We stayed 2 nights and the place is nice. The location is great for our activities near UF. For an older building, it works nicely. The larger bedrooms are upstairs. Communication with the host is easy and they respond quickly. It's not a fancy location but if you just need a place to sleep or hang out for a weekend, this is a great little spot.

This property was exactly what we needed for our family wedding weekend in Gainesville. It's close enough to restaurants and stores but the community is quiet. The condo was clean and comfortable. Would definitely recommend!

My family and I stayed at this immaculate condo in a very convenient location to 2 separate malls, restaurants, etc. We chose this condo as it was close to a softball tournament in Newberry that my grandaughter had been invited to attend. I have never stayed in a condo with as many amenities as was supplied in this condo. The neighborhood was very quiet and clean. We only had one complaint and I did take it up with the contact person. The living room furniture was so uncomfortable. The couch made so much noise getting in and out of and the two side chairs were very uncomfortable. The kitchen chairs made terrible scrapping noises when you moved them. I told him even a felted pad under the legs would make so much of a difference. Other than that, we enjoyed our stay.

Perfect for our Girls Trip!
The townhome was very clean, cozy, and beautiful! All of the bathrooms, kitchen, and laundry room were were stocked with everything you could need. The whole living complex was a big plus for me. It was clean, quite, and safe (#1 thing I look for in a rental). The check-in/out process was very clear and simple. All communications with our host Daniel/Evolve were professional, and they were always responded in a timely manner. Would definitely rent again!

Well laid out townhouse makes for great family gatherings!
The owner is nearby, and very attentive! Beds were all super comfortable, bathrooms & kitchen super clean & well stocked with toiletries. There is even a high chair if you have a little one. Easy to access, close to I-75 and the Oaks Mall. Highly recommended!

The kitchen was fully equipped. There were adequate linens and a pullout couch that I did not recall on the property profile. The TV had pay channels however the remote had no numbers for ease of changing channels and it's battery cover was missing.

Very clean, easy entry
This rental was very clean, which is what I look for first when reading reviews to rent. It had some nice necessities in the kitchen, as well and bedroom abs bathroom linens. The access code to get in makes it nice to not have to keep up with a key. There is no carpeting so there’s nothing to absorb the sound which makes it hard to be quiet if you’re the first one up or if you want to sleep if someone else is first up. But for 3 ladies it was perfect for us!

Family weekend in Gainesville
Loved the place, the beds were super comfortable. They brought a new coffee maker for us b/c the filter on the original maker was old & never changed out. That was super sweet. The dryer switch was going, the master shower never got hot & the master shower drain drained slow! But luckily with 3 bathrooms we were in good shape! It was just me and my husband (my sister came Sat Night) Thanks!

Spacious Townhouse
This is the second time we stay at this condo when we visit our children in UF. We love having the extra space. Communication with the host was excellent! We will definitely stay again.

The place is well located. Unfortunately the place was very dirty and we had to purchase cleaning supplies in order to clean it. We were compensated 20% of the fee, but this was no way to come to a residence after 17 hours on the road

Nice quiet neighborhood
We came to Gainesville to visit our daughter that is a student at UF. We have stayed with this host several other times and his hospitality is unbeatable! Daniel was always available by phone to answer our concerns and help us when needed. It was great having three spacious bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. We used the kitchen for meals. It was great to cook a homecooked meal for our daughter and couple of her college friends. The neighborhood was very nice and quiet. We will definitely stay here again.

The property was really clean and looks better than the pictures. We had a great time there. All the rooms were spacious and beautifully decorated. The only hazle was organizing the trash before we left but aside from that the place was amazing !!!

Beautiful and spacious
I am very pleased with our stay. We had plenty of room. It was very clean. The contact manager was so easy to communicate with. The light in the kitchen needed fixed and the maintenance men came very quick!

Overall, everything was great! Clean, nicely kept home, the amenities were nice (shampoo, lotion, laundry soap, etc. ). My recommendation would be to have more than one TV in the entire house. We were with our 3 kids and it was battle over the TV.

Great college weekend
We needed a safe, comfy, and large place to stay for a weekend conference at UF. We surely found it. We were a group of 5 and had plenty of space. Everything was clean and wonderful. Daniel made our check in easy and was available if we needed anything. Would Stay again if needed. Btw I loved all the toiletries that were on site.

Well-appointed
This condo had ample space for a family of four adults. The dining table would accommodate 6 and the living room area 5, with space to bring chairs from the dining table. There were also 3 stools at the kitchen area bar. Refrigerator was large. We did not use the oven or stove. Laundry area was nice, as were the three bathrooms. The downstairs bathroom has a half bath, and another bath with shower and sink off the downstairs bedroom. Overall, very comfortable. Good location, as well, close to restaurants, shops, and a mall. There is also a sidewalk on the main road outside of the condo complex, for walkers and joggers.

Great place for a family
This property was perfect for our family of 5. We had room to spread out and the upstairs was larger than expected. The kitchen was well stocked and we were able to make several meals. We also we’re able to use the tennis courts, basketball goal, and sand volleyball court in our downtime. This condo is close to campus and the SW part of town. We found the condo complex to feel safe and the residents we met were friendly. Lastly, Daniel with Evolve
Properties was easy to work with and responded quickly with booking questions etc. I would stay here again in a heartbeat!

Quiet, comfortable and convenient
The property is very clean, well stocked, and convenient to UFHealth/Shands. Daniel was easy to work with and readily available. Very quiet neighborhood. Beds were comfortable and it was very nice to have a bath with each bedroom. Would definitely stay here again.

The Townhouse was spacious and clean. Comfortable to call home for the week.
The Property owner was attentive and made our stay exceptional.
