This was our 4th year, and we had the best time, great weather and a beautiful beach front home to enjoy time with Family. Trish is wonderful, came right over when we needed additional propane. The property is very clean, perfect layout, and plenty of room for family reunion.

A fun beach house located "close in" to Scituate Harbor. The house is well taken care of and provides a wide open great room with views of the ocean. It was perfect for my family. Thank you Trish and the rest of the Sullivan's!

Property was nice. We had 9 adults staying for 4 days before we went on a cruise out of Boston. Location was great. The view of the ocean was spectacular. It was cold outside so we didn't get to use the deck, but it is fantastic! Reasonable distance into Boston.

A wonderful seaside community with close access to the town center and beautiful walking access to the Scituate Lighthouse.

This is a wonderful house to hang out in with the family for a very relaxing week ON the beach. First, the house was pristine clean when we arrived. Everything was in place and ready for the next renters. The bedroom situation was perfect for our family of 10 - 6 adults and 4 kids. Beds were comfortable. Although the bedrooms were small they were very adequate and there were plenty of other places in the house to hang out. The third floor was terrific with a king bed, an extra queen bed and open space and couches. The deck was our favorite place, huge and well outfitted with comfortable chairs. We could sit there and watch the kids on the beach below us! The ocean was moderate in the cove so great for children. Sometimes really calm and other times a little “surf” so they could safely play in the waves. More seaweed than expected but that depended on the weather. Everything we needed was there. We brought extra stuff but didn’t need it. Do bring your own hairdryer and shampoo/ soap stuff. There are plenty of beach towels and beach chairs. Location was good. Easy walk to the lighthouse, a little longer to town but short walk to town beach for a change in shell searching. General store across the street was convenient. We loved it here and will come again.

As always we had an amazing week in Scituate. Having the house right on the water is amazing with our family having young children. They all enjoyed walks on the beach and spending time on the deck. This property is beautiful and the hosts are more than accommodating.

I would rent this house again for the deck alone. Sit and watch the ocean for hours! It was beautiful. House was very clean and had plenty of room for our party of 10. First floor has no a/c but once the ocean breeze kicked in it was very comfortable. Being steps from the beach is a dream. Can’t wait to rent again next year!

This is our 3rd year renting this beautiful beach house. Being right on the beach is very special and restful. Everything is very convenient and the host is wonderful…. I highly recommend this vacation rental.

This was our third stay at this property, and we love it- the location is a short walk from the lighthouse or downtown; the deck/view cannot be beat, and when you walk into the house, you immediately feel at home. It also feels SPOTLESS! Plenty of room and nice doors with a view for inclement weather. I can't really say enough about this - and Trish and her family are responsive & helpful. Great place to stay! Highly recommend!

This home provided all that we hoped for during our time in Scituate. It was chilly, but we enjoyed hearing the waves from every room and the views of the ocean. The host was very responsive, and the house was extremely well equipped. We would return for sure!

We had a lovely long weekend at this amazing beach house. The home was everything we needed for a comfortable and fun weekend with our family. We loved having the space to spread out and the views were incredible. We cannot wait to come back!

This was the perfect weekend to celebrate our 50th birthdays. The house is beautiful and the location was perfect. The people that own the store next door were so nice to us as was the neighbors. We have already decided we will book this house again next year

We just came home from our 2nd Annual Moms' Weekend away and we are all looking forward to next year already. We love sitting on the deck, going for walks on the beach, walking to downtown to grab a drink or some lunch, and just listening to the ocean. The house is beautiful, clean, and the perfect location. Spent most of our time on that beautiful deck… enjoying every moment

All needs met. Plenty of glasses ,dishes,and towels. Fridge wasn’t cold enough but between the amount of food that was in it and how many times it was opened all day may have been the reason. Just thought to mention just in case something needs to be checked. Great spot, my favorite place on earth.

This property was right on the beach with a beautiful view of the ocean from a very spacious deck. We appreciated the hooks on the gates of the deck as we had a 13 month old with us that loved to roam, The house had all we needed and we visited the store across the street, for ice and drinks. The house itself was very child friendly, with the highlight doing laps from kitchen to living room and back. Weather was wonderful and the water was nice not too cold Thank you

The large deck with latching gates overlooking the ocean was a life saver with a 1 year old being all over the place and the other grandchildren as well! The kitchen could use a stove with all working burners and newer cooking pans. Other than a few kitchen issues the stay was great!!! Have rented numerous times and looking forward to renting again !

We had a wonderful time at this beautiful property. We had the most amazing gorgeous weather this November weekend. The owners were very accommodating and friendly with my many questions. We spent hours sitting out on the deck and walking on the beautiful beach. We found lots and lots of cool rocks. We walked a few times out to the cool lighthouse 1/2 mile away. And also walked into town to wander around the shops. The kitchen is pretty basic, but functional and had most of the cooking items we needed... Including a very fun toaster :-). The couches in the Living Room were very comfy, as was the little reading nook upstairs. Lots of beds to choose from, and 3 full bathrooms. Highly recommended.
