We would definitely stay there again! As advertised, great that there is stuff in walking distance for people to get coffee etc. Grill is there and really should just be included since propane in on the guest anyway, but overall will be back next year! 5 Star review!

The property met all our needs and was as advertised via the Vrbo website. It was very clean and in very good condition. The pool was relatively shallow and small so was ideal and safe for our two small grandchildren.

It was okay but needs some serious updates and upgrades. Normal essentials should be provided - salt & pepper, oil, dish detergent, towels. Dryer was full of lint, pool was dirty, appliances, pots and pans were extremely dated and gross, couch was peeling, bathroom towel holders were Broken and patches not well done. Overall just needs improvements.

It was clean and an up-to-date property. The private pool was nice to have. It was close to Disney and the Orange County Convention Center.

About 24 hours before our trip to Orlando, our original rental canceled on us. Magic Vacations had an available rental in Storey Lake that was the same layout and really saved us! They were quick to respond and confirmed our booking quickly. The rental itself was great too. It accommodated my family (2 teenagers, a toddler, and 4 adults- including one using a walker) for a week. I have been going to Orlando at least a few times a year for most of my life... I have done rentals and hotels. I highly recommend this rental and rental company. The price was great and their check in/check out procedures were easy and straight forward. It was easy to get to theme parks and there is a Target and Publix super close. I loved that they had plenty of dishes including plenty of plastic cups and plates for kids. I would like to give one heads up- the fence around the pool was almost impossible to lock. We actually thought it couldn't lock almost the whole time we were there. Also, my 3 year old easily could unlock the back doors. We had to keep an eye on him even more so than usual. I have given this feedback to Magic Vacations.

We enjoyed this property, it had everything we needed. The people at the neighborhood pool were a little crazy and the no outside food policy is annoying. Also, don’t try going to that pool on the weekend, they let anyone in who pays so there was barely room to walk. Nothing against the condo.

The rental was great for our family of four. We loved walking around the grounds, the park and resort slides and of course the pool. We would stay here again for sure.

This was a great vacation home! The property was very clean and exactly like the pictures. Location was great to Disney and there are many amenities nearby that were easy to get to. We would definitely choose to stay at this property again.

We have stayed her 2x and love it. Location is great less than 15mins away from all the Disney parks. Walmart, Publix & Target are all within 5mins. The place is clean and exactly like the pictures. The team at Magic Vacation Homes are great to work with, answer emails and questions quickly and are very accommodating. We would definitely stay again and will for sure!!

This was a great home base for our recent trip to Disneyworld! It was a very close and easy drive to the parks, my kids loved the theming, the small pool in the back was great for days we weren't at the park and the neighborhood pool and playground were both within easy waking distance. We had an issue with the home's ac midtrip which was handled within the same day and with great communication from the owners. We overall had a lovely stay and would recommend this property.

I spend ages looking for our vacation rentals and am very picky so after finally deciding on this property we had very high expectations and it didn’t disappoint at all. The home is exactly like the pictures, it was spotlessly clean, had everything we could possibly need and the location was fantastic. Comfy beds, good showers, all the pots, pans, plates, glasses etc. you could ever need (far more then we have at home), plenty of room for us to have our own space when needed and short walk across the bridges to the main pool area. We didn’t have time to use the pool at the home but again, everything outside was high quality and clean. There is a Walmart, Target, Publix and Aldi all within a few minutes drive. The on-site entry security was great and the guys at the main entrance were all super friendly. Had no issues with noisy neighbour’s or parking and other than check in day the area was was busy but quiet. Nearest Disney Park is around 10 min drive and Universal around 20-25 mins. Lots of restaurants within a short drive. I can’t recommend the home enough, it will certainly be our first choice when we return.

We were very happy with the property and communication. It looked just as represented in photos. The large pool w water slides is great - we spent first day there relaxing. (Note - It's hard to find! No signs - a map at property would be great. It's across the street in other development!) We were close to Disney parks, groceries very near at hand. Only issue was hairdryers weren't working, but we grabbed one and let the property managers know. They responded quickly. The layout works well with one bed & bath on the ground floor, and 3 br and 2 baths upstairs. (One is en-suite) Highly recommend!

The property was nice. The knives could use to be upgraded as they are dull and a bit useless. Also, upon check-in all the bath mats were already laid on the floor so it was unclear if they were clean or dirty. Having the small private pool was also nice amenity. However, hurricane Ian disrupted our week long trip and when contacting the property management the response “ I understand the situation, Unfortunately the reservation at this point it doesn't offer any refund.” The hurricane was not something we expected we were already out money for having to return home. I should have booked with a hotel most of them do not charge if you check out early especially due to inclement weather for reasons beyond your control. I understand this is business but at the same point some people have to save for an extended time to take a family of 4 to Disney. For this reason I will never book here again. I would have even been satisfied with a 50/50 refund. It’s a nice place but not worth the price or hassle.

Wonderful home for a family vacation! Communication was clear and timely from booking until check out. This was a great rental company to work with, very professional and property was well maintained and located in both a safe and family friendly resort area with a guard gate and security making regular rounds. We found the resort and the area the rental to be very quiet and relaxing. The townhome was very convenient to Disney and Universal. The clubhouse on property was also clean and well maintained!

We really enjoyed our stay . 6 adults and plenty of room for all of us. The private pool was wonderful and we enjoyed the community area pool as well. The property was well maintained and very clean. The property was conveniently located to wonderful restaurants and Universal and Disney.

This property was just as described. Communication was super easy with owners and location was super convenient to all the Disney parks plus lots of stores restaurants close by. The pool was great and lazy river added a little extra to do on the down time. Would absolutely stay again.

The stay was a lot of fun. We were able to take a short walk to the neighborhood pool and my daughter loved all of the Mickey decor.

Two families, four children staying for the AAU Nationals game. Great experience. Nice property. Responsive management. The kitchen could use a few more amenities (silverware, utensils, cups, etc.). Overall really nice place!

Great property and the whole family enjoyed our stay. House was clean and was just like the pictures. Pool was great for splashing around. Communication with property owners was quick and easy to work with. Would absolutely stay there again next time we are in the area.

The place was just like the pictures; beautiful, clean, close to theme parks, restaurants, and shopping. Hosts were responsive immediately. My family loved the spaciousness, pool, and clubhouse pool with lazy river. I definitely would come back and I highly recommend this unit!

Such a clean place, beautifully decorated, and central to all the good things orlando has to offer! Most definitely would recommend staying here with big family groups as the four rooms were spacious and accommodating to our big party.

This was probably one of the best places I have ever stayed in. The host was very responsive when I had questions. I’m very particular when it comes to overall cleanliness and germs and the fact they have a 72 hr time frame between guests sealed the deal with my family and I. There was a total of 7 of us and we all had plenty of space and the decor in each room was wonderful especially for my 5 year old who stayed in the Disney themed room. The rooms, bathrooms, and common areas were clean when we arrived. The location of the house was perfect! We were close to everything especially the parks, only a 15 min drive to all the Disney parks. This house was truly a great stay and I am looking forward to booking here again in the future.

We had an awesome vacation and this home meet all of our needs! The location was close to all of theme parks as well as restaurants and shopping. There was plenty of space for everyone in our group. The house was clean and well maintained and the beds were comfortable. We did add on the grill rental and were very happy that we did so. We did not add the heat for the pool and it was not needed. However, the group that was renting after us did and the heat was turned on for the last two days of our stay. We did not enjoy the heated water, but if you like your pool like a hot tub you would probably like that option. Hosts were very responsive to any question I had before our stay. We did not need to contact them during our stay. We would definitely stay here again!

Our family really enjoyed our stay. It was everything we were hoped for and it was a beautiful well kept home. Of course our favorite thing was the private pool but everything was so nice and fun. Thank you so much for the perfect vacation, we will be back :)

Lovely property with plenty to do on the premises: kayaking (Kalei is great!), pool, lazy River and more! The house comes with everything you need. My only recommendations: bring portable fans if you prefer to be cooler at night and extra wash cloths!
