This is a wonderful rental in a quiet location. The unit is very clean, comfortable (especially the beds), and well stocked with linens, cooking equipment, dishes/utensils/glass-wear, and beach gear. Access to Tom Nevers beach, trip to 'Sconset center and Nantucket town are easy. Most importantly, the owners are welcoming and very responsive to all inquiries. We had a delightful stay and plan to return!

We loved our stay - the place had everything we needed, including excellent beach equipment and a well-stocked kitchen. We stayed with four adults and two kids. Had amazing times in the lovely backyard, and it was a short walk to a beautiful beach. We also enjoyed the quiet Tom Nevers location. The owners were also very responsive.

I rented this for my daughter and her family and they were 100% satisfied with the place. She has 4 children and everyone found the accommodations to be quite comfortable. We have already reserved it for next year.

We were so appreciative of Dave and Kathy accommodating our last minute plans to take vacation. The house was the perfect size for us and had everything we could ever need for a beach vacation including chairs, toys for the kids and even a cooler! The ability to walk to the end of the road to the beach was such a treat and the outdoor shower was a dream! We appreciated the tranquil neighborhood as well. We had never stayed in Tom Nevers before, it is close proximity to Sconset for the market, shops and snacks even to mid-island for Stop & Shop and Fish Market. With traffic this time of a year, it took some time to get to town or the drive on kids beaches but the house was just what we hoped for when booking a vacation with a weeks notice. Thank you again!

We had a wonderful stay in Tom Nevers! Everything about the house was exactly as described and it had even more room than we thought! The backyard is absolutely perfect and they have everything you need for a hosting a perfect summer dinner outside. We hope to be back and feel lucky to have found this spot on Nantucket.

We had a wonderful time during our stay. The location is perfect for a quiet and relaxing visit. It a short walk to a beautiful beach which did not have crowds. The location is relatively close to the island's bike path and a few miles to 'Sconset, etc. The property manager was on top of things and responded promptly and courteously to all inquiries/requests.

We had a great time and the house was perfect! Walking to Tom Nevers beach was super easy and sitting outside on the deck was perfect!

We had a fantastic week at For Every Buoy! The house is clean and well equipped. Everyone was comfortable and had their own space. We enjoyed relaxing days at the beach and returning to the house to lounge on the back deck. The outdoor shower was a definite bonus. Thank you, we will definitely be back!!

We had a great time staying at For Every Buoy! The house was very clean and well taken care of! The hosts were very quick to respond to any questions and very helpful with advice on things to do, etc. We had most of our meals in the outdoor deck seating. This was our first time on island and we loved the property as well as our ability to quickly get to town. We would definitely return. Thanks David & team!

Great backyard/deck for family; quiet neighborhood away from town but close to private beach; four bedrooms - plenty of space for family of five; afternoons on the deck; fun lawn games and plenty of beach supplies included. Hosts were wonderful and attentive; they had a great guide book for the island of things to do, etc. We have been vacationing in Nantucket for 10 years - one of our best property experiences ! We will be returning!!!

My 4th time staying here with 5 other people in our party. Clean and well maintained. Short walk to the beach. Quiet area. Nice to get away from the crowds in town and at other ACK beaches. Everything you need to have a relaxing vacation.

We rented this lovely house , which is in pristine condition for a week in late June . It was well stocked with all the basics , all the appliances and decor were pastime. The deck and garden are very comfortable, the stroll to Tom Nevers is easy access to cycle paths and Sconset and the light house are an easy cycle, it is also close to the great bus service if you have multi generations and don't want to taxi them into town . We loved staying here and hope to get back there again soon.

Our family of 5, including 3 school-age kids, were fortunate enough to spend a fun, relaxing and very active week in this beautiful home over the July 4th weekend and following week. The listing and photos accurately describe the home and the amenities, but there is so much more to love about the place - starting with the owners, who were so pleasant and helpful and made us feel so welcome in their home. A 5-minute walk to one of the most beautiful ocean-side beaches on the island, which is essentially a private haven for the neighborhood. The 2-tiered deck is perfect for a family dinner or just lounging, and the private backyard is large enough for the kids to play. Inside, the house is the ideal set-up with enough living space to cook a nice meal, enjoy it at the dinner table and then relax with a book, board game or watch some TV in the living room area. Everything down to the comfortable beds and soft sheets to the abundant and clean linens made our stay enjoyable and easy. Honestly, there is nothing in our experience we would change, and we hope to spend another wonderful week, (or more?) here in future years.

The best value on Nantucket. Well maintained, clean, open floor plan. You can hear the ocean, which is a short walk away. The beach is never busy. Quiet neighborhood for long walks. We had seven people here for a week and had a great time. Large deck in a secluded back yard. You've never seen so many stars at night from this deck. Highly recommended. We will be back.

We met with friends in this totally charming house. The location of the property is ideal for those who enjoy their privacy, but they can also be in town after a short drive to experience unique shopping opportunities, restaurants, and all Nantucket Island has to offer! The beach is within walking distance. The house is perfect for large families and entertaining. The bedrooms and open concept living area are spacious. The two-tiered outside deck is perfect for outdoor entertaining or relaxing, and the cozy fireplace in the living room is ideal for cool Nantucket evenings. The kitchen is fully equipped, and towels and linens are plentiful. The house is bright, comfortable, and beautifully decorated with quaint details. The landscaping and grounds are impeccable. We cannot wait to return to this property to experience the magic of Nantucket Island once again!

Our family were lucky enough to have stayed at this gorgeous home on Tom Nevers for a week this past summer and had the time of our lives. The home has a terrific private backyard and deck where we enjoyed our happy hours and they even had outdoor games available that we entertained ourselves with as well! The interior was meticulously kept and a perfect size for all of us. Location was prime! We will be back next year for sure and every year that follows.
