This place is great. Plenty of room for everyone. Everything you would want in the kitchen. Great communication with the owner. Awesome views and easy access to the batch. If you have a large group this is a great place for everyone to be together.

We had a family trip involving 4 adults, 3 teens, 3 pre-teens, and a 5 year old. The property was more than sufficient for our group! The property comes with everything you will need to have a great time. Excellent views, the pool was great, and very easy beach access. There were an abundance of towels and even beach towels for our use. There were beach toys, beach chairs, and wagon located in the storage garage available to use as well. The kitchen included a lot of unexpected items as a bonus. There were plenty of dishes, pots, pans, and baking dishes for our family of 11 and there was even a coffee grinder, crockpot, waffle iron, and ice cream maker. We didn’t use most of them, but if you are reading this you might be excited to have those on hand. Something that you can’t take for granted is who you have for a host. I have to say that Victoria was extremely accommodating in any way she could. She really goes above and beyond what you would ever expect. She works hard to be sure your stay is what you need it to be. We had an issue where both coffee makers stopped working (yes with 7 kids that was potentially catastrophic lol) and Victoria took time out of her busy day with her family to drive to multiple locations to be sure she got a nice coffee maker for the unit. She personally dropped it off very quickly with a little gift for our inconvenience. All in all we had an incredible week and will book again in the future! Thank you Victoria!

We rented the unit for our family. We had plenty of space for a family of 9. Lovely view from the balcony. Everything was better than expected, the host responded very quickly to meet our needs.

This was the perfect condo for us! There were eleven of us and there was plenty of room for all of us! Excellent view from eleven and twelve stories up! It was beautiful to get up in the morning with a cup of coffee on the balcony and watch the dolphins in the morning! The kitchen is perfectly supplied and allowed us to cook many meals for all eleven people! Three bathrooms worked very well for us and the beds were all very comfortable! After a long day it was always relaxing to sit in the remote control recliner, sofa and love seat. Just be careful not to fall asleep! Thank you Victoria for a great vacation!!!

Overall stay was pretty good, just some cleanliness issues, and the balcony door on first floor would not lock. Floors were dirty and had to wear flip flops or you feet would turn black. A few cosmetic issues with holes in wall but nothing major. When you pay over 6000 dollars to stay somewhere it should be very clean and tidy.

The penthouse was extremely spacious for my family of 8. Upon arrival we noticed some areas that weren’t very clean but the property manager was right on it and had the cleaning staff come back. There was another issue that was out of her control but again was very attentive, responsive and apologetic. We will definitely be returning to this property!

We had 12 people total including a couple teenagers and an infant. The condo is vary spacious with beautiful views. The pool and beach access were very easy to get to and there is a souvenir shop downstairs. We had very minor issues that I privately discussed with the owner who was very nice and accommodating. All in all it was a great place to stay!

This property is nice and clean. The view from the balcony is definitely AMAZING. There are plenty supplies in both kitchen and restrooms. The property manager is very responsive and proactive. She texted me the morning when we left our home and kept me updated when the property is ready. We have a big group with 9 adults and 5 kids, but the sleeping beds are more than we need. We really enjoy our stay, not only the gorgeous beach, but also the pool and the hot tubs. If one thing for improvement that I can think of is the TVs, at least the one in the living room, should be upgraded to smart TV so that the kids can easily enjoy the YouTube. Overall, we had great experience and we immediately determined that we would come back again and booked this same property for next year! We look forward for next summer!!!

This place was beautiful , clean and had comfortable beds . Check in was a breeze and the views was awesome . The pool area was clean and the pools were nice . This place is family friendly !! I will use this place again we really enjoyed our stay.

We had 6 adults and 6 children (6-11) stay in the Penthouse Condo. The location was perfect right across the beach, all amenities inside were very nice for being a rental (most places I’ve stayed don’t have crock pots, Kerig coffee makers, nice pots and pans, NICE furniture, etc). Victoria was super responsive. The cleaning crew didn’t leave us enough towels so she came over to bring more just to find out the linen closet didn’t have enough either. So she went to Bed Bath and Beyond to get us new within two hours! The pool was also a major plus for us for early mornings when moms were getting everything ready for the day, the dads could take the kids down for an hour or two. We will definitely be back!

This condo is nice and very easily accessible. The property owner was very helpful and easy to contact. It was nice being so close to the beach!!!

Nice property. Floors needed to be mopped before we arrived. Like amenities. Everyone had a good time! Note: Due to the parking situation, do not understand why the owner will not allow parking in garage. Silly!

Had a wonderful time getting together with my parents (in their 80's) with my siblings and their spouses. We had such a great time. There was plenty of room for all of us. Would recommend for any large family get together.

Very nice 2-story penthouse with lots of space. Great location, easy check in/out. Comfortable beds. It was a great vacation.

This unit has a spectacular view from the master bedroom, dining room, and living area. There is also plenty of space for children and comes equipped with a booster chair and some books, games and items for the beach. The building’s pool has a heated area which is also partially covered making it a nice option for the double red flag days where even touching the gulf water was prohibited. The beach is across the street but there is a crosswalk a few steps from the building and most people are very cognizant of stopping for pedestrians. Once you cross the street you must go down several steps. The kitchen is nicely equipped and spacious but the dining table only seats eight. Places to hang beach towels and bath towels are few but the large washer and dryer minimizes this issue. Check in and out was super efficient and the owner very responsive to any concerns. I would stay here again and recommend it to any large family.

We had a great time at this property. There were 13 of us and we had plenty of room, and the views were amazing! I will be coming back in the future.

Julie was an awesome property manager. The unit was great and my friends and I throughly enjoyed staying at the Majestic. Hopefully it’s not the last time!

Wonderful accommodations! Julie VERY helpful. Plenty of room for our kids&grandkids. Limited bathroom linen was mentioned. I suggest bringing more, if needed. Kitchen towels/rags... only two!!! Definitely need more. Overall... great place to stay!! Hope to come back sometime!!

We take a family vacation every summer and this unit worked out very good from a logistical stand point. We were a little disappointed in the overall cosmetic condition.Maybe some upgrades would be in order. Overall it was very clean and worked out very well for us.

The property was very nice, well decorated and spacious. The bedding layout was not as expected, verify that it has been updated. The beds were very comfortable and they have made great use of the space, even though there is room for 5 people in two of the bedrooms, they are not over crowded. Upstairs bathrooms are very nice, plenty of room. Bedroom 5 is very small, really meant for children. I have never stayed in a rental that really thought of everything that a guest may need. They had plenty of dishwasher powders, laundry soap, coffee filters, and other surprises that were wonderful touches. The kitchen had everything needed, and nice items, not cheap scratched up pans, but caphalon! The washer and dryer were huge, although the dryer did struggle. The TV in the room we were in, had dead batteries in remote. They had extra batteries, just not size that remote needed. It was fine, we weren’t there for TV, but the beach. Very nice views and pretty convenient to walk out and across road to stairway to beach. Only complaints were with building, not unit - only area to rinse sand off is locked in pool area - only open 8am-10pm, some of our group never even knew it was there. And the chairs that they set up ALL the way across the front of the beach with no breaks in between. There is a store on first floor, that is so convenient for ice and other last minute items. Julie, the property manager, was amazing. She was extremely responsive, sometimes within minutes. The one issue we had, with the layout, she worked with us and the owners quickly and got things resolved. We were very happy with the attitude of service both Julie and the owners displayed. We would stay here again just knowing that we would have Julie looking out for us. We called her as we left to thank her for her help and are already working on a return trip. Thanks for a great vacation!

Very busy location with highway shoulder public parking and large families with numerous canopies on the beach. Unit furniture shows wear and needs re-staining. Some bedroom furniture cheap for expensive Penthouse. TV in Master bedroom inconvenient location. Faucet in Master bath loose. Not enough towels in bathrooms. Constant laundry for larger group. VRBO and on-site manager were excellent.

We had a great time. The property is beautiful and very spacious. The beds are comfortable. The kitchen has everything you need to feed a large family. There were dirty sheets on the foldout couch, we just washed them and it was fine. The beach view is perfect. The only complaint about the beach was that La Dolce Vita and Seascapes resort puts umbrellas and chairs along the entire public beach area. It blocks the view of the ocean and makes it hard to watch your kids playing. We had to get up extra early to set up our tent and chairs. Overall, we lived our stay and the property manager was easily accessible. Thank you for a fabulous time!!!

We had a Great time. The location was perfect for all of our needs and conveniently located for stores, shops and recreation. We were not overly concerned with the TVs in the bedrooms but the one located in the Family room should be replaced. Everyone enjoyed the spacious rooms and set up. The was a perfect vacation and we will definitely do it again. Julie it was truly a pleasure and thank you for your timely responses to my inquiries.

This is the second year in a row that we rented at Majestic Sun but our first in this penthouse. The unit is beautiful and well stocked. We had a welcome package along with extra supplies that made our move in easier. Location is great and allowed us to view the fireworks from the beach in both directions. We would definitely rent again.

We had a great time. The entire family was very pleased with the penthouse condo. With kids ranges age( 4,5,6 13,16 and 18) they had a great time at the beach and pools. Also very good location for a vacation. The condo was spacious for our family. I certainly will stay at this condo again and I certainly recommend this condo for any family. The property owner was a pleasure to work with during the planning of our vacation.

The check in process was easy! Communication with the property manager was excellent! It was only needed initially because we needed an extra parking pass! One was already there! The place was beautiful and clean! Instructions were clear about things such as WiFi and the checkout process!

My wife, 2 daughters, and a few friends stayed at this property. Her comment was that this unit has an amazing view but needs some TLC. When they checked in, none of the TV's worked and a tub was backed up, would not drain. They reach out to the onsight property mgr for help and the response is " you rented through VRBO , we can't help you ". 2 of the 3 treadmills in the fitness center were broken and you can guess what the on sight property mgr said. We eventually connected with the VRBO property mgr and everything was fixed. Not exactly how you want to spend your time at $1,000 a night.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this 5 bedroom, three bathroom condo. Our group consisted of 13 adults and two children. Plenty of room for everyone; however, one more bathroom would have been awesome! The condo was beautifully decorated and the beds were very comfortable. The kitchen was very well stocked; just needed baking pans for oven. We made do though with glass baking dishes. We were thrilled that dishwasher and washing machine pods were provided, and the honor closet was wonderful, especially the beach towels as a couple of us forgot to pack ours. Loved the back entrance to the resort when coming back or heading into Destin or the airport. Being able to avoid Scenic Gulf Drive and all that traffic was awesome! The only negative would be the public beach access right in front of resort, which made the beach very crowded. We had a great trip and can't wait to come back!
