This house had everything you need to stay for the weekend. We had the awesome view in the mornings with the hot air balloons taking off and landing. The evening with the golfers and geese flying down to the pond. We had nice neighbors as well. The house was clean when we came and was nice for my little one to play some board games in the loft area. Plenty of space to relax after a hike, the springs or just out and about in the neighborhood.

We had a great stay. The place was clean and well stocked. It was located in a beautiful neighborhood on the golf course and very close to the lake. We loved how close we were to town and places to shop and eat. The hosts communicated very well and check in and check out details were very clear.

So easy to check in, and we were able to get access a little early. Host was great!
The home was clean and as expected. We were visiting friends, so did not do any cooking at the home, but all looked ready for us.

First off the host was great. After driving ten hours with 4 adults and two kids, she was able to resolve our lodging problems with another resort in Pagosa Springs on very short notice. She was able to turn our problem into an exceptional vacation. I can't thank her enough.The home was everything we needed for a great stay in Colorado. The Kitchen was fully equipped with everything one would need for cooking meals. The master bedroom downstairs and the two bedrooms upstairs was everything we needed. The balcony outside the upstairs bedroom overlooked the golf course and we were able to see numerous Canadian geese by the lake on most evenings. As we were preparing to leave, we were able to see the hot air balloons rising from the balcony.In the garage are bicycles,, kayaks, river tubes and sleds for the winter. We didn't actually use any of these items, but when I asked if we could use them, the host informed us we could use them. There are a few games and puzzles available, which our two kids used occasionally.As stated, this home supplied us with everything we needed for an exceptional stay in Pagosa Springs.

One thing to keep in mind if you are renting this house in the summer months, this house does not have A/C, just “forced air”. We were there in the hottest month, and this might of been a deal breaker for me. If I had read carefully the amenities, I would of seen that. The first night was pretty miserable, the next 2 night weren’t as bad. Lesson learned. I wished someone else would of addressed this in a review. Great location for what our purpose was. We were able to see the hot air balloons right around us 2 mornings, that was really cool, great experience.

It was wonderful. Beds were comfortable. The upstairs balcony was perfect. We played games on the dining table. Just all around great place.

We enjoyed our short stay. The place was very cozy, clean and family friendly. Everything is provided for your stay. The views are spectacular. The owner checked in with us to ensure we had everything we needed. Highly recommend. Will come back again!

This home met our needs. Beds comfortable. The upstairs was not hot. Has a garage. The home was nice and neat. The backyard faces the lake with beautiful sunsets . Enjoy!

We loved everything about this stay - the location, the quietness, the beautiful snow on the golf course out back and the set up of the house. Communication with the host was excellent and very timely! The layout of the rooms, and furniture provided lots of room and options when we played games at night! Each bedroom has lots of room and all had huge closets. The kitchen is open to the dining and living area, which was awesome! We are golfers and want to come back in the summer and play the course out back of this property and the other two in Pagosa.
New recent important info - if you plan on going to the hot springs, bring your beach towels as they now charge for towels. Also, Colorado had just passed a law that does away with any type of paper or plastic bags at stores. For now, you can purchase a plastic sack for ten cents each or a reusable bag for about a buck, but that will eventually go away. So bring your reusable grocery/store bags, because your not getting any in Colorado unless you pay for it.

We enjoyed our stay. Comfy, clean and spacious for family of four. All amenaties provided. Nice touch to add baskets in each baothroom for toiletries you could have forgottened. It's in a great location and quite neighborhood. Highly recommend.

The home was well furnished and very roomy with all the amenities we needed. The neighborhood was quiet and friendly. Great views from the decks in back. The house was clean. The owner was over the top helpful and there for any questions. Lots of restaurants and stores close by and a very short drive to Pagosa Springs and great nature spots including lakes.

Great home for our family vacation in Pagosa Springs! Very well stocked kitchen and lots of extras. Close to town, easy shopping for groceries and close to restaurants. Karri was very helpful, attentive, and gave some great recommendations. Beautiful area with so many activities close by. We will definitely be back!

Enjoyable stay
This home is lovely. It served us well during our stay. A couple of minor things—couldn’t locate sheets for the sofa bed—had to improvise. A little warm in the house. Some ac would have been nice. Lost power upstairs but reset the breaker and all was well. Tv is not user friendly. Wish for it to have been better. Owners extremely friendly and helpful. Would book again and recommend to friends and family

Great place!
This townhome was perfect for our family. Everything you need for a getaway. Lots of space and a well equipped kitchen. Kerri is great and makes sure you have all the info you need for your stay and even checks on you while your there to make sure everything is perfect. Would highly recommend!

The kitchen is great for cooking, the bedrooms have delightfully firm and comfy mattresses, and the upstairs patio is a place to get lost in a good book with coffee or stargazing over a glass of wine. Or both. It's a short 3-4 minutes to some good coffee shops and restaurants. Lots of space and quiet neighbors.
The best part is Karri herself, who was careful to ensure we had all we needed, all the directions, all the instructions, and handled our questions quickly and with true hospitality. She made this a place for rest and recovery for our weary souls.

Perfect
This home was exceptional. Our family has been traveling, yearly, to Pagosa; 30 + years. We have rented them all! LoL. So, we know quality when we see it. It was stocked with your essentials, clean,comfortable, and great location. Though it was a duplex, we had 6 adults and two 3 year olds which can be very loud, we never had any problems with the neighbors. THIS WAS THE PERFECT SPOT FOR OUR FAMILY. WE WILL BE BACK. THANK YOU SO MUCH FOR ALLOWING US TO STAY IN YOUR HOME!

Nice place and fair priced. There is a permanent neighbor in the duplex who isn't thrilled about the other side being rented. We got allot of noise curfew warnings from the owners and that should have been our first clue. If you want to enjoy your vacation staying up late and laughing with your friends this isn't for you. If you plan on having a quite time reading this would be fine.The driveway is not big enough for 4 vehicles. We had 2 trucks and had to park staggered. I barely parked on the snow pile in the middle of the driveways and the neighbor called the owner on me. She also yelled at my kid for fetching a snow sled on her side of the property.There isn't any form of a hot tub on this property. The pool/ tub access is 8 per person at the local community center.We probably won't stay again because it felt like we needed to tiptoe around not to disturb the neighbor but that's duplex life. Didn't quite feel like vacation with all the rules that got thrown at us.Just to note most of the driveways were narrow because of the deep snow but this was advertised as a 4 car driveway.

This house is a cozy place that is in a nice quiet neighborhood and very conveniently located for a stay in Pagosa Springs. The owner was very nice and helpful and the house was incredibly well stocked with all the kitchen and sleep amenities you would ever need. I would highly recommend.

Perfect in Pagosa!
We loved our stay here. The property is very clean and well maintained. When booking it, I didn't realize how convenient it would be to grocery stores and a delicious coffee shop (very important), but we also didn't feel like we were in the middle of town. The owners were also very communicative with information and helpful when we had questions. This was a great find for our family of 4 along with another family of 4, and we would definitely stay here again!

Big place, uncomfortable beds
The place was everything the owner said it was. The master bed has a very noisy box spring. There is no cable TV which would not have been a problem other then it rained every day and we needed something other then board games to keep us entertained. Overall a big house that is great for a large family.

Well Stocked!
This duplex offers a downstairs for the adults and an upstairs for the kids in addition to a play area with many games upstairs. The house and kitchen were incredibly well stocked; complete with soaps and detergents. We have stayed at places that offer zero supplies other than basic kitchen utensils. This was not the case. We watched the hot air balloons each morning and ran around the lake. Owners are available incase you have any questions. Great stay!

The location is extremely convenient to downtown, grocery and restaurants. Additionally the home is well-furnished, spacious and very comfortable.
Most important, the owners are easy to work with, very helpful and ensure you are prepared for a great stay.

This home has a great location and is conveniently located near grocery stores and restaurants. We appreciated the cleanliness of the house. The kitchen had every dish or pan for cooking including a crock pot. the home owner was extremely helpful and prompt to responding to any need. Thank you for opening your home to us.

House was perfect for our week golf vacation.
House is on one of the three golf courses located at the Pagosa Golf Club. A short few minute drive to the pro shop; convenient to a nice City Market for groceries, restaurants. The house is very clean; the kitchen was well equipped which made it nice to cook and serve meals. Nice bedroom suite on main floor with two bedrooms and loft space upstairs plus full bath. The upstairs deck is great for relaxing and looking over the golfing activity on the Meadows course. Will definitely consider on our next week in Pagosa.

We celebrated Independence Day and my parent’s 50th wedding anniversary in July. This place was as described, and all of our high expectations were met ... neatness, cleanliness, plenty of space, and great host communication to be sure everything was “just right”. The porch/decks were perfect for relaxing in Pagosa Springs, watching the geese and golfers on the adjacent fairway. I will definitely stay here again.
The 3 bedroom and 2.5 baths provided our extended family of 9 adequate privacy and space for sleeping and “getting ready” to go out each day.
The “no step” entry through the garage, along with an open concept kitchen/living area, and the 1st level master bed/bath was needed for my wheelchair-bound sister. The master suite has enough open space to accommodate the needs of a mobility-impaired person. ((For others with similar needs ... the shower does have a threshold that does not accommodate wheelchair access ... but we assumed that would be the case and planned accordingly).
It was just what we needed to escape from the heat of Texas.
