Das Hotel sieht zwar von außen etwas vernachlässigt aus. Die Zimmer sind jedoch tadellos und modern eingerichtet. Es war sehr sauber. Es liegt direkt im Zentrum.

Close to Town Park, Heide Park and Soltau Therme. Note car park opposite hotel is free as opposed to time restrictions next to hotel.

no reception, closed door. no info outside the door. had to call a person and wait. the room shown was iced cold with opened windows.

Very comfortable, great location perfect if you are planning a trip to heide park, and the town center is right in front of you.

The accommodation was just what we needed for our stay. Didn't matter the room was small as we were only there to sleep. Comfy bed, and everything in the room we needed. Gentleman on handing over the keycard was friendly and pleasant.

No hot water when my son tried to shower before bed. In the morning I tried to shower and again no hot water in the shower or sink. On leaving we tried to say something but sadly the language barrier was in the way to let them know.

The rooms were fairly clean.

Unfortunately, we had slept very badly. The walls to the neighboring rooms seem paper thin and through the door to the hallway you can hear every little thing that is going on outside. But worst of all was that there was a sound system from the restaurant downstairs (which belongs to the hotel) which was pumping bass-heavy music until 23.00 o’clock and that started playing loud music again at 05.00 am! In the room right above whete we were in, it was impossible to keep sleeping like this. No one of the staff was around at that time; the place not even open. Unacceptable, even for the “cheap” price of the room.
