Absolutely beautiful property as close to the centre of Wells as you could get. Spotlessly clean and everything you need is provided.

Loved absolutely everything! The online photos are impressive but, in reality, the actual property and its interior is almost overwhelming; it’s spectacular. The exterior is a neat town cottage; the interior a vast, modern space, with a top of the range kitchen, and relaxing lounge and dining area. The back wall of the house is all window, which opens onto a space that is double what it appears to be online, and on two delineated levels. I was not surprised to learn that a gardener tends the planting here, which was well chosen and impeccably maintained…posies of garden flowers are found in most rooms; an absolute joy. The upstairs rooms are of design magazine quality, and most luxurious, as is the plush carpeting which makes being barefoot SO COMFY. When past reviews mention a welcome kitchen pack… that is an understatement. Bread, milk and wine are always a joy but, what is present in the kitchen meant that I did not need to bring pepper mill, ice bags, sharp cooking knives, vinegars, spices etc. The faux ice cubes were ace…even though a barman in a local hostelry gave us a bag to bring to the cottage, they soon disappeared and…the con-ice never ran out! Jerry, the owner of this delightful, superbly located property, informed us that he had just secured a private parking space nearby so… heaven. We had a quality stay, in top-rate accommodation; I cannot rate it highly enough.

Beautifully decorated and appointed and perfect location in the centre of Wells.

We travelled with my elderly mother in law, and the pictures and spec didn’t say that there was no handrail on the stairs and she really struggled. She then had a fall in the entrance way where the step is.

Pouring with rain on arrival. Quick phone call to the owners and we were allowed to go in early to the property. Instructions for entry were clear. The house is a Wow. Absolutely everything there that we could possibly need. We all want to live here permanently.

Shame the carpark is only a short stay one but we found another about 4 minutes walk away that allowed us to park 24 hours for £6.50. For a city we feel that was exceptional

The property was absolutely spotless and beautifully-decorated. It had absolutely everything we needed and was in a wonderful convenient location. Cannot recommend this place highly enough!

The location was brilliant. the house was beautifully decorated and everything was such good quality. beds & bedding - very comfortable. kitchen well equipped. we had everything we needed ( just the spanner for the BBQ gas could not be found) however your lovely neighbour came to our rescue. loved the climbers on the wall!

Beautiful house in a great location, the garden was a bonus especially as we had good weather. Parking was abit of a pain but Waitrose was only 5 mins round the corner.
