We were in town for a tennis tournament and the house could not have been more perfect. Everything was well organized and clean.

Great location for Surprise Tennis and Racquet Complex! Worked out perfectly plus we won first place!

Ten ladies from Florida stayed for the 65 and over tennis nationals. The house was great we have rented it 2 other times. It’s perfect for our large group and the big sectional worked out. We did have to buy wine glasses because there were none in house, but we left them for everyone . We loved staying at the house and if we make it to nationals we would definitely want to stay again. I would highly recommend this property it’s close to the tennis center and stores and we spent a day at Cave Creek which was enjoyable.

This was a beautiful house, well-equipped and in a great location for our needs. The host was incredibly responsive throughout our stay. The house had everything we needed and more, the pool was well-heated (extra cost to heat in the winter), and there was lots of space for all of us. We would highly recommend this property for anyone looking to stay in the area! Thank you!

We travelled to Surprise to spend time with family who lives there and had a reunion of sorts. There was plenty of space for everyone. We would definitely come back to this place again.

We gathered in Suprise to visit family and the property was a great place to stay. The location was perfect and the neighborhood was safe and peaceful.

This was our 2nd time staying at this lovely home for a baseball tournament. Location is fantastic-close to many restaurant options, Fry's grocery & Sam's Club. The house is spacious, plenty of room for everyone to move about without feeling like you're on top of each other. Lots of basic amenities provided which was appreciated. Kitchen is nicely equipped and everything is well marked. The boys enjoyed the foosball table and playing poker in the game room. There is no lack of TV's in this house so no arguments on what to watch! The 2 laundry rooms were a big plus too! The pool and backyard were a great way to cool off in the later afternoon/evening. Several umbrellas provide plenty of shade on the patio area and in the pool. BBQ worked great too. Several helpful items in the garage-chairs, bikes, ice chest. Owner was very responsive to questions/concerns.

This house couldn’t have been better suited for our visit to surprise. Jeff, the owner was very helpful with quick responses to questions we had. The house was more than spacious for the nine of us and conveniently located to the tennis facility that hosted the national tennis tournaments we participated in. The house brought us good luck and we made it to the finals. Well stocked, very clean. And even a few bikes for us to take a ride. We will be back for next year’s nationals. We were 9 ladies sharing a very comfortable and fully equipped house. 3 of us were able to have an individual bedroom! We shared a bathroom. There were 2 more bedrooms upstairs with twin beds that accommodated 4 other ladies with another large bathroom with 2 sinks. There was a master bedroom suite downstairs where 2 ladies shared a king bed and a large bathroom. The living room had a large sectional couch with 2 recliners and a big screen TV. There was also an electric fireplace. The kitchen is off of the living room with a large island with bar stools. All of us were able to be together as the area is close enough with plenty of seating. The round kitchen table was not only good for having our meals but playing cards, games etc. A game room with a card table, foosball machine and a fridge with drinks were also available. Additionally, there is a backyard firepit area and a pool. Would I return and rent this again? Yes! As a matter of fact, this was my second time here!

We absolutely loved the house! We were in town with 4 couples attending a local tennis tournament. The house was incredibly well stocked with everything we could have asked for. Super clean. We paid to heat the pool and it was PERFECTLY warm! Seriously, no complaints, all positive. Thanks again!

We were gathering for a family Memorial Service in Surprise and the house was perfect for our group. Large home with comfortable beds, plenty of linens and great spaces through out the home to spread out and to congregate. The backyard and pool area was a wonderful place to relax together. Big enough for everyone!! There is a huge bedroom downstairs that my grandpa used which has its own laundry facilities and upstairs has 5 more bedrooms plus another laundry room. The neighbor has lots of walking trails and to be close to amenities was huge. The pool was always clean and we decided to go with the pool heat fee which was perfect for middle of October. Well worth the expense! The outside natural gas firepit and BBQ were nice. The owners have thought of so many details throughout the house, we were all very impressed and highly recommend 👌. I hope to stay here again!!

We were in surprise for tennis tournament . The house was conveniently located by tennis center . It had all the amenities anyone would want . We would use this property again . Very clean , upscale and nicely Laid out . Ana klein

The house was perfect for our stay. We were attending a baseball tournament at various locations that were all pretty close. The rooms were great and the washer/dryer came in handy for washing the uniforms, especially because the temps were averaging 109° +. Backyard was nice for relaxing and the game room was fun also. Every detail was thought of and we all enjoyed our stay!!

This was the second time we've stayed at this property and hopefully not the last. All descriptions and photos are accurate. The house is perfect for our party of four adults, three college students and one high schooler. It's all the thoughtful extras the owner provides that really makes for an extraordinary experience. You won't be disappointed if you decide on this property.

We had 8 people ranging 11-65 and had a great time. Everything was labeled and instructions were great. Would stay here again!

Three siblings and their families visiting our parents in Phoenix. This house is the perfect house for a family reunion. The pool was great, and was in the shade at the right time of the day. 6 bedrooms gave everyone a place to spread out. When it was too hot outside (or raining!), the game room kept the kids busy playing foosball and/or poker. Enough TVs so everyone had something to do. Also, there is a walking path behind the houses and we walked to the Stadiums less than 2 miles away. Grocery stores, Starbucks, pizza, Walmart and Costco really close. We had a couple of hiccups but the responses were immediate. We would definitely rent again, it was a great house in a great location.

House and backyard were great! Had a great time with that family and really enjoyed the weather and the area. Host was easy to get a hold of and very responsive. Would definitely book again!

The owners were very accommodating and available. The home provides a lot of gathering space and nooks for more intimate groupings. We felt at home. While it was just my husband and I for the majority of the stay, it was idyllic when our sons and family joined us. We look forward to another stay. Thank you Jeff for making our stay so pleasurable.

Nice place with nice features and everything you need. Very clean with plenty of linens and towels to last the week. Glad we could use the garage as some places don’t have access. Pretty tight with the rules and guest expectations but it keeps the place orderly and ready for the next guests. Also would have liked the house temperature a little cooler at night as we are from Seattle. A/C was locked at 74 and it got warm at night. Don’t always want a ceiling fan running or windows open at night.

My family slept in comfortable beds the house was very clean with all amenities you can think of .. we really enjoyed our stay and would love to book this house yearly
