This was a perfect facility for my group . So much nicer than a hotel situation. My son and his wife and newborn could visit and have dinner with us. Wush i could have stayed longer. 1👍⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Clean and well appointed. Ended up buying WD40 in order to make the sliding door and screen door operational. 7 of us stayed very comfortably.

If the shades on the sliders were replaced by drapes, the threadbare carpet on the balcony removed and the floor painted, and more large mixing bowls and baking pans added, this unit would be five stars for condition.

Loved the condo. Clean, spacious and lovely balcony view. Have never stayed at a VRBO with a non-refundable damage deposit. It has always been refundable. Sent a message to see if this could be worked out. No response. Response via email once booked was great, but too late since damage deposit had to be paid to book.

Also- the ocean side windows were in need of cleaning. The sliding glass door was VERY difficult to operate.

The condo itself is clean and very comfortable with convenient beach access. The only negative which really has nothing to do with the condo are all the large rocks on shore and in the ocean. It was too dangerous to actually go in the ocean and for the kids to boogie board.

The unit was great. We just had two complaints. I contacted the management company ahead of time so see if there were beach chairs and umbrellas in the unit. In past rentals those have been included in the unit. I received a reply that there were chairs but no umbrellas. So we brought beach umbrellas. There were no beach chairs in the condo. So we wasted time and money at Walmart buying chairs. When I contacted the management company about it they didn’t even apologize. They took no accountability, just said unfortunately the units didn’t have room to store chairs. Second issue there wasn't even two new rolls of tp left in a 3 bedroom condo. We ran out the first day snd there was not an extra roll left in the cabinet. I’ve never stayed anywhere that didn’t give you an extra roll. I called and they said they would send some but we had to go back to Walmart again because it took too long. Poor management but nice unit and great location

We had a wonderful time enjoying this amazing condo. The view was superior. There was a large porch to sit and gaze at the beautiful sunrise and sunsets or sit and play cards at the table while enjoying the sounds and sights of the ocean. The condo was near the elevator, plenty of parking, and easy 3-5 minute walk to two pools with table service. The beach is also a very short walk. My family of 8, with an age range of 18-75, enjoyed their vacation immensely and we are appreciative for you opening your condo to us. We would absolutely stay here again as the condo was clean and felt very much like home.

Amazing. Sitting out on the balcony was great. When you first open the door all you see is the ocean thru the balcony slider. Felt like I was on a cruise ship. The unit exceeded our expectations. Will definitely look at staying here again in the future.

The location was excellent, Private access to the beach / ocean front patio / pools for the kids were just what we needed to have a nice private vacation. Only complaint, which could just have been an occasional human error, was all the towels stinked of cleaning chemical (nasty). Probably got washed without soap.. We just rewashed them and it was all good. Didnt bother the maintenance folks, so they didnt get a chance to make it up.. We just moved on from that and the rest of the vacation was excellent.

The view was amazing!! And the patio was huge. All 8 of us could sit outside. The unit was very clean and well decorated and close to the elevator. We were all very pleased with the unit.

We totally enjoyed our getaway! Incredible ocean views from the balcony, comfortable beds, great furniture in the living space (including balcony), wonderful pools. A perfect place for couples and families!

Having a baby less than 3 months ago, my wife was in desperate need of a peaceful beach vacation. We definitely got that and so much more. Beautiful condo on the 5th floor, right on the beach! Gorgeous view from the big patio, comfortable beds, very clean, convenient to grocery store and restaurants, gated entrance 24/7, etc.,etc.,etc! Check in and check out does not get any easier. It was just a great week long vacation. We will definitely be back to this very same unit.

5th floor unit view was awesome! Unit was clean and comfortable. Cotton sheets!! Outdoor furniture was new and nice. Refreshing to stay in a condo that has been kept up and updated. Highly recommend!

The condo was perfect! Love the decor! Having an oceanfront balcony was perfect! The beds and pillows were very comfortable! The appliances were really nice and we had more than what we needed for the stay! The property was well maintained and gorgeous! We enjoyed the quick walk to the beach and pool was close enough to walk but we drove. We will definitely stay here again! The ONLY thing I would change would be to replace the light on the balcony with a fan! Other than that it is perfect!
