The best location and property I rented every. Plenty of space and kitchen was to die for if you like cooking as my family did. I would definitely request this property again.

Lives up to all expectations. No disappointments. Well appointed, beautifully designed, and functional for a large group. Everyone was comfortable and had their own suites. The Pearl can adapt to business or vacation configurations. We had a wonderful time.

The very first thing that I want to mention is from the moment we booked, the communication between Greg and I was always fast and helpful! I’m not sure if he was the property owner or manager, but the communication and help from him was outstanding. We rented this property for our wedding without having the chance to visit the area or home beforehand. Every time we emailed, we received prompt responses with exactly the info and suggestions that we needed. Even in the evening hours! The home was absolutely beautiful and offered us all of the space that we were looking for. The open concept kitchen was perfect for our evening after the wedding. The island countertop is very large (much larger than the pictures made it look), and plenty of space for the caterers. We were also able to rearrange the living room and create enough space for our guitar player AND an area to dance the night away. Each floor was beautifully decorated, and the lay out was very comfortable. There is a stackable washer and dryer on the top two floors which was handy incredibly handy. The location is superb! About 10 minutes to the main road that feeds into the area. Dining, shopping were easy to get to. The area felt very residential and comfortable, which was exactly what we were looking for. We visited in October and decided last minute to heat the pool. Worth it! I should also mention that I was able to message about hearing the pool very last minute, and was easily and quickly able to have that arranged. There is also a guy that comes every 3 or 4 days to clean out the pool. The only thing that got a little tricky during our stay at the house was the driveway. It is a single driveway that can hold about 12 cars, but there is sand on either side that is recommended you do not park on. The driveway also sits up fairly high on top of the sand, so I wouldn’t recommend driving two wheels off the side of the driveway either. You can scrape the underneath of your vehicle. As long as you preplan for the driveway, it really isn’t an issue. We left everyone’s car keys in a basket by the elevator on the main floor so that if someone was blocked, we could move the cars as needed. Overall wonderful stay, would definitely consider renting again if we are back in the area.

Absolutely beautiful house in a perfect beach setting. We had 28 people and plenty of room to spread out. The kitchen and dining area are a great size and really well equipped. The only picky thing is that some of the house needed some small repairs, but the owner already has plans for the work to be done. Would definitely book again.

We had a group of 22 and it was truly the perfect location. Enough room to spread out so we didn’t get claustrophobic, but plenty of gathering space where we could all be together in one room. The heated pool and direct access to the beach made the stay extra amazing. The kitchen appliances, washing machines on 2 levels, and balcony’s for all beach front rooms were remarkable touches. We had one little issue with the grill but the friendly maintenance man was very prompt in coming to fix it. We would certainly go back again.

This house is an absolute dream for any group vacation !!! The entire architectural design is intended to ensure that everyone has their own space and luxury ! Greg from the management company was MORE than attentive and communicated VERY well on details etc ! It’s secluded enough to feel exclusive but close enough to resources and shopping to not feel like a hassle ! Thanks Greg and thanks to your team for making it so memorable!

Our family of 8 adults and 7 children had a fabulous time at this beautiful Gulf Shores home. It was beautifully furnished and well equipped - especially helpful was the very large kitchen with three refrigerators and three dishwashers. It was large enough for everyone to spread out and fairly sound proof in spite of our 7 loud grandkids! Management was very quick to deal with! We hope to return soon!

Gorgeous home with very comfortable amenities!! The location on the beach is superb!! Loved this house! We had a group of 10 and even though there’s a ton of room for everybody it still feels cozy! Loved all the windows to see the ocean every moment of the day!! The house is so light and bright! Very nice mattresses on the beds! All my guests commented on the mattresses which seem to get overlooked in vacation home rentals!! This house is a dream and will not disappoint the toughest critic!!

Our family of 23 had a great time at this house. It had tons of room for everybody. Enough room for everybody to sit down to eat at the same time was a plus. The beds were comfortable. We couldn't have asked for a more perfect home.

The place was fantastic. The layout was perfect and so convenient to the beach and shops/ golf/restaurants, etc. People raved about the mattresses too. Well done.

The Pearl is a new home with top of the line everything. The bedding was comfortable and the shower was amazing. The kitchen was well stocked with utensils and enough plates and glasses for an army. We thought having three dishwashers was excessive, but there was not a time during the week when all three were empty. The pool was great to relax around when you needed to get out of the sun and at night the multi color lighting was mesmerizing. There were times during the week when we were the only people down by the water. It was like having your private beach. We cooked out a couple times on the gas grill and did have an issue getting and keeping it going, but I'm sure that has been addressed. The location is far enough away from the condos and public access beaches, but only four or five miles drive to the shops and most restaurants. I highly recommend "The Pearl" and hope to come back one day!!

Beautiful, clean, perfect for a large group! Practical with the multiple refrigerators and cooktops.....many families can prep meals simultaneously. We "owned" the beach and it was so easy to just walk down the private boardwalk to the sand. We had 6 married couples and a bunch of singles, plus 14 kids! the multitude of rooms and big beds gave great flexibility and privacy for each.

Our opinion of the Pearl is the home offers everything someone could want in a vacation rental. The home was spacious and well laid out for large families and groups. We were all able to spread out and have privacy when desired, but then all be together and having seating for 38 in the dining area was also a huge plus!! The private balconies and privacy dividers for the masters bedroom gulf front balconies was also very nice!! The pool and deck were awesome, and we loved having a gas built in grill, many of the other homes we have stayed at either didn't have a grill or had a cheaper charcoal grills. The home was clean and well maintained and we appreciated the 6 bath towels per bathroom that were provided. Having 12 baths was also a huge plus!! No sharing bathrooms was very nice. The only issue we were concerned about was the parking, but Greg explained that the Federal Gov. regulates the impact on gulf front lots and they maxed out their building impact of the property. We had 12 cars and parking wasn't a problem at all. You can pull a few under the house on the East and West bays and then the driveway is very long from the road to the house, which was also nice, because we were so far off the road, there was no road noise to worry with. We had an awesome vacation spending time with family and making memories in this wonderful property. Everything was as advertised and we loved every minute of our visit.

Photos do this place no justice. It is breathtaking from the time you pull in the driveway. They have missed nothing in the details. They provided all of the essentials...towels, coffee, toilet tissue. The kitchen appliances are top of the line. The furniture and decor were well placed and very nice. The owner is very easy to contact and any issues that we had were addressed within 15 min. The property is well maintained and we will be back.

We were blown away by the pictures of the Pearl and had high hopes and The Pearl did not disappoint!! The attention to detail and the quality of the house is top notch!! The layout, which includes an elevator to each floor, provides space for everyone to be together around the massive kitchen island or on the incredible deck, but there were also dens on each floor that gave the kids and others their own space during the week, and we were all grateful for that! We all had beautifully designed and spacious rooms with either a gulf view or view of the lagoon. The beds we agreed were THE most comfortable we’ve ever had in a rental home!! The linens were clean and luxurious as well as the bathrooms with top notch fixtures and lighting. I was blown away with the quality of things they provided us during our stay from the kitchen appliances to the TVs in every single room and furniture everything was beautiful and comfortable. We felt very at home here and can not wait to come back to the Pearl. Let’s not forget about the pool!! So fun for everyone, and we were particularly grateful for the design of the large steps across the entire shallow end for the smaller children. I would recommend this home to large families and groups of all ages who want a luxury retreat in Gulf Shores. You will not be disappointed at The Pearl!
