Perfect place for our family. Loved everything about condo. Close to beach, bicycles, beach supplies. Great place!! You'll love it! Don't tell but we also had easy time "sneaking" into the King and Prince pools (on way to the beach)...JK

We loved the property!!! It had ample room for our group of seven, is well decorated, and has all the amenities you need to be very comfortable. It also has bikes, beach chairs and umbrellas and other beach equipment for kids and teens. The property is also very close to the beach, only a five minute walk away. Finally, our hosts were very responsive questions we had when we arrived. Overall we had a great time and look forward to coming back again in the future!

We were looking for a location that met our personal needs for beds and etc. We also knew that we wanted to eat at the Crab Trap at least once - this condo is literally a block away. The home was clean and comfortable. Although tightly nested in the trees and surrounding homes, this place had sufficient parking for the two vehicles and the amenities met all our needs. We would consider this location again when in the area for our next event.

Everything about this property is first class, from the property manager (Suzanne) to the property itself. It’s is the perfect beachside getaway. This was our 3rd stay at at Oak Street Retreat and it won’t be our last!!

We stayed here for two weeks and had an amazing time. We have been visiting the island for 45 years and have stayed many places including the Grand, Beach Club and the King and Prince. We found this condo to be ideally laid out for a family with two teenagers (who need their own space) and the proximity to the beach can’t be beat. Beds were comfortable and everything was neat and clean. We are so happy to have found Oak Street and will definitely return. Suzanne was pleasant and easy to correspond with. Thanks for a great stay!

Perfect location and great place
We loved this property! This condo was wonderful for our family and we lived that there was plenty of chairs and beach equipment and toys for the children. Perfect location and an easy walk to the beach and the King and Prince Resort.
Only disappointment we had was that the bicycles weren’t usable.

We enjoyed our stay here. Owners were quick to communicate and work out any needs. Loved the location to walk everywhere. Tons of beach supplies and the cute coffee shop on the way to the beach was an added bonus!

Location was awesome!
We loved our stay! First time on the island and can’t wait to go back!! Town house was super close to beach and a short bike ride to the pier and cute shops and restaurants! House was equipped with 3 bikes (although one the brakes did not work), but there is a bike rental place less than a block away that we rented from., so it was not a problem. We loved the beach toys and all the chairs that came with the rental! We will definitely be back and stay on this property again !!

Nice getaway
Beautiful property with just a short walk to the beach! We had a relaxing stay. The condo was very clean, beautifully decorated, and comfortable. We had everything we needed for an enjoyable stay. The beds were comfortable and the kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed to enjoy cooking meals when we didn't want to go out. The beach is very close, just a very quick walk. There was also plenty of beach equipment: lots of chairs, tent, carts, boogie boards and some sand toys. Several restaurants are within walking distance as well. I would definitely recommend this location.

Perfect for a girl's getaway
We really enjoyed our stay. The location is within walking distance if everything we needed. There was plenty of room in the house and we enjoyed coffee on the deck in the mornings. And the beds were very comfortable. I’d recommend for parties up to 6.

Excellent location!
This place surpasses our expectations. Checking in was super easy. Owner was available for questions and answered them quickly. This place is perfect for a family. Plenty of room. We had two guest there for a few days and they had the lower level to themselves which was great. There’s alot of steps but we considered that exercise. Location was excellent. Close to beach and close to several really good restaurants. Also close to Pier for more restaurants and some great shopping. We stayed for several weeks and found the kitchen to have everything we needed for cooking. We loved this place and will be back next year!

The condo was clean, beautifully decorated, and in a perfect location to walk to the beach and restaurants. We loved that the owners provided beach equipment and bikes! We had an issue with the wifi, and the owners were very responsive and dealt with it as quickly as possible. Thank you for a great stay!

perfect location and layout!
This condo was fantastic. So close to the beach and restaurants. We had our 2 teenage children who each brought a friend so the layout was perfect. The condo was very clean and comfortable. Many times we find the air doesn't work great in a rental at the beach, but it was cold in the condo! We would definitely rent again. Thank you for having the beach chairs and cart. They were in great shape and made it easy to go back and forth to the beach.

Perfect Family Place on St Simons!
This property was exactly as described! Plenty of room for my family and in-laws (8 total). We loved having 2 living rooms, plenty of sleeping places, and tons of beach gear! Kitchen was spacious and very well-stocked. Restaurants, shops, bike rental, etc within close walking distance. The beach was in easy walking distance, even with beach gear. This was my family’s first trip to St Simons, and we will definitely be back!
