We had a great few days staying on the beach. Everything we needed was included with the rental. When the tide was low the kids played on the beach and in the water. When it was high tide everyone relaxed on the sandy area above the rocks. We would love to stay there again the next time we stay in Oceanside.

The house is nicely updated and extremely clean. However the outdoor furniture is plastic mismatched junk. We have stayed in many Oceanside properties and never have they had such low budget furniture. A outdoor sofa and a couple of heaters would really elevate the experience. I personally would not stay here again for the rate we expected a better outdoor living area.

Great place to stay to watch and hear the ocean right there in front of you. We had one problem this time we went to heat the oven up and someone had left food in to go box from the previous renter in the oven and it caught on fire before we noticed it. We weren't able to cook the meal we had prepped for that night and had to eat out management agency could not get someone out to clean the oven until the following day. We ended up cleaning the oven ourselves call my it was a mess. Otherwise, it was a great place to stay very comfortable beds.

The house was amazing, so spacious for all 5 of us. We had plenty of room and loved the large balcony with sliding doors to listen to the ocean 24/7. The kitchen was very well stocked with plates, glasses, dishes and cookware. Having a bathroom on the main floor was perfect. One of the most favorite features was the beach area at the lowest level. When the tide was out you could get down the rocks to the water. Truly fantastic location and home! Can't wait to book again!!

This property was perfectl for our first family vacation. Beautiful close-up view of the ocean. Plenty of living space for everyone. Nice private backyard beach with chairs for everyone. We really enjoyed this house with close proximity to everything. We definitely will be back.

This was a great place. The pictures made it look like its was one level, which it is not. The main deck is the top story, but FABULOUS views!!! This place was well stocked with everything you need and we had no issues. Would highly recommend.

We were blown away when we entered the house... very clean and inviting and the view of the ocean is breathtaking. Management was very responsive for the few questions we had. We would definitely consider renting this place again!

Hands down best beach house we have rented! Beautiful and clean home! Parking was great! Would bring less clothes next time because I washed everyday… was sad to leave and will definitely go back 😄😄😄😄

The property was just as pictured, very clean and well stocked kitchen in terms of cooking utensils, beach towels, etc. Beautiful views, great location, would absolutely stay at this property again as it was one of the better experiences we have had with VRBO.

The house was all that we hoped it would be, plus more. Amazingly well stocked kitchen, nice linens and towels and furniture, lots of things provided (from beach towels to garbage bags). Easy to follow rules and schedules. Responsive manager. Quiet neighborhood, easy parking, great walking.

We stayed here for 3 nights and it was absolutely lovely! South Oceanside is a spectacular location with lots to do within walking distance. The house was impeccably clean, had everything we needed and of course you can’t beat the waves crashing on the shore right outside your windows. We will be back!

We really enjoyed our stay. The house was clean and well maintained. We will definitely rent this property again.

As advertised. Great for kids. Weather was fabulous. 3 outdoor levels plus a private sandy beach area with fire pit.

We enjoyed our stay at this beautiful property. The beds were very comfortable, the property was clean and well-kept, check-in process seamless, and communication excellent. We enjoyed relaxing on the sand, having an evening fire, and walking to breakfast. The kitchen contained everything we needed for preparing meals on the property. Loved our stay!

The property was very clean and set up well. We really enjoyed the main space. The water is right in front of you. We saw a pod of dolphins swimming just in front of the house!

This place was great, the pictures are accurate. I just needed to get away for a couple days and wanted to go to the beach and this property was perfect.

We loved the view, we loved how the vacation rental is decorated! When it is low tide, we enjoyed taking a walk on the beach. My only recommendation would be to use less fragranced fabric softener on the linens, as the smell was strong. We loved this vacation rental right on the ocean!! What a perfect view!!

Clean and had everything we needed. We walked down the beach at low tide and used the firepit at night. Would stay here again.

This was our first time to Oceanside/Carlsbad area and this home was the perfect getaway for our family of 5. Just minutes from stores/restaurants when needed. The home was decorated in such a relaxing way. The kitchen was beautiful and ready to cook in with a stunning stove and pots/pans. The rooms were just what we needed. The space for all of us just to play or relax was perfect. This home had the best backyard on this strip of beach. Our boys are 8, 6, and 4 and the sandy area and sand toys provided were such a blessing. This home was truly stunning on the inside. The only things that would have elevated this home would have been a game box with card game and board games. Instructions for the remote would have been so helpful. We would have loved a nice hammock outside or reclining outdoor chairs that we could lay out in to enjoy the crashing waves. Condiments/spices in the kitchen and laundry detergent would have also been great but I understand why these probably were not provided. We look forward to staying here again. We wished we had just a couple more days. So thankful, The Joneses

Great location! Some electrical issues as many outlets did not work, as well as, light fixtures and lamps. Exterior lighting was very poor too. Bath towels were in limited supply. I am sure Property Management will address the above concerns.

Really no complaints. It rained most of our trip, but we really enjoyed it because the house was comfortable.

The property was just perfect. They thought of everything. You can tell they work hard to keep the property beyond expectations. Would stay there again and again. Perfect in every way.

Our stay was wonderful. The home is beautiful with a dream kitchen that was fully stocked. We cooked every meal there and found everything we needed including a hand-mixer and steamer for veggies. Location was great. Only recommendation is the floors need a good cleaning. Our bare feet were pretty dirty by the end of the day. I would definitely stay here again.

We had a great time in the beachfront home. Description of home was accurate and because of that, I will not hesitate to rent through VRBO in the future. A couple of concerns during our stay, however, the property owner was extremely responsive.

My husband and I had a wonderful time staying here with our one year old son. This house really is great for families with small children.

loud construction going on right next door, tons of stairs to bedrooms, the whole bottom level of house where the bedrooms are has no internet or cell service and only one room had TV. tons more stairs to get to the beach. super close to neighbors, huge rocks and boulders making it impossible for grandparents to get to the water. not a relaxing vacation at all
