Det var nemt at finde.

Meget lille værelse, og utrolig fodkoldt, på trods af at radiator stod på fuld blus. Ingen varme på badeværelse, og kun 1 glas til 2 personer. Morgenmaden afbestilte vi da, hotellet ikke vidste om det ville være tallerken anretning (hvilket vi har dårlig erfaring med) eller om det var buffet pga. for få gæster Et hotel vi desværre ikke vender tilbage til. Det virker som om hotellet bruger flere ressourcer på deres butik med spil og lign. i stedet for at drive et hotel i en glad ånd. da der ikke var personale i reception som vidste noget om hotellet men kun om butikken.

not enough pillows

I have a complaint about customer care after the last overnight stay. I received a text message from the accommodation this morning. They said my payment had not gone through. I could check that and it was correct. however, I was not satisfied with the stay when I was told on arrival at about 2240 that breakfast was not served when you arrived after 8pm. I was also not offered to buy breakfast. I have checked information on booking.com and there is no information that you must arrive before 8pm to get breakfast the next day. I am writing this to the accommodation. I am also complaining about the extra hassle I have now had because they have obviously made a mistake with their payment terminal. They offer the first round of e-mails a 10% discount on the price, which I think is bad compared to the price for breakfast that I had to find and pay elsewhere. I pointed this out, but was then threatened with debt collection if I did not pay. I had then never said I would not pay for the stay. I think it is very deplorable to threaten your guests with debt collection and I think it is deplorable of an accommodation not to offer guests breakfast when it says that this is included on booking.com. I have now paid NOK. NOK 650 for the accommodation, but I think they could have conceded a larger compensation for the lack of breakfast and the trouble I had right away. Don't start a long discussion with me. I am a customer who always pays and I have been happy with booking.com so far.

Very lovely place, beautiful and clean. Friendly host. Our family enjoyed our stay here.
