We had a great stay in AZ with a beautiful mountain view out the backyard. Lots of room for for relaxing after hiking. The hot tub was great but didn’t know about the quiet time being so early 9:45pm. The neighbors are a bit close on the side. Overall a very clean and well kept and decorated home. Would definitely recommend for a stay.

This has the best back patios we’ve ever experienced. We didn’t use most rooms in the house and spent most waking hours on patio. Beautiful place with lots of comforts.

House was exceptional. Very clean and comfortable. Nothing lacking. Huge tvs, books, games, outstanding hot tub, and talk about views. Neighborhood was very nice and quiet. Nick was very easy to deal with and super responsive to all inquiries. This one will be hard to beat.

We spent a week in this wonderful property with our daughter, son in law and their three boys (ages 10-14). Our oldest grandson had an all day lacrosse camp at nearby NAU. The home had essentially two master suites along with two other bedrooms which was perfect for us. Large kitchen and an open family room were the main areas that accommodated us for watching movies (full range of apps on the smart tv) or playing board games. There is a great Wi-Fi and a large upper deck where we set up our virtual office while enjoying the cool breezes and great views. The lower deck has a very large hot tub which was a welcome relief for our grandson after returning each day from lacrosse practice. The kitchen is fully furnished and we made most of our meals in so that was really appreciated. The home is located very near the public golf course and two of our grandsons took golf lessons each day from a local instructor. You are far away enough from major roadways to allow for quiet evenings but still a very short drive from many great restaurants and shopping. Overall, a really enjoyable time and would highly recommend.

Great space!

Pictures don’t do justice on how nice this house is. The downstairs game room with a couch and TV is very large. The patios with incredible views of mountains and a golf course. I will definitely see if this house is open again when booking in flagstaff.

This house is big and had everything we needed! Great view from the back deck and we really enjoyed the hot tub. Our 8 year old loved the air hockey table and the PAC Man arcade game in the basement. Would definitely stay here again!

This was a beautiful home that accommodated our family perfectly for my son's wedding weekend. It is well stocked, comfortable beds, just a beautiful home. We cannot wait to plan our next trip!

Beautiful home with lots of elbow room. Grandkids loved the games in the basement and the adults loved the patio area. I would highly recommend renting this place.

Thw property was beautiful. Nick was attentive and helpful. The first night when we went to get into bed, there was something undesirable on the bedsheets and we had to take time to change the sheets on the bed. There were little things that showed they did not do a good job cleaning...crumbs on the kitchen chairs.

We really enjoyed our stay. The home is very spacious, clean and nicely furnished. Beds are comfortable. Hot tub was enjoyable with great view of the mountains. Enjoyed the big back porch - lots of seating outside.

Not only is this a beautiful home situated on a scenic golf property, the amenities and 'extra touches' are endless! We stayed in this home with our 3 teenage boys to go skiing and it was absolutely PERFECT for us! There is plenty of family space, but also bedrooms that roomy and private. The basement is AMAZING with a huge TV and arcade games. We introduced our boys to fun board games they had never played before which was an extra treat! The hot tub is EXCELLENT, working out all of the knots after a long day of skiing. The kitchen has everything you can imagine that you would need and more. Very gracious hosts...we highly recommend this property for a vacation regardless of the season. Thank you!

Absolutely beautiful property, actually better than the photos. My family of 8 adults of all ages truly enjoyed their stay. We cooked our meals, including a full turkey dinner, in a well equipped kitchen. Found it easy to get around to local sites and parks. Would highly recommend to others and would return again if a vacation was planned in Flagstaff.

Great home for a large family.

It's taken me awhile to get to this but I definitely wanted to say how much we all enjoyed ourselves while celebrating an early Thanksgiving and having a family meeting about our Dad and his dementia. It was a tough meeting so having such a comfortable place to chill helped. The deck was awesome but in Nov it was a bit cool and with the covered patio it never really gets any sun. My only complaint was the kitchen and not something the owners can control. Guests have just tossed dishes willy nilly all over the place. There is no organization. The cupboards and pantry could really use some love. Overall this is a fantastic place for a large group. We never felt crowded and everyone slept great.

If I could give more than 5 stars I would. We've just returned from 2 great weeks in Flagstaff at this beautiful property which is very well appointed, spotless and fully furnished for a stay. My husband and I joked that if this house didn't have it, we didn't need it. In 2 weeks we went out to eat only once (ok, maybe some take-out) since cooking/grilling there and eating on the deck became our main objective. Beds, pillows, etc, new and comfy. We often rent homes and condos when traveling, but this was a favorite. The online photos are accurate; this is a lovely home in an upscale, quiet golf community with unobstructed views of the Aspen golf course, Mt Elden and other nearby mountains. There is a "green belt' of natural trees between the homes so while there is a view of the golf course you don't feel on display while on the deck. Very private. That green belt allowed us to also enjoy viewing many deer, a fox and one evening an elk. There is so much to do in "Flag". We're avid hikers, up from Phoenix a couple times a year, and this year, with some trailhead closures, we also took to the FUHTS, Flagstaff Urban Trail System, on which you'll find bikers and walkers. We would recommend this property for family groups or 2 or 3 couples looking for a quiet escape from summer heat. We're not skiers, but the home has a fireplace and probably less than 30 minutes from the lifts (where we go to hike). I also read that Flag has bike rental shops and we may look into that when we return in a few weeks. We highly recommend this place and are really looking forward to our return trip. We've never met the owner, Nick, but kudos to him for thinking of everything!

The house was well equipped, beds are very comfortable/ The pac man console was a plus! We loved it! We will definitely be back again .

When we arrived the kitchen sink was full of dirt completely brown at the bottom. I don’t believe floors had been mopped. Master bedroom night stands had grime on them and all furniture was covered with dust. The worst part was master bath constantly smelled like urine we cleaned but it still smelled. We suspect someone had urinated in the floor vent by the toilet. Nice house but needed to be cleaned.

Our three generational family came to stay, and this home is stunning! Absolutely beautiful—even better than the photos—and decorated with so much taste! The outdoor space is incredible—huge, great furniture and a gorgeous view of the golf course and the mountain—wonderful sunsets, and 5 deer came right up into the yard to welcome us our first morning there! Our granddaughters loved the bunk bed, toy, books and games—There’s even a bonus living area game table that you don’t see in the photos. It’s very well supplied—everything that you could possibly need.
