Beautiful condo with amazing views and centrally located to everything NOLA. Beds were super comfy and the shower was so nice. Someone staying above us did invite a bunch of kids in to swim and they were super rowdy. The front desk person who was the nicest and most helpful person had to call the police and kick them out. They then kept beating on the lobby door trying to get back in. The central business district use to be clean and always felt pretty safe but this trip we noticed it was starting to get bad. No fault of this place but the city of Nola needs to step up or they r going to be another San Fransisco. So sad because it’s a beautiful place to visit with so much history and culture.

Loved this place! It's a beautifully updated old building modernized into a loft-like space while maintaining original brick and other features. Each bedroom had its own bath attached, and we had a light-filled, tall-ceilinged (we were on the top floor) common living area. Location was just a couple of blocks from the French Quarter; truly a convenient location for all kinds of things. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful as well, with excellent communication. Other surprise was there was a small pool and hot tub area, along with rooftop barbecues outside. Totally recommend The Natchez!

Six of us stayed for a week in this comfortable, quiet unit. Great location for walking to quarter, riverfront, etc. Enjoyed sun deck and pool. Staff were helpful. Appreciated being able to order a few groceries before we arrived.

Was a great choice. Owners, staff were very helpful, accommodating and had made us feel like family. Coffee and tea was great morning pick me up. Rooms were large and comfortable. Great stay and highly recommend Natchez! Thanks, see y'all real soon!

The apartment was a great place for 3 couples visiting New Orleans. It was clean, comfortable and in a great location. The staff were friendly and professional. Highly recommend!

Our family stayed at the Natchez property for a family trip/wedding and had a ball! The property was clean, each of the rooms had its own bathroom and location was walking distance to Bourbon Street, the French Quarter and a ton of different restaurants. The property staff was extremely communicative, texting for all updates and available for questions and support whenever needed. The beds were very comfortable and bathrooms were nice with modern showers (one of our rooms I found out had water pressure issues but it wasn’t a huge deal). Great location - highly recommend for your next trip!

Lots of space, clean, equipped kitchen and washer/dryer, close to the French Quarter, and convenient parking. We’ll definitely come back to the Natchez in the future

We planned a family trip at New Orleans right before new year. Really liked the location, close to almost everything and with a 10-20 minutes’ walk you can get to almost all the downtown attractions. It’s a very spacious three bedroom condos and fitted neatly our needs. Very clean room! The front desk is extremely helpful and very patient and prompt with my any inquirers, which really helped me plan my stay there. My kids enjoy a lot the spa:) Great experience and definitely consider to stay there again for my next family trip to New Orleans!

We truly loved staying with The Natchez over Thanksgiving. The accommodations were spacious and the staff exceptional! Would definitely stay there again! Big shout out to Jarius and the entire staff who made the stay exceptional!

We are a family of six and had the best time at the Natchez. Removed from the hustle and bustle of the French quarter but walking distance to everything! The staff was helpful and communication was top notch throughout the stay. We felt safe and had a easy time navigating the city from our location. We will definitely be back :)

3 couples great space. Each couple had own bedroom and full bath. Each of loved the rooms, tha patio with hot tub. Staff welcoming knowledgeable and friendly. Rent it you will not be disappointed.

Our family of 6 adults had a great time. With each couple having their own bed and bath rooms, gave everyone their private time and also a place to gather together.

3 friends (40+ years of age) stayed for 2 nights at a 3 BR, 3 BA unit. The unit had tons of space, was immaculately clean and secure. Modern furnishings, luxury baths and super- comfortable beds made for a very pleasant stay. We were in for the Saints game, so this was a great location. We would definitely rent again.

This place is fabulous. People at the front desk are so helpful and kind. The place was just perfect with 3 bedrooms, 3 baths, a small kitchen next to the sitting area. The location Is perfect for walking anywhere. Highly recommend this to everyone.

We came down for a trade show and decided to enjoy a condo VS hotel rooms. We had the kitchen stocked from a local market and enjoyed the brief walk to the convention center each morning.

I enjoyed the apartment more than the overpopulated French quarters. Centrally located to everything.

The location is great not far from Mother's restaurant. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The units are beautiful and the layout of the units are excellent. I could not hear a thing from outside. It's my new favorite place to stay.

This is a wonderful location to stay in downtown NOLA. The space is as described and was comfortable for 3 people - 3 master suites are hard to find. The rooms and apartments are pretty quiet/soundproofed. Downside was significant, though, we did not see evidence of this building staff taking their non-smoking property rules seriously. We found that from Friday through Sunday, the hallways and elevator reeked of cigarette and pot smoke from people partying in their rooms. Saturday and Sunday night we actually had these odors wafting into our apartment through the vents... not fun for a bunch of non-smokers! So if that's your scene, you'll love it. If not, you might want to pick another spot.

Perfect spot for a family of four. Safe location and easy access to all parts of Downtown.

Our stay here was excellent. Our room wasn’t far from dining and other attractions. When I visit, I will look to stay here again.

Excellent property and experience. Close enough to the French Quarter but without the downside of staying in the Quarter. Very nice property and highly professional staff.

The condo was very clean, perfect space for 3 couples needing to have a little fun in New Orleans. Close to the french quarter and Garden district. The outdoor patio/lounge area was great to hang out and take a small break from the bustle of the city and touring. Really great stay would recommend.

The property was extremely clean and well maintained. Highly recommend staying at The Natchez.

The ladies who worked during our stay were amazing! Very nice and accommodating. The only issue was pool construction during my stay; however, the manager immediately took care of it when I brought it to her attention. Also, pool was smaller than I thought.
