Overall my stay was fine. Was looking for a property to accomodate my large family while we were in town for a BBQ. No major complaints there were a few cosmetic issues that I noticed however they didn't impact my stay as we were really just there to sleep and shower. In one of the bathrooms there was a hole in the side wall of the tub, a smalll hole in the wall behind the bed, a wobbly/loose door handle and just little cosmetic problems that were easy to overlook as they didn't hinder any functionality. The house has five bedrooms and was very spacious. I would more then likely book again. I would suggest reviewing the note you have posted regarding the locking of the door as I am confident it's backwards and the door is locked when it is in a vertical position not horizontal.

Access to the property was delayed due to wrong access code being provided. VRBO contact was able to assist after attempts to contact owner failed. The Owner made a gracious offer to allow our group to extend once contact was made. Upon arrival there was a full trash can in kitchen and some of the surfaces needed to be wiped down, otherwise the cleaning was adequate. The property was as described on website. Large primary bedroom suite, smaller other bedrooms with private bathrooms in all. A large main den allowed for family of 10 to easily gather. Nice decks overlooking the backyard. Very convenient to Atlanta airport (we made 4 trips during thanksgiving week). Reasonably stocked kitchen. A very generous supply of trash bags, dishwashing soap, etc. we’re provided. Plenty of extra towels and linens were available in primary bedroom closet. Other than the check-in issues, a good experience.

The home was nice and clean and it was quiet. I only wish that the listing would state that their are tenants that live below the house, as I didn’t see any mention of that until after booking. Overall the house was nice and owner was very easy to work with and quick to answer questions.

We really enjoyed the stay at this property! It was enough room for our family and the property was amazing! The owner was very friendly and came out on the he first day and introduced himself. The only issue we had after doing a walk through was that the bed linens needed to be changed and washed beforehand and the floors needed to be swept and mopped but overall, beautiful home and we will try and book again in the future. Thanks again for accommodating our family!

Disappointed that hot tub did not work. This was one of the reasons we rented this unit because of one of our members back issues.

Great experience

The home was not what we expected it to be. In the pictures listed on VRBO, the home appears to be updated and clean. Not so... The floors were dusty and had debris on them. The tub in the master bathroom was filthy. We had to was all linen and towels before we could use them. And, I have pictures to prove it. A VERY UNCOMFORTABLE STAY!

The property was clean, the photos give it a better impression, property starting to show wear. The layout of bedrooms is good, could use a few more kitchen appliances. Based on location this is a good price, traffic in Atl. make it hard to get around, would stay there again now that I know where it is located.

We enjoyed our stay but the lower level tenant was rude on one occasion. We had trouble with wifi. We did have enough room for our guest.

We enjoyed staying in this house during our recent visit to Georgia for NASCAR races. There was plenty of room and very comfortable. The only negative thing was the parking space. Our group was in two vehicles, an SUV and an extended cab truck. The 2 car garage could only accommodate the SUV. The truck we parked in the back parking lot. Thankfully, there was always one parking spot open.

The house was perfect for what we needed! 5 bedrooms for 5 employees to attend a trade-show. Everyone had their own room and bathroom and the common areas were excellent for meals and gathering. I would highly recommend renting this property. The host is very attentive and informative. This would be an excellent property for any event, family, groups, corporations etc. Location was also great for downtown, airport, shopping, everything!

As far as my overall experience goes, I wouldn't book this location again. The cleaning and service fee was a joke. I had damp linens in the bedrooms. And the response time was entirely a day late. Definitely over priced! I wasted my time and money on this experience.

Great home perfect for our leadership team retreat. The instructions were clear and easy to understand. Plenty of room to enjoy.

This was a great spot for my team to visit from California. The best part was fill bathrooms in every room. There were 10 of us so staying in 5 rooms with bathrooms worked great. There were some areas that showed wear and tear but overall it met our needs and we had fun staying there.

Magnificant house was very spacious place in a nice area. We enjoyed the inside an outside on the that large deckthat we used a lot. The 4 parking spots came in handy for us because we had four cars. This house was just all around great, the manager was very nice and just a call a way. I would tell all that this place was amazing, awesome and comfortable to stay. Water pressure need to improve, Toilet flush valve need to change, Beds need to change, Toilet Tissue needs to repair, Leaving room TV Remote can't change input, floor making noise when walk, drower need to repairs, some dinette chairs need to repair or replace, pest control needed, back yard and front need bug spray, area is nice and quite. I just want to say loved it, loved it. When I booked the property online I wasn't sure what I was going to get because sometimes pictures are deceiving. I must say the pictures do not show the true beauty of this home. We stayed there for the weekend for my wedding and rehearsal and everyone loved it. Every bedroom has it's on bathroom which was a plus when it was time to get ready for the big day. I also want to thank Don for being so accommodating as well as Dexter. We had several cars due to the rehearsal on Friday night but we were able to make the required adjustments with no issues. My new husband loved it so much that he wanted to buy it. When you decide to rent this place you will fall in love with it. They even added a great touch of personalizing a welcome message just for us. Don, I can't say enough but thank you for making my special weekend "enchanting". I would definitely rent your place again. The neighborhood is tucked away in a serene area that holds this beautiful home.that will accommodate all your needs Thanks New bride 7/20 - 7/24

The host, Don, was great with providing information. The house had plenty of parking and a nice sized yard. The beds were comfortable and the rooms were good sized. Towels were plentiful as well as toilet paper (important, lol). We cooked several meals and pretty much had all of the kitchen tools we needed.The hardwood floors could use a good cleaning but besides that, everything seemed pretty clean. There was also a security camera system which was nice to have being we were in an unfamiliar part of Atlanata. There are 4 apartments under the house which we did not expect as I didn't see it mentioned anywhere or in the reviews, but maybe I missed it. We weren't really sure if there were people staying there but there were extra vehicles, so we assumed so. This made some things a little more stressful because we were worried about the noise disturbing the downstairs neighbors. For example, we brought big Jenga and we all know that's not quiet when it falls. Lastly, one of the handrails on the stairs up to the back patio is damaged and needs to be repaired before someone gets hurt. Overall, it was a great place to stay for the long weekend. I would recommend.

This property was great. My brothers and fully enjoyed ourselves there.

The stay was great! My guests and I enjoyed it! However, it could really use a cleaning service before each guest check in (In which I thought that’s why we had to pay a cleaning fee) because when I tried to cook using the dishes in the house I found food that was stuck in the pots from previous guests and I also had to go buy cleaning supplies to clean the master bathroom before I used it! Everything else was great!
