We really enjoyed our stay! Just one night but perfect location! I overlooked the part of the check in message about providing own sheets and towels, fortunately, Walmart was able to do a quick delivery order! Clay was very responsive and check in was easy! We will definitely stay here again!

This property was perfect for our family even though the weather wasn't. Amazing views, spacious accommodations. We could not have asked for a better location to walk to the beach, restaurants and ice cream.

Spent one night here when in NC because our kids wanted to see the ocean. It was a great spot for our short stay.

Apartment is on third floor (top), which give you a great view of the ocean, even though is not ocean front. Easy walk to restaurants, bars and shops. I does get very noisy with bars close by, but we did not notice it inside the apartment. We sleep with a noise makers anyway, so it may make a difference. I would stay hare again!

We loved everything about our stay! Check in was simple and easy, the place was very clean and comfortable, with all the amenities one would need for a stay at Wrightsville Beach. Great views and right within walking distance to all the beach has to offer. There is no public parking on this street so it was quiet and the public access on the beach was not crowded at all. We will definitely be back!

My husband and I were in town for the marathon and stayed at the Cofer’s place to be near the start of the race. The location is amazing - we were minutes away from the pier and loved being able to walk around the area. The apartment is nicely updated but still has the charm of a long lived beach home. Loved every bit of the experience and hope to be back in future years.

We had such a nice weekend staying at this property while visiting our daughters at UNCW. The property was so clean and convenient. We loved the rocking chairs on the porch with a view of the ocean. The home was very comfortable and cute. We parked our car in the provided space and didn’t need it all weekend. Everything is steps away from the property. We couldn’t have asked for a more relaxing weekend away. We even lucked out and had warm temps in February so we really enjoyed sitting on the beach and the porch. The property felt safe and none of us wanted to leave. We will be back for sure. Communication from Clay was great and the property was just as expected or better. Loved the butter yellow walls. So pretty. Hard not to feel happy in this rental. Great vintage beach vibe. Thanks Clay!

We are 2 old friends giving our wives a break. The property was great, like taking a step back in time. Park your car and walk to everything. Would do all it over again.

I rented this place with two girlfriends for the weekend. The location is perfect; you can walk to several restaurants, shops and Roberts grocery store. The ocean is visible from the front porch. The home was also very lovely. We cooked a meal as well and tons of pots, pans and everything you need for cooking. I will definitely rent here again!

Nice property....feel sorry that we locked outselves out and you had to come open the door. The hair dryer doesn't work. Happy holidays.

My daughter and I loved the location and the apartment was very clean. We were able to walk to places to eat in the afternoon after we returned from town visiting my mother at her nursing home and it's a stones throw from the beach. Roberts Grocery is right there and Always get Vito's Pizza and Trolly Stop - Tower 7 is a staple too! I would stay again.

Our third yearly gathering of my college besties staying at oceanic. We absolutely love it. It’s the perfect location if you don’t want to drive around and search for parking. So much is in strolling distance. Just steps from the beach. Fabulous views. Spotless and loaded with amenities.

We were 6 people (2 adults, 4 children ages 9 and under) and the apartment was perfect for our short weekend trip for my sister's wedding. The place was clean and clearly well maintained. Some of areas/appliances were a little older (stove, bathroom) but worked well. It is a walk up to the 3rd floor where we stayed but was fine for our family. May be something to keep in mind for older individuals who may not be able to make it up that many stairs. The location is UNBEATABLE. The beach access was right there and while we didn't require any use of the beach chairs or laundry room, they were on site. I did not require communication with the host other than the initial booking and check-in information, but the host was friendly and outlined directions clearly. I would absolutely recommend a stay at this location.

It was a great location, adjacent to the water, beautiful views from the porch, property was very nice with a pleasant home like feel. We were surprised to find that we were in the center of so many activities and delicious restaurants. The property mgr was very friendly and easy to contact. I would definitely stay here again.

Great location/proximity to the beach. Very short walk. Plenty of space to spread out and relax. Also nice proximity to a couple of bars/restaurants without it being too busy. Easily walkable to both.

This property is our favorite. So close to the beach, very comfortable and close to shops, stores and bar/restaurants. Top floor has a beach view. Would definitely recommend.

Husband and I stayed at this property for five nights. We have stayed previously and were happy to see that the apartment was just as clean and comfortable as last time. The kitchen had what we needed and we loved sitting on the porch to take in the scenery. Bed was comfortable and bathroom was clean. We hope to be back soon!

The apartment is adorable. Vintage charming, while also very clean and well maintained and nicely furnished and uncluttered. We did not mind at all bringing our own linens for the nice price! Love the rockin chair porch! Closer to ocean than many "ocean front" properties. Owner is responsive and easy to work with. Thank you for sharing this sweet spot!

This property is just as advertised. Very convenient to restaurants, nightlife and steps to the beach. Parking was nice, the condo and front deck was a relaxing getaway. Owner communication as needed and informative.
