My daughter and I loved the location and the apartment was very clean. We were able to walk to places to eat in the afternoon after we returned from town visiting my mother at her nursing home and it's a stones throw from the beach. Roberts Grocery is right there and Always get Vito's Pizza and Trolly Stop - Tower 7 is a staple too! I would stay again.

Our third yearly gathering of my college besties staying at oceanic. We absolutely love it. It’s the perfect location if you don’t want to drive around and search for parking. So much is in strolling distance. Just steps from the beach. Fabulous views. Spotless and loaded with amenities.

We were 6 people (2 adults, 4 children ages 9 and under) and the apartment was perfect for our short weekend trip for my sister's wedding. The place was clean and clearly well maintained. Some of areas/appliances were a little older (stove, bathroom) but worked well. It is a walk up to the 3rd floor where we stayed but was fine for our family. May be something to keep in mind for older individuals who may not be able to make it up that many stairs. The location is UNBEATABLE. The beach access was right there and while we didn't require any use of the beach chairs or laundry room, they were on site. I did not require communication with the host other than the initial booking and check-in information, but the host was friendly and outlined directions clearly. I would absolutely recommend a stay at this location.

It was a great location, adjacent to the water, beautiful views from the porch, property was very nice with a pleasant home like feel. We were surprised to find that we were in the center of so many activities and delicious restaurants. The property mgr was very friendly and easy to contact. I would definitely stay here again.

Great location/proximity to the beach. Very short walk. Plenty of space to spread out and relax. Also nice proximity to a couple of bars/restaurants without it being too busy. Easily walkable to both.

This property is our favorite. So close to the beach, very comfortable and close to shops, stores and bar/restaurants. Top floor has a beach view. Would definitely recommend.

Husband and I stayed at this property for five nights. We have stayed previously and were happy to see that the apartment was just as clean and comfortable as last time. The kitchen had what we needed and we loved sitting on the porch to take in the scenery. Bed was comfortable and bathroom was clean. We hope to be back soon!

The apartment is adorable. Vintage charming, while also very clean and well maintained and nicely furnished and uncluttered. We did not mind at all bringing our own linens for the nice price! Love the rockin chair porch! Closer to ocean than many "ocean front" properties. Owner is responsive and easy to work with. Thank you for sharing this sweet spot!

This property is just as advertised. Very convenient to restaurants, nightlife and steps to the beach. Parking was nice, the condo and front deck was a relaxing getaway. Owner communication as needed and informative.

We had a wonderful time at Clay’s place. The condo was well appointed and clean. The beds were comfy too. We had trouble with the door on the first day but I called Clay and he came right away and got it fixed. The only downside is the lack of a second bathroom but the amount of space and the location makes it a great place to stay.

The property was very clean and had a great cozy beach house vibe. The location was just steps from the beach and the ocean can be seen from the property balcony and living room windows. Kitchen was fully stocked with all needed cookware, plates, utensils, coffee maker and toaster! Shops, restaurants and food stores are all within a short drive of 15-20 min. Private driveway for easy parking. The owner Clay was great providing the needed information and instructions! I would definitely stay there again when visiting Wrightsville Beach!

We had an absolute perfect stay at this apartment! We were in Wilmington for our daughter’s graduation. It’s 50 steps from bars and 50 steps to the beach. Very spacious, nice and clean. Nice beds. You have to bring your own bedding material and towels or rent them from property. We loved staying here and will for sure book again. Owner is very responsive.

Great location sufficient for a nice stay. This rental does have a lot of steps and my only suggestion would be better night lighting at side entrance to stairs. I do like that this property owner gives options for linen rental or bring your own.

Fantastic location, but doesn’t compensate for the state of the home. First, we found out upon arrival that sheets and towels were not included (something that, at the time of booking and writing this review, was not disclosed.) You're given the opportunity to rent them for a small fortune. Sheets were not the only corner cut. It appeared the home was not cleaned between tenants. In fact a note left by the precious renters was still on the counter. Dirt and sand was on the floor. The home maintains some of its vintage features, Including doors that do not latch — even the one bathroom. One bedroom didn’t have a door knob at all. The exterior door you’re instructed to go in and out of has a corroded lock, making it difficult to use. The tvs in the bedrooms don’t appear to work at all. The listing said two parking spots but you were lucky to get more than one at any point in time.

Everything was perfect. Better than anticipated. Clay immediately responded to our questions. Great location. Few steps to the beach. Will be back again!!!!!

We found this gem when we decided to make a last minute trip to beach. With smaller kids being as close to the beach as possible is very important to us. You are just steps away from the beach and the downtown area! Great, well stocked place, owner was spot on with everything! We definitely plan to visit this spot again! You will not be disappointed with this rental!
