A beautiful, modern, well laid-out, well equipped four bedroom, two bathroom holiday home in a great location. Worked well for our family group and we had a great time - thanks!

Great place to stay for a summer holiday, or any holiday for that matter. Clean, modern, super easy and brilliantly symmetrical house design with two identical bedroom/bathroom "wings". Would love to book again when the opportunity allows.

Good for groups, we had 8 adults and had heaps of room. Kitchen fully equiped. Beach n local bar/bistro 5 mins away. Boat ramp at Marina and Tata 5 - 10 away.

We had a great time in Pohara once again, just a wee hitch with the previous clean but resolved quickly. House was great, would definitely stay again:)

We were an extended family group, comprising family of four (2 adults, 2 teens), and then 2 sets of couples. We stayed for four nights. The house was perfect for our needs - the four rooms easily accommodated all 8 members of our group, and the layout of the house was such that the family of four was in one 'wing' and the other two couples in the other. Each wing had its own bathroom, which again made it easy and convenient for everyone. Generous living area was perfect for playing cards, watching TV and enjoying dinner. And just a short walk to the beach or convenience store at the nearby campground. The only slight inconvenience was having to bring our own linen and towels, but we managed ... and overall had a great stay. Would happily stay again next time we come to Golden Bay.

3 generations of the family enjoyed a wonderful relaxing stay. Would recommend it for others.

We loved the house so much. Very nice, clean and beautiful home, big enough to have two families( 8 persons). Close to everything but quiet private neighbourhood! We will come back with our extended family or our friends. Thanks for hosting!

Great place, we were there for work so didn't get to enjoy much of the attractions of the area but the house was ace, comms great and everything went well!

The house offered us everything we needed to have a quiet peaceful break by the sea.

Modern spacious well appointed. Having 2 bathrooms for a couple and another adult great. Clean tidy, generous with small conveniences eg toilet paper/ washing powder etc. Quiet neighbourhood in a lovely Golden Bay town. Good wifi unlimited. Host excellent communicator. Value for $!

Nice place, easy for a family and walking distance to the beach. No data available so no internet and previous renter used up most of the water so the first day/night we had to be careful to not use much before the tank got re filled. Other then that a good place to come and relax.

Perfect house to celebrate family Christmas. Absolutely everything we needed. Super comfy beds and pillows. The girls really enjoyed the kayaks.
