Very nice apartments. Main pool clean and pleasant environment to sunbathe.

We were located on the complex which is separate from the main complex and pool area. The management need to make this clear in the relevant webpages, that some customers will be 6-8 minute walk from the main area. In addition the separate complex involves a very steep walk up a concrete ramp. There was a pool on the separate complex, but it was small, unheated and only had 10 sun beds, so practically impossible for us as a family to get a bed. What disappointed us most that for our full stay we never once had our room cleaned. We had sheets and towels left outside. This meant that we changed our own bedding, mopped and cleaned our own apartment and put out the litter. This is not what I want to be doing on holiday. After 8 days we reported this to reception but this was not followed up.

Fantastic place to stay which I'd highly recommend especially for the price you pay. Apartments were massive and clean and nice and modern with everything you'd need. Our balcony area was huge with some lovely views overlooking the area out onto the sea and sunset. Was in a good location with plenty of shops, cafes etc near by. Plenty of space around the pools and never any issue to get sunbeds. Complex was also nice and quiet so was ideal if you wanted an early night. The people working there were very helpful, Mara and Laura in particular.

Honestly nothing it was a great place to stay and id come back if I'm ever visiting Tenerife again

The cleanliness was impeccable, and the airy ambience added a touch of serenity to our stay. While air conditioning was not available, the thoughtfully provided fans ensured that our accommodation remained cool and comfortable at all times. The hotel's strategic location was a definite plus. Being within walking distance to local shops and the exciting Aqualand meant that our days were filled with joy and adventure. Additionally, the 20-minute stroll to the beach and bustling strip offered a perfect blend of relaxation and entertainment, making every moment memorable. A standout feature of our stay was undoubtedly the staff's exceptional service. Always attentive and eager to assist, they went above and beyond to ensure our needs were met. Their friendly demeanor and willingness to help added an extra layer of warmth to our experience, making us feel truly at home. Our nights were undisturbed by any noise, allowing us to enjoy restful sleep and wake up refreshed. This peaceful environment was a welcome surprise, providing a serene haven after our eventful days of exploration. This apartment is an absolute gem for families with small children. With its spacious and pristine rooms, convenient location, dedicated staff, and serene ambiance, it offers an unforgettable retreat. We left with hearts full of cherished memories and a strong desire to return. A resounding recommendation for families seeking a perfect blend of comfort, convenience, and tranquility!

It's worth noting that the apartment's hillside location is a fantastic opportunity to get some steps in and enjoy a bit of exercise. However, for those with mobility concerns, a taxi would be a wise choice to navigate the incline comfortably. Taxis are generally cheap!

Would be good if there was a bar.. for drinks and snacks.. they do have some however if noone about you cannot buy them.. air conditioning would also be a bonus as the fan in the bedroom not strong enough and also had dust on the vents

Lovely location, a lot of steps to the room but so clean and huge balcony. Great places around to eat and drink! Pool is stunning but a little cold...

unfortunately the toilets overflowed on our first morning, property were so quick and great to fix but it did leave a not so nice smell in both bathrooms.

Very friendly reception staff. Lovely chilled vibes. Definitely visiting again.
