La piscina y el jardín muy bien cuidado con rincones muy agrasables, lo mismo que el restaurante. La ubicación es muy buena. Tienes tanto la playa como tiendas y restaurantes al lado. Pero al mismo tiempo el apartamento no es ruidoso y se está tranquilo.

La ocupación de las hamacas en la zona de piscina, algunas reservadas con toallas todo el día y sin aparecer los ocupantes.

Die Anlage ist sehr sauber mit einem schönen grünen, gepflegtem Garten. Die Lage ist sehr zentral zu Restaurants und dem sauberen Strand. Alles Top und sehr gerne wieder. Die sauberkeit der Zimmer war sehr gut 👌🏻 Das Frühstück war sehr umfangreich und dem Preis angemessen.

Es hat alles unseren Erwartungen entsprochen.

Świetna lokalizacja obok piaszczystej plaży miejskiej, duży obiekt, baseny zewnętrzne, siłownia, dobre posiłki. W okolicy dużo sklepów i restauracji. Bardzo miły i pomocny personel.

Woda w basenie bardzo słona, trudno korzystać bez okularów. W pokoju zamiast klimatyzacji był wiatrak pod sufitem.

El aparcamiento en temporada esta un poco limitado en algunos horarios. Precios de restaurantes caros para la calidad.

Excellent apartment had everything you needed for a self cateting holiday. Lovely spacious 2 bedroom with a wrap around terrace you can see have a sea view or have a city view depending on where you were sitting on the terrace. It had a dining set and a bali bed, which was excellent for sunbathing as you had the sun all day. Or a coffee area that was perfect first thing in the morning for the first coffee of the day. It was just perfect. It's also in a great location central to all shops and restaurants, and you have the beach to the rear of the complex. It was lovely and clean and the staff were lovely. I would highly recommend it, and I will definitely be back for another stay 🥰

Everything was just perfect. Honestly, there was nothing I disliked about my stay.

Location is awesome. Right in the middle. We also stayed at the Lanzerote apartments which were super quiet even if there are still people partying on the main street. Beach is at 3 minutes walking. Room was spacious and had 2 bathrooms one on the floor the other on the first floor. We stayed in a very recently renovated room. Room and kitchen are fully equipped if you want to manage yourself - dishwasher, washing machine, fridge with freezer, etc. Mattress of the beds is comfortable. The interior garden is very well arranged it's full of palm trees, a lot of different plants and flowers. All this vegetation surrounds 2 pools and a small waterpark for kids. The pools are generous in size and you hardly feel like there's not enough room. There is also a small wellness and spa area dedicated to adults-only right next to the restaurant.

There was a bit of noise in the morning due to construction workers. They are renovating a lot of rooms. If you are a late sleeper work was starting at around 9 am. The sunbeds are a bit crowded. Sure you can move them around but there is not a lot of space left. On a personal note I didn't like the pillows.

Uns hat alles gefallen, die Lage, die Sauberkeit, das Frühstück… Für die Kinder war es super, sie hatten viel Spaß im Kinderpool. Der Strand war sehr nah.

Im Zimmer hätte die Grundausstattung etwas besser sein können, uns hat zum Beispiel ein Bügeleisen oder eine Waschmaschine gefehlt.

Nice location, clean, with lovely staff. Pools were nice. Close to the beach. Kids loved the slides in the pool too.

The beds could have been more comfortable but they were manageable.

We stayed in Villa 0021 and it was absolutely fantastic. All got en-suites, over 3 floors, out into the beach, right by the pool, kitchen was all stocked and had a washing machine. A little dates but the ends were comfy.

Showers were a little small in some rooms and didn’t have shelves so couldn’t bend down to pick up the body wash etc. so was a little difficult.

Lovely property with lots of amenities around. Kept nice and clean daily, washing machine handy and cooking facilities. Basically like a modern flat. Pools were lovely, attentive lifeguards and helpful staff Would stay again once the works are complete/not disrupting a holiday

Currently having major works at the complex. Understand that work need to happen but would have been nice to know before booking. Waking up every morning 8am~ to the sound of workmen banging, vans driving down the pedestrian path, chemical fumes smell and dust directly under our balcony not my ideal idea of a vacation

Estupendas instalaciones, zona amplia de la piscina. Los apartamentos nuevos, muy completos. Ibamos con niños pequeños y a la llegada estabamos en un duplex, un peligro con los niños en la escalera, se lo comenté en recepcion y al dia siguiente nos cambiaron un apartamento de una unica planta. Excelente atencion

I had stayed here before the location and facilities were good. However there was a lot of redevelopment work happening. There was no escaping the noise of dells hammer and construction. The noise level at the pool and on our balcony was unacceptable.

Lack of proper air conditioning. Access to room was awkward for a family with prams. When asked several times for a kettle reception still did not replace ours which was tripping the fuse box.

Great hotel, really clean and lovely landscaping, brilliant kids area with slides, loads of sunbeds and location is perfect. We got breakfast included and it was excellent. Would definitely stay here again.

No air con, there were only fans in the room we stayed in, was too hot. No kids club or entertainment for kids at night which would be a drawback for us.

Lokalita je top. Areál prekrásny, stale veľmi cisty. Voľne lehatka pri bazenoch boli počas celého dňa. Nádherná jedáleň, raňajkovať sa dá aj vonku pod palmami, záhrada plná kvetov. Ocenili sme že v areáli bolo večer už ticho, ani v noci nás nič nevyrušovalo.

Vybavenie kúpeľne nebolo dostačujúce. Nebol tam ziadny sprchovy gél, sampon a pod. Pýtali sme si na recepcii, ale nebolo nám nič dodané.

De bijbehorende restaurants serveren heel matig tot slechte diners.

El Desayuno es un bastante amplio en variedad y cantidad y estaba todo muy rico.

We where a big family group, age from 1y to 84y and when we order we asked to be on ground floor because we had two disable people with us and very young kids. We got rooms with many stairs and it was not possible for the two dissabled people to walk up the stairs, room 1058 was given for my dissable grandparent. So I had to go look for many different rooms with the staff and noting worked cuz it was not in ground floor like we asked for. So my grandparents stayed the hole trip on the sofa at my parents apartment (room 2062). They finally got ground floor appertment after 4 days of staying with my parents and that apartment was filled with bugs. I have video of the bugs every where. This is not good hotel for dissable people. We won’t book this hotel again.
