We thoroughly enjoyed the unit! It was clean and well appointed. The recently renovated kitchen is great and well stocked. We especially loved sitting out on the lanai with a comfy settee and table to dine. The resort property is also great with a pool just steps away. The resort's restaurant Hogfish Harry is a must! You may want to make reservations because of its popularity. To add to the location...the beach is a 30 minute walk or 5 minute drive. Our favorite beach is Clam Pass. Entrance fee is $10 but worth it. They have good concessions and golf cart accommodations for those who do not want to walk the mangrove boardwalk. All in the all this is a great place!

There were lots of thoughtful touches to make this condo comfortable for our weeklong stay. We enjoyed the Open kitchen, comfortable patio furniture, and large desk for workspace. And the location was great for eating out and walking to the beach. We would happily stay here again.

Beautiful and clean condo close to beaches and walking distance to restaurants and grocery store. The condo has a great pool and on site bar/restaurant. Kitchen had everything we needed and beds were comfortable. Would come again!

The condo was great. Everything was updated and very clean. We loved drinking coffee on the lanai in the morning and a glass of wine in the evening. The resort pool was very nice and provided towels. We appreciated the beach chairs, towels, umbrella, and cooler available in the condo. We would definitely stay here again.

This condo was excellent. Nice, clean, convenient location. Love the resort - tennis courts and pool. The whole process was super simple and we had a great trip. Highly recommend, and would use this condo/service again.

My wife and I have high standards and that perspective is reflected in our review.The is a lot to offer such as the pool and tennis area. The location is superb being close to Old Naples, grocery stores, and restaurants. The kitchen is excellent. The property managers are very responsive.What first struck me upon arrival was how the screen door slammed shut as we entered. What captured my attention next was a worn, plastic encased sign on the dining table. The sign stated “Please do not move the dining room table even one inch!! Thank You!!” Because the table is so close to the kitchen island, one would be tempted to move it to allow seating between the table and the island. The property manager said the owner did not want the table moved because it is heavy. My assessment is that while the table is somewhat heavy, the real issue is the flimsiness of the table. If the table were sturdy, it would have been no issue for two people to move. The ‘seating’ between the table and island is two stools – that are more like foot stools than seats. Some might think my commentary on the table is over the top. My issue is we could not sit as a family for a meal because of the way the table was situated.

The condo is immaculate, well decorated and ,up to date. Park shore Resort is lovely and well kept. The location is great with much to do nearby. I would give this a five star rating and would not hesitate to return in the future. Tammy is a wonderful manager addressing all concerns promptly and politely.

Elegant and comfortable property with all the home comforts

We stayed at Park Shore Resort- Unit 140 for 1 week over the holidays 2019. We have been to Naples several times and love the area beaches, downtown area and the restaurants. Overall we had a wonderful time. The unit itself has just been updated; the decor is modern and lovely. It was also very clean! The lanai was comfortable, very clean as well, relaxing and overlooked the complex’s lagoon. However, the linens were old and extra linens in the closets were messy, mismatched and haphazard. We were there with our two young adult children and had to separate and then remake the twin beds in the second bedroom. The closets , kitchen cabinets , and some drawers were disheveled as well. There were half used bottles of body wash and shampoo in the bathrooms. This was all a real turn off. A rental unit that looks like this on the surface should have empty closets, neat cabinets, etc. Also, the complex itself is showing it’s age and needs updating. It does not fit in with the rest of the Park Shore ambiance.

Park Shore is close to everything in Naples including the beach, restaurants, and grocery stores, This unit, 140, has been updated and offers two excellent bedrooms and a comfortable main room, along with a screened in porch overlooking the property’s small pond. The resort offers a restaurant, tennis courts, pool, and a hot tub. The hot tub was on the fritz during the visit which was the only drawback.

My Wife And I Like Staying At Park Shore Resort, Great Place, Older Complex But The Owners Of The Units Are Redoing Them. Very Comfortable And Clean, Close To The Beaches And Fine Dining, We’ve Stayed At This Unit 3 Times And And 2 Others 1 Time, All Are Great. Dealing With Tammy And Neil Is Real Easy And If U Need Something There On Top Of It, We’ll Be Back

Our family of 4 enjoyed every minute of 3-night stay at the condo. Modern interior design and very clean. I was cooking all our meals and I had everything I needed handy and even more. Tammy is very friendly and responsive. Highly recommended.

My niece and I stayed here four nights and were very comfortable. Beautifully appointed. Great location. Easy check-in. Parking was literally just outside the condo door. I wouldn't hesitate to rent this condo again. Thanks!

Gorgeous condo! We felt as though we were in a 5 star hotel. Beautiful view of the lake and convenient to everything. Will definitely stay here again.

The unit accommodations and folks at the Park Shore Resort are outstanding. My family and I had a wonderful vacation. Everyone we met was friendly and helpful . The unit was beautifully decorated and had everything we needed to make our stay a truly comfortable one.

Really enjoyed our vacation at Park Shore. Condo was a perfect size and well appointed. Also liked the pool-lots of chaise lounges available-large enough to swim and soak up the sun

We had 5 nights in a really clean and well updated ground floor unit. The unit was very comfortable and had everything we needed. The resort was clean and a little haven for rest and relaxation after a traveling holiday. Showers worked well, bed very comfortable. It was a shame that the island cafe on site was closed but the pool and hot tub were lovely. The location is a little out of the centre of Naples but easy to drive and reasonable enough for a taxi. We also got a bus once as well. We ate at the village a couple of times which was walking distance for our family at just under 30 minutes and the supermarket was very close. Very close to lovely beaches e.g. Clam park pass. Tammy Novak was very responsive to questions and we would definitely recommend.

Lovely setting and very good location. Excellent kitchen area, comfortable beds, and extensive ‘welcome pack’ of essentials which was greatly appreciated.

Spotless and tastefully furnished accommodation well supplied with everything needed for a break in Naples. Beds comfortable and kitchen really well equipped. Close to beaches, restaurants and supermarket. Nice pool on site. Two teenage children were more than content! Thank you Tammy.
