The apartment was immaculate and in a great location. We were met at the property and shown the facilities. We will definitely be back.

Daniel was very professional and thorough with making sure that we knew how to enter the premises and how to operate the appliances There's a great view from the penthouse suite and an easy walk to the beach that has lovely soft sand Restaurants nearby and a handy supermarket around the corner Wish we could have stayed longer

Daniel met us when we arrived and gave us an overview of the apartment and all of its energy efficiency and sustainability features. The apartment was clean, the complex is well run, and the staff are very helpful and quick to respond. The location is amazing with quick access to the beach and other site seeing areas. Sperlonga was the favourite place we stayed during our trip to Italy as it gave us a break from the crowds and the room and town are both quiet and lovely.

Everything was absolutely great! Daniel is the most helpful host we have ever met, the apartament and the whole building are supplied with all the facilities you would need - and more :) we especially appreciated excellent air con system, automatic shutters in windows and laundry room with dryers.

Big, bright, open appartment, comfortable bed, all clean, modern and easy. Enough towels, and great laundry room downstairs.

Location was great, few minutes walk to the beach and the town with access to restaurants, cafes and a market. The building and the apartment were immaculate and smelled so good. The host was fantastic and super helpful. Parking was easy. I would stay here again and definitely recommend this place to anyone in the area!

These are super minor 1) it would be helpful to have a floor or apartment numbers on the doors (or any designation) 2) They are very conscious about recycling etc however having 4 different garbage bins can get a little confusing (maybe use colored bags etc.). You know the place is excellent when all I have are these two extremely minor things to say.

Our stay was fantastic. The place was super organized and clean with a great location near to the beach. The staff was great. I strongly recommend it to others.

Beautifull spacious comfortable apartment, good bed, great shower. In the basement there are washing machines and dryers to be used by the guests. Nice sunny balcony. Daniel the host is very kind and helpfull.

This place is amazing. Brand new, apartment, spacious, clean, modern with nice high tech details. It is positioned in a genious location right in front of the beach and super close to historic center and the super market. I loved the view especially and felt warm and cosy, like home. Daniel is a very nice host!
