The house was clean and comfortable in a very quiet, nice neighborhood. Backyard views were always amazing! The heated pool and spa were wonderful! Thank you, Mark

I’ve stayed in a fair number of vacation rentals and it just doesn’t get better than this. The house didn’t scream “rental!” and truly felt like staying with a friend. Great pool, awesome layout, and a kind host.

The home was amazing, clean, Ronny and comfy! The view was MAGNIFICENT! We loved getting in the pool and hot tub. It was exactly like the pics of not better! Thank you for letting us use this gorgeous home of yours!

Perfect location for our family who ranged in age from 26 to 88. Homey, with spectacular views. All one level, which I needed for elderly father. Would definitely do this again!

The house is located in a charming older neighborhood. It boasts fantastic views of the ocean from its backyard pool and Jacuzzi. It is extraordinarily well appointed including a shed full of beach accessories. The kitchen has every cooking tool known to man. Very comfortable cooking for a family of six in the kitchen. Mark, the host, lives within five minutes from the property. He is helpful and hospitable and bailed us out on more than one occasion. After a 14 hour Disneyland day we inadvertently locked ourselves out of the home and he was there within 10 minutes to let us inside. The home is spacious and great for a family of six or seven or eight. We would definitely stay here again if in the area. Mark is a great host!

Lovely home in a great neighborhood, beautiful view, comfortable beds, everything you could possibly need even for an extended stay! Lots of books, dvd's, games, and the kitchen and pantry are stocked with everything you could possibly need! Plus beach chairs, umbrellas, boogie boards, pool toys! We had a fabulous time and hope to return.

Words and pictures cannot capture the beauty of the view from the backyard of this wonderful rental property. We spent most of our waking hours outside enjoying the view and the weather! In addition to the backyard oasis, the home is so awesome and was perfect for our family, which included our grown children and our grandkids. Everyone had a comfortable place to sleep as well as being able to share in the beautiful surroundings. My husband is in a mobility scooter, and this property was as accessible as we have ever found anywhere. We did have a couple of hiccups, but nothing that would prevent us from returning to this incredible accessible home. The neighborhood is quiet and there was no walking to the beach, but we found that, after getting in the car, we were right in the center of everything in no time at all. And I would be remiss if I didn't mention that the owner Mark was amazing to work with. He and his lovely wife met us when we checked in and showed us all of the amenities of the house. EVERYTHING we needed was supplied - we have never been to a more well appointed rental home! The game cupboard, library, video selection were second to none and the kitchen had everything we could ever need. Just a fabulous experience all around. Thank you Mark and Lisa for allowing us to rent your San Clemente treasure.

Lovely home, had everything we needed or could think of wanting. Pool and views were incredible. Definitely need a car, nothing in walking distance. We have 3 boys and on the first night, after 12h of travel, we let them jump in the pool from 9:30-9:55pm (quiet time 10pm) - next day had a noise complaint, even though quiet time is after 10pm, so noise rules are strict . Mark was super helpful and made everything very easy. Great stay.

Our family (four adults and four kids ages 2-18) spent a week at Mark's home and had a wonderful time. The view of the OC coast and Pacific Ocean is gorgeous, particularly at sunset. We used the outdoor spa, pool (heats to 82 degrees), firepit and gas BBQ almost every day. The home had everything we needed, including plenty of cookware/kitchen utensils and towels. Wifi worked great and we loved the huge DVD library. My young children appreciated the "toy closet" - a walk in closet in one of the bedrooms that had some toys, books and games. I highly recommend Mark's home for a fun, relaxing Orange County getaway!

This well loved and cared for house was the perfect place to spend the Christmas week visiting our families around OC. Everything is top notch in this house and the owners even decorated it for the holidays, which was just an added bonus! The heated saline/salt water pool and hot tub were wonderful. However, this house is not for a family with very young children as the pool is accessible through multiple rooms. This is the first time we rented a house with a pool because our kids are older now, strong swimmers, and the rules were strict about them not going outside without us. Just something to consider if you have little ones. The house is very spacious and quiet. We could sit outside and look at the view all day and night. Needless to say, we hope to stay here again soon. Thanks again for everything Mark and Lisa!

Loved this home and you will too. Mark was a fantastic host! Everything we needed was at our fingertips or a simple text away. The pool and hot tub were amazing. The kitchen is expertly stocked; the towels are abundant and the view is spectacular! The home is an oasis retreat. Our family enjoyed the week so much and we would love to return.
