I was quoted one price per day and for 3 days I was charged almost double. Hidden fees I did not see.

It’s just down the road a couple blocks to the Springs resort and Walmart was a short dash for groceries and such. Very accommodating and comfortable.

Our family had a fantastic stay! The condo was beautiful and the layout was perfect for what we needed. The condo had everything you would need plus more! Within walking distance of town. With a toddler and newborn, we requested a little more time for check-out which was granted and greatly appreciated! Highly recommend!

Cleanliness lacking. General cleaning was below par - carpets, windows, floors, walls. Personal belongings shoved into closets. Bunk beds had a cheeto and old sock, washing machine mildew, towels old, etc. Just general cleaning stuff. But the place has good potential, well equipped in the kitchen. Would stay again if assured that the housekeeping was up to par.

This is a lovely condo! Perfect accommodations for our family. Everything you could possibly need was provided! Beautifully decorated but felt very much like home. With a newborn and a toddler in toe, a later check-out was given which was greatly appreciated! Highly recommend!

My family and I had the pleasure to stay at this lovely property located near the heart of Pagosa Springs. The property was well taken care of and decorate very nicely. If you do plan on staying here I would suggest getting the garage code to help save you from climbing extra stairs. And I would also recommend getting an egg crate for the beds. The beds are very hard and needed some extra cushion. Besides these two minor things we would highly recommend this property to anyone who is looking for a very nice well put together property and situated in the heart of Pagosa Springs.

Condo was convenient to downtown and not too far from Wolf Creek. Nice condo for a family. We were here during “ snow hurricane “, but this place would be gorgeous in the summer.

Great location! Plenty of space. Comfortable and clean rooms and bathrooms. Will definitely be back. Wifi strength didn't work with master bedroom TV only con. Everything else was wonderful. We had a great trip.

The property was amazing. My only concern would be the water heater couldn't keep up with 6 people. We had to really spread out our showers. I wouldn't really call it walking distance to the shops, unless you were really looking for a workout. For me, it would be great during the summer since I like running & walking. After a day of skiing a little closer to to town would be walking distance.

Once we found the place and heard back from contact, we had easy access. Only one lightbulb in each fixture, so we bought six bulbs and added them to get enough light. Then we could see. Fireplace nice feature. The beds were great. Well stocked. One side of the couch only had bare wires where the handle to pull up the footrest should have been, but we managed. Jill and family

We had a great stay here. The property was just as listed. Very roomy for 3 adult males and a teenager on a ski trip. The property was very close to downtown Pagosa Springs and a beautiful 30 minutes or so drive to Wolf Creek Ski Resort. My bed in the master was very comfortable and the room/bathroom had a ton of space. I did hear the people above me walking around and squeaking the floor a few times but it wasn't that bad. There are stairs to access the main floor from the garage and from the common entryway fyi. Overall everything was great! We would stay here again!

House is located extremely close to San Juan St & hot springs. Layout of house was great for our family (1 bedroom up & 2 down) and our friends stayed in the same complex which was very convenient. Will definitely stay again on our next ski trip to Pagosa!

This is an excellent condo complex to stay in when traveling to Pagosa Springs. The location is the best. The complex has very thin walls though. This one has uncomfortable beds, patchy internets service and no pizza cutter.

It was a great 5 day stay. We loved the condo and it’s amenities.

We had a wonderful time in Pagosa and this townhome is in a beautiful location. We spent a lot of time throwing rocks in the river with my kiddos. Everything about it was wonderful, however the sheets are scratchy and the property would benefit from buying some new ones. Otherwise, everything was great! Thank you!

Great location, loved the trail to town to get coffee in the morning, really enjoyed our stay. Great condo, the set up was perfect for us and another couple, as there are two distinct sleeping areas.

Home is great and so is the location. Bring chairs for patio on first floor & shampoo/conditioner. Overall it was clean, however the rugs and comforters on the bed need replaced/washed. Towels need updated as well. We are not a picky bunch so none of this took away from our enjoyment of the home.

This condo was very nice, the layout was very roomy and comfortable. Backed up to a wonderful paved trail with beautiful scenery.

The place was so clean and a great location! My only drawback was the beds were so uncomfortable felt like sleeping on rock as well the sheets and blankets were so rough they felt like sand paper on my skin. Otherwise everything was really great and the communication was also very timely and well done

This was our first trip to ski Wolf Creek. We were used to very nice homes at Breckinridge or Created Butte. The condo was fine. The water takes a long time to heat up. all 4 of us could not take quick showers without running out of hot water. single thermostat upstairs made it very difficult to keep downstairs bedrooms warm. manager acknowledged the problem and suggested we use additional blankets and floor heater. Eventually kids slept on couches upstairs to be comfortable. manager was very responsive. condo was fine for what we needed. good location. bring extra TP, trash bags and food containers.

The location is great and the building is newer. The unit could have been cleaner. The vases on the dining room table were layered with dust/dirt. The chairs on the deck had torn fabric. The bedroom and bathrooms doors needed to be propped to stay open. The coffee pot and washing machine did not work. We used the microwave to make coffee.The table and floor lamps in the bedrooms did not work.The pillows on the beds were marginal. The top bunk has a foam mattress. That said, the location is walkable to the main Spa/Springs and restaurants. There is room for 1 car in the garage and one in the driveway. The unit is set up well for skiers with a bench to take off ski boots and room to store ski equipment. A few improvements would move this unit from good to great. All in all, it worked for us.

The condo was beautiful inside. However I was disappointed that there was only one extra roll of toilet paper. I had 5 guest with me and we ran out and I had to go buy more. The master bathroom shower/bath took a while to get hot. But other than that I had a great stay!

It was very easy to check in. The garage was a bonus and very much appreciated. The guest contact was very responsive and answered all of our questions very quickly. We loved our visit to Pagosa Springs and would definitely book this again.

This is a very nice condo. We felt right at home. We were in town for skiing at Wolf Creek (which was an easy drive). The next day we took a 3/4 mile walk from the condo, along the east bank of the river, and bathed at the Springs Bathhouse! So relaxing! This condo is virtually in town so getting to restaurants was easy. The condo was roomy and the kitchen had nice utensils/pans.

Our family had a fabulous time in this condo. We went up to go skiing but no snow. We had a great time anyway in this well kept, clean and fully furnished condo. We had everything we needed to make fabulous meals and the river flows right behind the condo. We had a nice time walking into town to shop too. Highly recommended, we will be back!

This condo is beautiful as is the view from the back deck which is only accessible through the master bedroom. The front deck from the dining, kitchen and living area looks over shanties with extra cars and tires and fiesta music much of the time. I think we were the first to rent the property and it looked like the owner just moved out for the weekend. There were many opened containers left in the refrigerator and sandals by the door, but no extra toilet paper or trash bags. The closet in the master bedroom is locked but there is a storage closet across the hall for use. His car is parked in the one car garage. The owner, Gregg, responded to our questions immediately with the DVR and broken A/C but neither resulted in our being able to use them during our 3 day stay. All in all, we had an enjoyable time, just wanted to give full disclosure in what to expect.
