Amazing home and hospitality! We will be back!

The property is beautiful. Lots of room for everyone. There is plenty of space through out tje house that you don't feel like you are on top of each. Everyone has there own TV to watch what they want. The pool was beautiful and big. The water was nice and cool considering it was 120 degrees. We will definitely stay again.

Could not have been better. This home is spectacular and has spectacular Southern facing views toward the lovely mountains. It’s very private compared to most all golf course homes we considered. Absolutely lovely and well appointed. The larger square footage affords several seating areas allowing all to have privacy or down time when wanted. The photos of this beautiful home do not do this place justice. Stunning home, absolutely wonderful hosts (Brad and Maria), and very nice and always available property manager. We were 7 adults staying there with four others staying at a nearby spa resort. Cant wait for our next reunion. Thank you Brad and Maria!

Outstanding property with all the amenities and location you need. Pool was.cool and eaiting after early morning golf. Enough space for our 6 person group with room to spare.

Perfect Retreat
Extremely well kept and up to date on all appliances. Nothing broken or outdated. All new grill and tvs easy to work. Pool was fun and spacious but a little issue with being able to use the heater as they are a little too overly protective on controls and since waterfall was so cold even in summer heat. We had a nice stay there and would love to stay there again.

Fantastic property and great location
The luxury villa is located just of the first hole on the Greg Norman course at PGA West. The perfect location for any golf-related activities. We stayed at the villa for almost 2 weeks and we absolutely loved it. The pool & BBQ area is the perfect retreat after a long day of golfing. We will most certainly be back sometime in the future.

We stayed here with our three kids and my older parents and had a wonderful time. The views in the morning across the golf course were amazing.

Wonderful house!
We had a great experience at this property. The pool was fabulous and had plenty of loungers and outdoor seating. The view of the course kept the men entertained but we were far enough from the 1st hole that the ladies were comfortable to be in the backyard in swimsuits. Owner was wonderful to work with and even accommodated us when we had to cut our trip short by a couple of days. The location of the house is near the entrance to the neighborhood. We found that convenient, but families with littles should be aware there are cars coming and going. We would like to stay here again! Thank you.

Simply Phenomenal!
Everything about this property far exceeded our admittedly high expectations. Pictures simply don’t do it justice. The property manager was fantastic and responded to every inquiry immediately. The house was spacious and luxurious, had everything we needed and then some. And the main attraction to this house did not disappoint—the pool area was absolutely spectacular. Hope to return soon!

No party allowed
Our overall experience was not what we were expecting. We couldn’t have music by the pool because I the neighbors complained. The second day we couldn’t swim because the pool had so much boatmen bugs which was so much . My father took his time and try to clean the pool but they were too much .

Amazing Amazing Amazing
Brad’s home is a stunner! We were hesitate to travel to La Quinta during the Summer months, but you would never know it was 110 degrees outside. The misters/pool chiller kept you cool all day long. The home is impeccable with high end furnishings and every detail has been thought out. I would highly recommend staying in Brad’s beautiful home.

Fabulous Getaway
We had a wonderful time. This home is much more spacious than the pictures and description show. Very open, inviting, and equipped with everything you need to be right at home. The views are stunning, the neighborhood quiet, and the pool/jacuzzi is just perfect for a relaxing getaway. We will definitely be back.

March Break
The home is well equipped and any small issues we had were quickly addresses by the property manager, Jennifer. Unfortunately our trip was cut short by Coronavirus as our Govt required us to return home but we look forward to coming back to this property.

Great Vacation
This was our second time to this wonderful house. It is a great house that more than accommodates our family of 7, and the pool is fantastic. Jennifer, the property manager is great and always available if you have any questions. We love this property and will be back.

LaQuinta in the heat
The home and pool are simply a “10.” Our extended family including our 3 adult children and 3 grandchildren enjoyed everything about the home, which icluded all the amenities and space you could ask for. A “10”

Memorial Day Weekend with Family
We had a great Memorial Day weekend staying at the house. The home was very spacious and all the needed amenities. The outdoor pool was nicely sheltered from golfers, well heated, and stocked with lots of float toys. The mister was also a bonus for a couple of days.
Brad (the owner) is extremely responsive and helpful. He was very accommodating, Jennifer (the property manager) met us at the property and gave us a quick tour when we checked in. Booking, check in, and check out went smoothly.
We had a memorable time with our family. Thank you for letting us stay at the property.

Beautiful home
Amazing home and beautiful pool with great views. Perfect location. We stayed here for Stagecoach. Plenty of room for family and friends. Property manager was awesome too.

My family and I rented this place last year for Coachella. It is a beautiful home very close to the venue. We had a lot of fun enjoying the pool and the nice weather. Compared to other properties in La Quinta, it was not that expensive for what you get.

Family Spring Break Reunion
We loved our stay at Brad's beautiful villa! There was plenty of room for our 3 families to relax AND play together. The villa is luxuriously appointed - you will want for nothing while there. We have rented villas in this neighborhood several times but this by far has been the BEST. We will most certainly be back, Thank you to Brad and Jennifer!

Beautiful home
The house is absolutely beautiful. The rooms were very clean and had a lot of space to do a lot of activities. The showers were stocked with shampoo and conditioner. They had plenty of towels for both showers and coming out of the pool. The pool was my favorite part of the house cause it was able to be heated. We brought our own floaties for some fun. They had everything that you could think of like krieg, trash bags, paper towels, toilet paper, laundry supplies, and a sound system for the tv. I hope in the future I would be able to stay again.
