The property was lovely and perfect for a multigenerational gathering. The property is all on 1 level which was ideal. We were able to have a noisy side with kids and a quieter side for those who need extra space. Jeff was great and very responsive to an early check-in. The neighborhood is safe and quiet. Thank you Jeff for a great experience.

The pictures and verbiage were misleading. Weeds in gutters, dog hair, mildew, and overall condition was very poor and disappointing. Obviously we won't stay here again. Overpriced isn't even a good description until it gets some maintenance and cleaning

Good place to stay. Perfect for our K-9. Cosmetic attention to property (lawn maintenance, weeds, shrubs) would add so much shine to the grounds as well as new pool loungers… sharp, rusty edges can cause injury. The house is in a PERFECT location and the lake view is spectacular! If you have kids and a pup… this is definitely a place to consider. You can truly feel the warmth of family within this location. The rooms are big, bathrooms are updated (could not get the jets to work on tub) and the covered porch is simply the best!!! The kitchen is truly a focal point. The appliances are all new and were clean. The stove hood was missing the control panel cover and the stove light did not work. There is (2) washers and (2) dryers: perfect for big families!! We wanted to grill but the grill needed major attention and we did not have any grill cleaning materials. We will definitely reserve again and have already passed info along to our friends and family. Thanks for sharing!!

This is a great property! We especially liked the pool. It’s has a very nice, convenient location & very pleasant local people.

Everything was as expected. The house and location was perfect for us. Hope to do it again with my family from Long Island, UK and Greenville.

The house is perfect for large group - lots of beds and space to put stuff with a big kitchen for gathering. The dock and boat launch were so convenient for the SeaDoo we brought. We stayed in April so the weather was a little chilly to use the pool but it was a beautiful setting. We walked to the Tiki Hut and house is close to grocery stores. We hope to stay again!

There were 13 in our family to stay. Overall it was wonderful! We will definitely be back next year. The house was VERY clean. The shallow and deep water dock were very enjoyable, not to mention the pool!!! Accommodations were pleasing to everyone. Despite a minor issue with the HVAC and extreme heat(not a HVAC problem)… and a tweak in the house with renovations in the lower level(no longer a part of the available home). The host was very prompt any time we text. Our stay was wonderful! I guess next year, this grandma will have to bunk in with the kids again! Loved every minute and wasn’t ready to leave it behind. Thank you.

Yes the kids were popsicles in the pool and lake… but loved it and weren’t slowed down at all! The house is in a great location and was perfect for our extended family get away. Comfortable. Great sunrise views; lake view from most rooms. Big kitchen in center of house. Fenced back yard & huge front porch kept my little dog safe. Had to manually light cooktop burners each time. Exhaust hood switch panel broken -and no light over cooktop.

We rented this house for a large family vacation for 16. The house was Big enough for all of us, we appreciated the huge kitchen and the outdoor grill as we decided to prepare all meals in. The views of the lake with sunrises from the front porch were beautiful. We rented a boat for the week and enjoyed exploring the gorgeous lake every day. The pool was a wonderful addition that we made full use of. The fenced yard was so nice for our pup . All the reviews mention the maintenance issues and needs and we agree that it needs some TLC. The front porch could use a fan and more seating. The pool area could use a couple more umbrellas, we northerners were fighting over spots of shade. We had gorgeous weather so we were all outside all day but if we had needed to be indoors seating was limited for a group as large as ours. We ventured into Seneca Thursday evening for Jazz on the Alley and had a blast! Great band, food trucks, keeowe brewery and lots of tables and chairs., Super fun! Our large group all agreed it was a 5 star family trip we made a ton of wonderful memories

The house was clean and an excellent view of the water with kayaks and a well-maintained dock. The only cons were that the bunk beds were broken and unable to be used on top and the pool light did not work. We ended up having to buy inflatable mattresses to sleep everyone.

We really enjoyed our stay, but there are a few items I think could help others in making a choice in the future. We LOVED the fact that this property has its own ramp and dock - super convenient! We also had a wonderful time in the inground pool and appreciated being able to bring our dog and relax with the fenced-in backyard. These are luxuries that are hard to find packaged in one place! The kitchen was also well-equipped for our group of 11. There were plenty of dishes and all the cooking items we needed. We found it a little disconcerting that maintenance issues had not been addressed. Although the owner clearly states that the property is NOT in pristine condition, there were things like broken door handles and burners on the stove not igniting that had been mentioned in reviews 9 months ago -- still not addressed. Also not really an easy setup for toddlers and crawling babies. There are some hazards that made it difficult. Those things are no big deal for a group of adults, but bringing babies was not ideal at this house. Overall, it is easy to enjoy this place with the nice pool, good lake access, and stunning views. You just need to know in advance that it is not well maintained.

The house was roomy enough for 7 adults and 5 kids. The porch was so inviting, looking over the lake. Kids caught fish off the dock, went tubing , water skiing, and paddle boarding. The pool in the back yard was a great addition for after dinner swims when it got too dark to trust the kids in the lake. Overall a great vacation spot quiet yet within a mile of The grocery store and Seneca.
