Solo la ubicación

No me gustó nada las camas están en mal estado, tiene un olor feo la habitación,no había agua caliente ni funcionaba la televisión, te cobran más del doble de lo que te pide la app y por sus precios creo que hay mejores opciones

EL AGUA CALIENTE NO SALIO, SE LES OLVIDO DEJAR LA TOALLA Y EL CONTROL TENIA POCA RECEPCION TE TIENES QUE ACERCAR A LA TV PARA QUE CAMBIE

This was our first stop on our travels through Mexico to Belize with our dog. The hotel is far enough off the main route thru Tampico, but easy to get back on the road. Good parking right outside your room which made loading and unloading simple. Staff was very nice and accommodating. Not a luxury hotel, but nice enough for us for the night. The whole complex is gated, so very secure. Very pet friendly, which is important to us. They do charge a pet fee, but it was only a few dollars.

This is a no frills hotel.

The exterior and grounds gave a very different impression than what awaits in the room.

No face cloths, one hand towel with a big hole in it, had to ask for bath towels. Didn't realize at the time there was no need, the shower was a trickle of cold water. The room was very small, though pet friendly there was not even a patch of grass for the dog. The neighborhood was ok, lots of loose dogs so a challenge to walk ours. The worst part though was the incredibly loud music that woke us just before 11:00 pm and went on for hours. It was an event right on the property not 200 m from our room. We tried ear buds to drown it out but there was apparently no insulation to the rooms and the decibels were so loud nothing helped. We did feel secure but got very little sleep. We left at 6 am, no shower, no breakfast and feeling exhausted.
