This property exceeded our expectations! The location was steps from the beach, and only a 5 minute walk to the Old Town. You can’t beat the view from the rooftop deck. Check in was very smooth, and the apartment was clean and quiet. Highly recommend!

Wish we had booked a longer stay and can’t wait to return. First visit to beautiful San Sebastián and this apartment was the perfect place to stay. Great balcony views and close to everything. Owners are very accommodating and helpful. Cannot wait to return again for a longer stay!

Following our Camino Del Norte, we stayed here and enjoyed our time immensely. What an absolute pleasure. Location was excellent and the hosts were very good with communicating. I’m looking forward to rebooking next year.

Overall the place was very nice and met most of our expectations. Everything was nice, clean and basic furnishings, with instructions that were clear even though not everything had a translation from Spanish, so Google translate helped where needed. Main bed was very comfortable and being on the 7th (top) floor we were able to keep the windows open at night for cool evening breezes and sounds of the surf. The extra bedroom did have 2 twin beds, even though they were your basic cots with mattresses on top but we didn't need to use them so not a big deal. The kitchen had the all the basics utensils, dishware and pans to prepare light meals such as breakfast, but with the old town 2 blocks away with great pintxos available we cooked less than we thought we would. Some very minor things regarding lack of basic supplies, which we are used to having provided at rental homes in the USA. For examples; no laundry detergent provided so we had to find a shop which sold some, only one small trash for the entire place tucked under the kitchen sink, with no extra trash bags so we bought some of those too. No trash can was provided in the bathroom (for things which should not be flushed) so we had to set up a bag under the sink. Only 2 rolls of toilet paper provided, which 2 adults can easily go through in 6 days, but luckily we didn't need to buy more although we did run out on the very last morning, so paper napkins which we also had to buy, from the kitchen, worked in a pinch. But really we had a pleasant stay and Jose, our host, was easy to communicate with even though our Spanish and his English were minimal, it was not really a problem. We would likely stay here again, primarily because it was the perfect location for access to the old town restaurant scene and the beach front areas.

The entire experience renting this property was exceptional. Before arrival: Responsiveness and clear communication, recommendations and connections to Michelin starred restaurants, referral to a stellar tour company. Arrival: In-person check in with detailed information on the how-to's , who to call, where to go. Extremely clean and comfortable 2 bedroom apartment with modern appliances. Fabulous balcony and view.

Amazing apartment in a wonderful location with both character and efficiency. The balcony was terrific with views to all sides of the city. Located near pretty much anything you'd want to do as a tourist. Communication with property management company was very easy. Would highly recommend to friends and family.

We were most delighted with this apartment. Absolutely perfect location, close to the old town with all nice restaurants. Also close to som nice shopping. The apartment had a beautiful ocean view, and the terrace were really nice. The apartment felt modern and perfect for us, 4 adults. This property could not be in a better location. You are in the center of everything, and just a quick walk to all the best parts of town. >5 minutes to the beach, old town, bridges, etc. The hosts also gave us awesome recommendations of where to eat. Highly recommend!

Just few meters away from the beach, surrounded by stores, bars and restaurants but still in a quiet peaceful street. Apartment had everything we needed travelling with a baby, good bed, all clean. Nice view too. Jose was very helpful, professional and friendly.

This apartment was a great find. Very nice, clean, updated, and right where you want to be in San Sebastian. Location was amazing. Close walk to everything. Had a nice deck with a view of the water and other sites. Situated right between the old city and city centre for easy access to everywhere. We were able to wash clothes in the washer as needed. Use the kitchen. It was an easy, comfortable stay. Much bigger than I expected. Also, Jose was a perfect host. He spent time with us, shared information about the city, and went above and beyond to make sure we were all set for a great stay in San Sebastian. Hope to come back again soon.
