Good room for several generations. Very easy to get around to other sites and activities.

Property was very clean. Quiet neighborhood. Lots of room.. bunk bed room is nice, we will come back our kids and friends next time. 4 bathrooms in the house is VERY nice and convenient.

Very well maintained large home. Wide driveway for easy parking. Lots of linen, kitchen utensils etc. However some type of overhead protection over the back door used to enter the house will be beneficial when there is heavy rain.

A nice house in a convenient location. Listing was inaccurate, as items pictured and listed were not available. Common areas were small and crowded for our group of 12 people. Nice bathrooms.

We had a group with age ranges from 14-65. Everyone had their own space. Updated, clean, convenient location. Very nice. 5 stars!!

Unfortunately we didn't get to enjoy this location as much as we wanted to because of our lacrosse games , but everything worked out better than we thought. Communication was very prompt when I had questions. The master room shower had a nozzle issue, the fire alarm battery was low so that was going off on and off, and we couldn't find many cleaning supplies to wash dishes. Thank you for a lovely stay!!

My husband , daughters and family number 15. The 6 bedrooms were perfect for our group. We had a couple of issues with broken coffee pot and wrong size sheets but problems were quickly corrected . Good communication . Easy check in. Would like to see more kitchen towels and baking dishes but the supply of dishwashing and washing machine pods was appreciated

The property was very clean and well stocked with towels and dishes. It was perfect for a large family. The 5 full bathrooms meant that there was no waiting. 2 separate living spaces enabled people to split off and do their own thing. Plenty of chairs so we were able to get our entire family of 12 around the large dining room table. Convenient to the freeway and all attractions in the Colorado Springs area. Would definitely rent this house again.

Perfect for what we needed

The whole booking process was a breeze. Communication is excellent. We were able to play tourist all day and comfortably relax for visiting and such in evening. Unit was very clean and private. Cooking facilities adequate for 12 of us adults. Would recommend and would book again!

Rented this house for my sons groomsmen and their spouses. Plenty of room for everybody. Convenient to everything we needed.

The house was great although two of the chairs were broken. Luckily we noticed that as we moved them and not after someone got hurt. Email went to spam folder and there's no communication on the VRBO site. I had to call to find the check-in information and they told me it probably went to the spam folder...so they already know that was likely to happen. So i had to ask who it came from so i could search my spam to find it. Once I found it, I also found that the little box in the email that says "lock code" was empty. So even if I had found it right off the bat in my regular inbox, I was still going to have to call. They then sent a text with the code and we were good to go in. Upon entering, we could hear a smoke detector beeping like it had a low battery. We found that in one of the bedrooms and took it down. We also found two loose toilet seats but we fixed those. You'll find a sign that tells you what they will charge you for... One thing was leaving a dirty grill. I assume if you charge someone for leaving a dirty grill it's because you had to pay someone to clean it. Well... We wanted to use the grill and it was absolutely nasty. We cleaned it, we used it; and we cleaned it again. It's ok... We won't charge you for cleaning the grill. So... For the owner... Your house is awesome! We really loved it!!! For your management team... Communication and upkeep leave much to be desired.

Although the property was not clean upon arrival, (due to an emergency with the housekeeper) I must say that management was AWESOME!! After calling the office and speaking with the property manager, they did EVERYTHING to make sure me and my family had a great stay. We were moved to another location within 30 minutes of me notifying management that the property was not clean, reimbursed for the housekeeping fee and not charged for the first night stay.. THIS is what I call taking care of the occupants! Will definitely use them again!!!!!

We were a group of 10 & this house accommodated everyone perfectly! We loved that there was plenty of bathrooms for us & the location was great! Close to the restaurants and bars so it was easy to get around. Highly recommend!

We stayed here last minute for the USAFA 2021 graduation week when we found out we could have more guests attend. Our kids, grandkids and a grandparent stayed together with plenty of bed space and bathrooms for all. The living and kitchen area was great for meals and a movie. The basement had some Toys and a tv for the kids. The washer and Dryer were great as welll. We had a couple requests which the property managers answered very promptly. We were glad to have hair dryers, plenty of towels, kitchenware and pillows. We would have liked sheets for the pack n play but we’re glad to have one and a high chair. We also appreciated the array of spices and Condiments for meals. There is a park a very short walk away. The only reason I didn’t give 5 stars on the neighborhood is because someone did go through the rental car when left unlocked because the change drawer and glove box were open SO lock the doors

Stayed 2 nights on the way to Estes Park. Nice house and convenient to so many parks and things to do and see.

This property was very nice and worked well for our large family of 14. Fairly well located to all the coloradi springs attractions.

Had an amazing time during thanksgiving... family gathering was amazing...

We came down for the Fallen Firefighter Memorial and used this house and the one beside it. Both were outstanding both inside & out. We would not hesitate to use this properties again in the future. any thanks Scot Ritchie

This house has a ton of bedrooms/bathrooms. Great for big groups or families.

Calling ahead for an earlier arrival time was accommodated for us. We were pleasantly surprised at the lovely bedrooms, 2 master suites--one on each floor and 5 baths--one off the family room downstairs. Kitchen generously outfitted with plenty of dishes, cups, glasses and lots of silverware. Side by side fridge, microwave, toaster oven and patio grill. You will enjoy your stay.

Owners were very easy to communicate with and responded quickly. House was spacious, had everything we needed & everyone had a great time! It was great for us! Only thing I would add would be having a high chair accesible!
