La struttura è comoda come posizione, dotata di parcheggio privato e gratuito per i villeggianti.

Abbiamo soggiornato (io e la mia famiglia) 3 giorni. La colazione è inclusa (dalle 7 alle 10) e abbiamo scelto la struttura proprio per questo motivo (per praticità avendo 2 bambini). 2 giorni su 3 non si sono presentati, il portone dove veniva servita era chiuso a chiave. Non eravamo soli, altre persone hanno avuto lo stesso trattamento e spero lo recensicano. Il primo giorno, una volta rientrati, abbiamo chiesto se fosse successo qualcosa (dato che non vi era nemmeno un biglietto attaccato alla porta) e lo staff ha fatto finta di non saperne nulla. Nemmeno la buona volontà di scusarsi. La colazione era ovviamente pagata ma è proprio la mancanza di scuse (anche un biglietto, una email o un messaggio sarebbero bastati) ad averci lasciato senza parole. Il secondo giorno una coppia ha chiamato e è stato detto che, se avevano fretta, potevano andare al bar. Proprio perchè avevano chiamato (il giorno prima non abbiamo chiamato e non è venuto nessuno) alle 9 è arrivato il proprietario, alle 9.20 ha portato la colazione. Nemmeno una parola, nemmeno una scusa, nemmeno un saluto. Chi aveva ragione? Erano le 8.30 quando siamo scesi, non le 7 e non le 10. Non dare un servizio indicato è inaccettabile. Almeno avvisate la prossima volta.

Staff or was very unwilling and unpleasant. we only stayed there one night instead of three. There was issues with air conditioner, it did not cold, only fan worked. The declared breakfast from 7.30 was not even served at eight. And we had cockroach in bathroom - Accommodation provider told us, that cockroach must have come from outside through the open balcony and he has nothing to do with it and his hotel is clean - probably also thanks to the cleaning, there was mold in the bathroom. We left early without the right to a refund of the remaining amount.

Personel was amazing and the rooms were very clean.

Location is very convenient, if you know how to surf public transportation

Personnel without experience! The housekeeper folded our used towels every day, so we never knew which one of us used it. She placing the used bidet towels over the face towels. 🙈 The breakfast was quite poor. They never respected the breakfast time. On the first day, instead of 7:30, the receptionist only appeared at 8:45 and started bringing something to the table. Too late, we had already given up. We waited so long in the yard. It was the start of the season and the young people there, without the experience, but they were trying. Maybe they will get everything ready for the season. And don’t go there with your car. The parking space is not safe.
