This is a beautiful little hotel within walking distance to the lovely plazas. The staff were helpful and helped to arrange our taxi. It was very Charming.

Alejandro, the owner was on-site, super helpful. Everyone there was very friendly. Great, quiet place with coffee shop and cervesas next to the pool area. Was a great place to work remotely from and for a romantic getaway with my wife at the same time! Close to both the square and the Paseo Montejo.

A beautiful property, close to Centro but far enough away to be quiet and peaceful. For those of you who have not been to Merida, I cannot stress enough how wonderful finding a quiet spot to sleep can be! Several nice restaurants nearby and the hotel is located across from a well maintained public park. The bed and pillows were comfortable and the room was immaculately clean. There was a small fridge in the room and hotel supplied 2 bottles of water daily. Breakfast was very nice and cooked to order. Staff was very kind and helpful. The location is also great for catching cabs and Uber.

Our room was upstairs, which was not a problem for us, though I don't think the listing mentioned them. Wifi was intermittent in the room and excellent in the shared spaces.

The GM was very nice and helpful Could speak fluently English and French The rest of the staff was also very nice Last but not least it was just a few blocks away from the City Center.

Everyone was very welcoming and friendly, the location is amazing and the room was huge.

I’m used to sleep better on hard beds, if you like soft one you are in luck!

Great welcome, the owner was lovely and gave us a lot of tips about where to eat, what to do ... You can park your car in front of the hotel. It's a free and safe parking on a square. If there is no parking space left, just wait a couple of minutes. The room was big, clean and quiet. We loved the location of the hotel, which is near the center and shops.

Merida is quite the chaos if you drive yourself and we couldn't find the hotel immediately. Due to the one-way streets we had to drive around the blocks a couple of times.

It is a really nice hotel at a great location. especially the hospitalility and service were fantastic and made our stay unforgettable! We got some great tips for Merida and around and would definitely recommend this place to anyone!:) the included breakfaat was also really good, making this a great value for money!

We had a fantastic time at Hotel Mejorada Merida. The room was huge and very comfortable. The staff were very accommodating and helpful. The breakfasts were delicious too. We slept very well as the hotel is very quiet. The outside space is beautiful and we enjoyed relaxing by the pool during the hot afternoon sun. The hotel is near a beautiful square and close to delicious restaurants. Would happily stay again!

Location is very close to city center. The patio is beautiful. Rooms are spacious. Breakfast is nice and there are options to choose from.

Rooms are missing some things (glasses, microwave perhaps). There are no balconies and only some rooms have chairs in front of them.

Very communicative host, rooms, towels were refreshed every day. I think it's good place for 1-3 nights to visit fantastic city Merida.

spacious room and a nice garden with swimming pool! it was very quiet although the hotel is located in the center. the owner is super helpful and gives you great information about the country and places to visit. the breakfast is freshly made and served on the terrace, the ambient is great to start the day in the old town of merida!

our room on the ground floor at the back of the building was a it dark but that was still absolutely OK because the room was very generous and we only stayed there for sleeping. we choose the room because of it's size.

This is very cute and cozy hotel. It looks like hacienda and has a lot of things, which want to consider. This hotel situated not far from the cathedral of San Ildefonso but there is quiet place. The personnel is very polite and attentive. I was surprised about the cleanliness there. The housemaid even arranged my shoes))) If I visit Merida I will stay here again. I like this place and people

Nice hotel close to the city centre (10-15 minute walk). Parking available on the square next to the hotel (Police station is next door so it is secure even when parking on the street). Clean, comfortable rooms, good breakfast, very friendly owner and host (ask him for activities). Next door is restaurant "El templo" with good kitchen and reasonably priced drinks. Safe deposit box available.

This hotel was fantastic for a 3* hotel. It has geeat location, very central. You could walk around downtown even with a small kid. Staff was awesome, very helpful and firendly. Brekafast were decent. Rooms were comfortable.
