I made the reservation a year in advance due to the crowds that come into town for the graduation weekends. We needed space for 4 adults and wanted the ability to have some meals in, rather than having to dine out for every meal. Bunny was great to deal with in advance as well as immediately prior to our trip and very accommodating regarding check in. Having two separate sleeping areas and bathrooms was perfect for us. My 22 y/o daughter and her bf were perfectly comfortable in the loft and said that the beds were very comfortable. The house was awesome. It really was a 6 star stay. Spotlessly clean with every amenity you could imagine: games, puzzles, beach towels, ice chest, extra towels, blankets, pillows, pens, pencils, maps, brochures, bottled water welcome and a water filter pitcher to keep up the supply. I could really go on here, but I hope you get the idea. (And that doesn’t even include kitchen stuff…) the place has everything, really. To be honest, we wished we had more time just to hang out there and enjoy the house. The front porch is so nice. The private patio/yard is a little oasis with pristine patio furniture and it has a full washer and dryer. It was so much nicer than a Hotel or room would have been. Don’t let the small size fool you, we had tons of room to spread out. Everything was easy. 2 blocks to the beach, 3 blocks to the freeway. 2 blocks to a park with free parking in large lot until 10 pm for our extra car. The neighborhood was clean and safe.

Bunny’s cottage provided a perfect home base for our Santa Barbara adventures! It’s a well appointed rental and had everything we needed. The location is exceptional! I highly recommend the Bunny Cottage!

My family and I enjoyed staying at the Bunny Beach House in preparation and celebration for my daughter’s UCSB graduation. It was everything I needed in a place to stay and more. It was beautiful, clean, close to town and the beach, not to far from the college, and it had everything we could possibly need to be super comfortable. We had a perfect stay. My fiancé and I stayed at the Beach Bunny Cottage to celebrate our engagement, and could not have been happier with our experience! The Cottage was clean, matched the online description, and was walking distance from everything we were looking to do in Santa Barbara (Funk Zone, beach, etc.). Bunny was very responsive and accommodating; she even offered to drive us back to the train station at the end of our stay! We truly enjoyed the vacation, and would happily stay at the Cottage again in the future.

We really enjoyed our stay at Bunny’s cottage. It is in an ideal location. We loved the layout of the house and everything is pretty much within walking distance. We had plans to go out for a whole but we were so comfortable at the cottage we decided to stay in and go to the pier close by.

Our family of five (two adults and three children) stayed here over the Memorial Day weekend. The house had a nice loft space for our three kids. We stayed in the master bedroom on the first floor, which has a nice patio beside it and its own bathroom with two sinks. The house was well equipped for our four night stay. The major pluses of this house is its location - two blocks from the beach and an under 10 minute walk to many good restaurants on lower State Street. Overall, a great experience!

The Beach Bunny Cottage is a great place to stay in Santa Barbara. It is within easy walking distance to the beach and many good restaurants. The cottage has everything you need for a relaxing vacation. Bunny, our host, was available but we did not need to contact her. She met us for our check-out and made sure we had an easy departure. I really appreciated not having to strip beds and take out trash, etc. As Bunny said, this should be a vacation. Some recent bookings required far too many cleaning tasks that should really be included in the cleaning fee. This will definitely be a consideration in future bookings. Everything was perfect for our stay. Thanks Bunny🐇!

The Bunny Beach Cottage was very nicely furnished and was probably the best stocked VRBO we have ever stayed in! Bunny ensures you have everything needed for a comfortable stay, and the cottage is very well located too. 100% recommend this property!!

After a long ride from LAX, walking into the Bunny Cottage was just what we needed to recover. Beautifully appointed, plenty of storage space, an array of dishes, pots and pans, fully equipped for those who love to cook. Close enough to downtown, the Mission, and fabulous restaurants. Be sure to explore beyond the commercial areas, much to see and explore.

Everything about our stay either met or exceeded our expectations. The cottage is delightful, the location is incredible, and the hospitality was second to none. We would absolutely stay here again!

This place was perfect for our family of 4. House was in great condition and clean. We loved the 5 minute walk to the beach/harbor and restaurants. The house is also a 5 minute drive to State St. and all the shops and more restaurants. We only wish our stay was longer than the 3 days we were there. Bunny was a great host and easy to get in contact with. We will definitely look to stay here again if we come back to Santa Barbara in the future.

The Bunny Cottage was perfect for our long weekend trip to SB. The location, amenities and character of an updated, authentic beach cottage made for a perfect base for our trip. The location was great for easily walking to State Street, the Wharf and Funk Zone. The loft area will not work for all, but our two 20+ year old children found it fun. The host was helpful and very accessible and accommodating!

We loved it here. Bunny was an excellent host. We had everything we needed. If we decide to come back, we would definitely stay here again.

What a cozy, fun place to stay in a fantastic location. You can walk/run for miles and we did. State Street and the Funk Zone are a sort distance away and the zoo is a 5 minute drive. Bunny., the host, provided great recommendations as well. Parking is on street bot super easy.

The cottage was absolutely charming. It was the perfect location for getting around Santa Barbara. Just a quick walk to the beach, wineries and fabulous restaurants. We had a wonderful stay and highly recommend this rental! Only thing to add, would be a warning about getting to the loft area, it is a narrow spiral staircase not easy for all. Bunny is a wonderful host who has thought of every convenience!

We enjoyed our stay at Bunny’s cottage last week. The personal touch of her being there for check in/out is not something we’ve had at other VRBOs and was much appreciated. Definitely a walking neighborhood but a car is also good to have for exploration. It is easy to get around the town and find parking. Our best dinner was Bouchon, lunch at Bluewater grill and breakfast at Jeannine’s . Keep in mind the spiral staircase is tricky if you have mobility issues but perfect for kids !! Bunny even shipped us a treasured stuffy when my daughter left it behind. She’s great, the cottage is great, book it and enjoy this lovely area !

Bunny, the owner, was extremely accommodating and very kind with our changes and needs. The cottage is located in a fabulous street, very close to the Harbor and to State St, which is the main street in SBarbara. It is equipped with everything necessary for a comfortable stay, including cooking. The kitchen has everything you need, including oil and salt and pepper. The bedrooms are comfortable, and my daughter enjoyed sleeping in the loft. We will definitely stay at Bunny’s Cottage when we return next year. Thank you for a lovely vacation.

What a lovely experience! We found Beach Bunny Cottage almost by accident with a random Google search and everything fell into place! The cottage is a warm and welcoming abode two blocks from the beach and so many restaurants within walking distance. You're on a quiet residenial street and parking was never a problem. The cottage was perfect, very clean, well stocked and everything worked. The back patio is such a cute place and well appointed. Bunny contacted us many times to make sure our check-in and stay was going well. Thank you so much for a wonderful two-day stay which was not enough to see this delightful city! We will be back!

My college girlfriends and I had a great stay at Bunny’s Beach Cottage! Bunny’s place was cozy, spotless and walking distance to the Funk Zone, State Street and the beach.
