Tea es súper simpatica, el alojamiento es estupendo, estuvimos una semana ahí y era realmente cómodo, desayunabamos ahi ya que había un par de platos, tazas y una nevera. Ubicación de diez y colchones súper cómodos.

Igual por poner algo diría que el baño a veces olía un poco a tubería, pero no pasaba a la habitación ese olor.

Расположение прекрасное, центр города, рядом метро, магазины, кафе и рестораны. Большое спасибо Тее и Ираклию, встретили и проводили с учётом наших обстоятельств. Сердечное им спасибо!

The location is amazing and so is the host. Super friendly and very responsive. Balcony with amazing views. Highly recommend staying here!

A few utensils in the kitchen were missing like knives and a pan that works for the induction stove. Soap in the kitchen for cleaning would have been nice to have, too. Still just minor things and overall a great place to stay.

Perfect location, Georgian hospitality , what can be better? Wonderful choice to stay in Tbilisi!

Lovely host, comfy room, and a cafetière for my morning coffee. Plus very handy for Metro and supermarket 20m down street. Really nice spot and I even got to wash my dirty hiking clothes. It was so good I rebooked and came back after a trip to Lagodekhi.

Toilet flush need to be repaired

Great location very close to Metro Station, a Spar supermarket next door and good Wi-Fi. The apartment - Studio flat - was a good size, clean, compact with a fridge, working Aircon, and the shower was excellent. When I arrived there was no kettle or rubbish bin but Tea - the owner/hosted- sorted that out very quickly. She even let me do a load of laundry. There is a lift - although it’s pretty old and cramped but it does work!

Best advice is to call or text Tea before you arrive since once you get into the building, the apartments aren’t marked. But that’s the only issue I had.
