Beautiful lake property with friendly people

We enjoyed our stay, beds were comfy, kitchen was stocked, beautiful views from the campfire, nice sandy spot for kids to play, we enjoyed fishing off the dock. There wasn’t a ton of room for littles to run around and be free, but we spent our days out visiting other family. Our power went out on our last morning and the staff was gracious with our clean up expectations. Overall a great place to stay! Would stay again.

We had so much fun. The cabins have everything you need. The beach is perfect and I believe Fife lake is the clearest water in Michigan. We rented the pontoon boat twice and Jeff was always there to help us new boaters park and tie up.

Jeff and Beckey's property was perfect for our family reunion. We rented the house and all of the cabins and each family had their own space - it was perfect. The house and cabins have everything you need and everything was spotless! We spent lots of time swimming in the lake, kayaking, and paddle boarding. The little kids had fun playing in the beach and shallow water area. The outside area around the cabins was perfect for eating meals together, outdoor movie night, 80's night, and talking around the fire pit. We ventured into Traverse City and visited the Sleeping Bear Dunes national park. We highly recommend this property!

Very clean and well kept cabin on a beautiful lake. Both beds are full sizes. Not very comfortable and hard for two people to sleep on. Other than that it was a great place to stay

Our second time up to Fife Lake at this property. Enjoyed the time in the cabin and the opportunities on the lake.

Small but quaint, 4 people max. Mattress in one room definitely needs replaced. Host was helpful and available.

We stayed for 2 nights for a Fall color tour. The cabin was perfect. It was very clean and cozy. The only small inconvenience was the parking. Both nights we came in late and it wasHard to park our vehicle because of other cars. However, this did not diminish the quality of the stay and I would highly recommend!

We had so much fun here for my best friend's bachelorette party. Jeff was a fantastic host. The cabin and surrounding property were well kept. The lake was perfect and we took full advantage of the fire pit and grill next to our cabin. Definitely planning to return again. Thank you for a great weekend!

Great place to stay. Beautiful views. The cabin was very clean and nice. The check in process was very easy. The owners are very kind and helpful. We decided to rent a boat and the price was very reasonable. Lots of things to do in the area. Overall Beautiful place to stay. Would definitely rent from them again.

Our family of 6 enjoyed our stay at Fife Lake. The lake is beautiful and the cabin had everything we needed. As a bonus, the kayaks and paddle boards provided an entire day of family fun! We were happy to have found this beautiful lake. It was 30 minutes from Traverse City and an hour from the Sleeping Bear Sand dunes. It was our first time to this area of Michigan and we were pleasantly surprised to find Fife Lake has a cute ice cream shop and some decent restaurants as well! We highly recommend staying with Lake Cabin Resort.

Our stay at Lake Cabins was fantastic! The only complaint I have is that we didn’t plan to stay longer. The cabins has everything we could possibly need (and more- I didn’t expect cable or wifi). The cabins were VERY clean, air conditioning worked well, shower water stayed warm. Dish soap, hand soap, paper towels, cleaning supplies, bed linens, towels, kitchen towels, pots and pans, dishes, silverware, grill utensils, measuring cups were all there! They thought of everything. The cabin has two small bedrooms and a full size futon. It was perfect for our family of 6. We used the fire pit and grill next to our cabin, which were great. They sell bundles of wood for $5. One night we used the community fire pit which has a view of the lake- a little windy, but that was nice too. The beach area is small, and it’s clear to see from the pictures that it’s easiest for the guests in the lake house to access, but we found it sufficient to share the space with other guests. The kids enjoyed swimming by the dock and using the kayaks. Plenty of chairs and umbrellas set up down there for reading and relaxing. We rented a pontoon for an afternoon- it was very reasonable- $100 for 4 hours. Fife lake is beautiful and quiet - not a lot of traffic on the water which makes for a really relaxing time on the water. We went in to Traverse City to play some mini golf and walk around 25 mins. And another day we went to Sleeping Bear Dunes (1 hour drive)- and it was great. Overall, it was a great stay. Jeff and Becky are very nice people and accommodating. We can’t wait to go back!

Great place to relax by the lake to fish, swim, boat or kayak. Nice and quite.

The perfect place to crash after a long day on the water, at the beach, or walking the towns nearby. With a beautiful view of Fife, the cabin was cozy and supplied everything we needed. Definitely coming back next year!

Cabin was clean and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The property was very nice and lacked for nothing to keep all ages entertained........even teenagers. The property managers were very nice and helpful, especially for this single lady who's never built a fire on her own Lol.

The owners were super helpful and we really enjoyed all the kayaks and fishing boat access. We had a wonderful time!
