Location was good, close to city center. Room was really cold, they brought us heater. Shower was hot.

Dirty towels, dirty sheets, dirty room and bathroom. Small variety of breakfast.

Worst breakfast. Need to change the cook. Dinner is also not so good. Overall a very bad experience

The location was good.

The breakfast was terrible, wouldn’t recommend at all. It’s better to go out to eat or carry something the previous night to consume. There was no heater, hot water comes only for 3hrs in the morning and in the evening. The bed linen was torn. There is no shower separator, so the entire washroom gets wet.

Great location. A five minutes stroll to the mall area. Also a short nice walk to the mountain view point. Very quiet and peaceful location beside the church opposite the Gymkhana Club. Courteous staff with pleasant behaviour. Will return again. Recommend the place to everyone looking for a peaceful stay yet near the main attraction, the mall.

Cleaning of room floor needs to be more thorough.

Housekeeping...had to call multiple times to get simple things like towel. Food served is only veg. Serves only buffet. Should have open kitchen

1) Full of rowdy students who make noise throughout the night and keep banging on doors at 3:30am. No one from the hotel staff says anything to them! 2) Card swipe machine was not working and the hotel refused bank transfer and would only accept cash (to cheat on GST). Had to walk far to an ATM to withdraw money in tranches to pay the hotel charges.
