The house and pool was beautiful. My family had a wonderful time. We had one issue with the stove and Korby responded quickly..even on Sunday. Thanks so much for a fantastic stay!

Well equipped kitchen and plenty of beach towels. Great access to the Mauna Lani beachfront which has great snorkeling. Definitely would stay again.

I've been to Kona many times, and this is one of my favorite neighborhoods to stay in. This home is so beautiful with plenty of space, and full of amenities. The beds were very comfortable, and having so many bathrooms was fantastic. Whatever your plans are while visiting, you are in the perfect spot in this home. Grocery store right down the street, Tommy Bahama Restaurant (amazing!), beaches, plenty of places to go running and biking, endless things to do here!

We just returned from a week long stay at Ka Milo 205. What a great house. It he everything you need and more. Korby, the project manager was great to work with and very responsive. The house is in great shape and really provided a wonderful stay! We would definitely stay here again. One additional note, we did rent a golf cart and found it extremely beneficial to access the entire Mauna Lani resort vs always needing a car.

Everything was as advertised.

The property is amazing. Gorgeous sunsets watching the sun disappear into the ocean. Private pool and hot tub a huge plus. Access to private beach club and black sand beach had incredible snorkeling and swimming opportunities. Can’t say enough. Plan on returning and this is where we want to stay. Thank you!

Everything was pretty simple, received periodic updates as we got closer to our arrival date. Property was very similar to one we had rented before at Mauna Lani.

This property has a wonderful view of the golf course and water. The property is clean and has a comfortable floor plan for friends and/or family. We enjoyed our stay and will come back if we are on the Big Island again.

We had a great time at Kamilo! It’s so close to many beautiful beaches, the Mauna Lani property is excellent, the beach club offers a nice beach for kids and adults. We cooked a ton at home, and had pretty much everything we needed. The pool at the property was so fun, we were in it everyday! Thank you for such an excellent vacation!

We loved the location and amenities this house had to offer. It was nice to come home, cook diner and relax in the pool and hot tub without having to drive or walk anywhere.

This was the most amazing place we could have asked for! We came for the Ironman 70.3 and this house was in the perfect location. Didn’t have to worry about anything and we were able to relax by the pool when we were done!

Great house for a family with private pool and jacuzzi. Full kitchen with all appliances needed for vacation. Beach club is wonderful and has a really nice and protected reef to snorkel around.

Beautiful house! Great decorations. Nice amenities. Fantastic location. We had a great time! Breakfasts on the back terrace overlooking the golf course and the ocean in the distance will certainly be missed!

Great location

We had a magical time on the Big Island, and staying at this property made it all the more special. The home is spacious, clean, and well appointed. Having access to a beautiful pool and hot tub in the back yard was incredible, and it was lovely that the community lap pool/recreation pool/hot tub was just down the street to mix things up. The property manager for this property was very responsive, friendly, and helpful. The location of the home was perfect. Not too far from the airport/downtown Kailua-Kona and our favorite beaches. We would love to stay here again. Aloha and Mahalo!

We enjoyed our time at #205. All 5 adult guests liked the house and amenities were as described. The beds were extremely comfortable. The golf course view and sunsets at the end of the day were beautiful. Lani table was spectacular. We hope to comeback one day.

House is in a great location with excellent sunset viewing and close to community center. It’s a good set up for a group especially with 3 bathrooms. The Mauna Lani beach club is perfect place to spend the day with excellent snorkeling and restaurant food was great. Only complaint is that hot tub never worked our entire stay. We reported it broken but was never fixed during our stay.

Stayed here for my Birthday with close friends. This home is located in a nice quiet neighborhood that is part of the islands nicest resort. All appliances were really nice and made the stay that much better. Pool was a nice temperature even in December and the jacuzzi was easy to work. All the beach items were amazing to have as well. Love all care and thought put into this place. I would definitely book again if they would have me!! Thank you for such a memorable birthday!

The property is in a wonderful area and had everything we needed. Plenty of space, amnesties we’re great and easy to navigate the area! The only thing that was a negative was the property wasn’t as clean upon arrival. The floors weren’t cleaned/vacuumed and it was dusty. Vacuum didn’t work very well. Otherwise was a wonderful place and would come back to this property next time!!

Great time at the House. Almost everything needed for a good time (recommend getting some BBQ utensils). Korby was easy to communicate with and responsive to our questions. Location was perfect, close to everything. Beach Club was nice a for a day, Recommend going to 49 black sands beach for a morning snorkels, Hapuna beach up the road was great for boogie boarding and body surfing waves. Having a pool at the house was great, the Jacuzzi never got hot but the community pool area had two to relax in. AC, Ice maker and blender all worked great! We would definitely rent this house again!

We stayed at this property for 11 nights and found the home to provide everything we needed for a great vacation. The private pool and property amenities were wonderful. Many of our evenings were spent on the second floor covered lanai enjoying our meals, beautiful view and island sounds. The property was as described and pictured. We were hoping for a bit more with this house. I will preface that we like to eat in, do some light cooking and dine on the lanai as much as possible. Let's start with the positives: ample space with 2 living spaces and large eating area, nice master suite, comfy beds, large laundry machine, nice wool carpet, decent beach supplies. The negatives: kitchen supplies seriously lacking, not many dishes and most were chipped (maybe 8 dishes, 8 bowls, 8 salad plates at most), no serving plates but lots of mixing bowls and tons of ramekins, literally 2 wine glasses (and not even matching: one stemmed, the other stemless), no low ball glasses, tons of water bottles (who wants to use someone else's water bottles!). The towel situation was odd, lots of mismatched not fresh-smelling towels, and not a single foot towel for the showers. The upstairs shower smelled of mildew so my daughter refused to use it. The house was needing 1/2 of its bulbs changed (which the manager did at our request). The dining lanai furniture was very uncomfortable and maybe too big for the cramped space. And lastly, the pool/spa. The skimmer was dead with the net completely detached, the pool was cold and unable to be heated. And the spa was on a 3 hr timer so just when it would get a little warm, it would turn off. Again, unusable. The lounge chair cushions were stained with visible food from previous use (not sitting on those!).The house could be so much more enjoyable if it were maintained better and supplies were refreshed.

We loved our stay here! Having a private pool during this pandemic was amazing. It was wonderful with kids. There were fun pool toys and a built in whirlpool. There is so much space in the house which is beautiful and really well maintained. It’s really nicely finished with great appliances and central air!! The community pool was also open and you are a very quick drive to the private-ish beach (no beaches in Hawaii area truly private). The sunset views were lovely. It’s also nice to be close to the grocery store. The neighborhood is very quiet and the landscaping incredible. It’s been a rough year and coming here from the other side of the island was a really luxurious vacation. I hope to come again. Mahalo for sharing your home!

Beach Club with great snorkeling and restaurant short drive or 20 minute walk through resort grounds. Easy check in, professional and friendly rental agency.
