a wonderful family vacation.

Perfect location! Very clean. Judy was quick to reply to questions and even called to make sure everything looked great for us once we arrived. Would stay again! This ground level condo makes the trip back and forth to the beach so easy!

This is the perfect place to stay. The owners are very easy to work with. This was one of the cleanest condos that we have stayed in. Having patio access right to the beach was amazing. We will be returning.
