L’emplacement Le petit déjeuner (vraiment top même si il ne se fait pas dans l établissement) ne pas hésitez à sortir de sa zone de confort et prendre les œufs rancherros! Mais ça pique 😀et enfin du vrai café mexicain. C’est un goût pas ordinaire pour nous mais tellement meilleur que le jus de chaussettes américain! La gentillesse du personnel Le tour propose en bateau est très bien rapport qualité/prix!

La lumière du couloir reste allumée toute la nuit, j’ai trouvé cela vraiment pénible. Nous en avons d’ailleurs parlé à la personne de l’accueil qui nous a dit que elle s m’éteignait à 2h du matin.. Mais non.

El desayuno que dan es en el restaurant Mestizo y la verdad nos hicieron esperar 50 minutos y nunca nos sirvieron nada, el meseros estaba diciendo groserías frente a mi niña de 3 años y 1 año y medio, de plano ya no volvimos a regresar los siguientes días, preferimos buscar donde desayunar pero deben de checar, bien con quien se asocian para brindar desayunos, por que baja mucho la calidad del servicio en general, o de plano cancelar el servicio de desayuno, deberían de poner una mesa y una silla como primera necesidad dentro del armario.

Uy buena Ubicación, cerca del centro y de la laguna. Limpio. Baño amplio. Desayuno a 10 minutos del hotel, en la plaza principal.

El hotel no especifica que te cobra un extra de impuestos ( como el resto de hoteles). La ventana da al salón de la recepción, por lo que no hay luz natural y se oye todo lo que hay fuera. El desayuno está bueno pero tardan en servir. El primer día no había café y no hubo un buen servicio por parte del restaurante. Además el siguiente día hubo un problema y retrasaron el desayuno una hora y media y no avisaron hasta el momento de salir de la habitación. Encontramos una cucaracha en la habitación. Personeel bij de receptie was uiterst behulpzaam en locatie is prima. Daarnaast was het ontbijt lekker bij MestiZos (wel was het elke dag anders wat er wel en niet inbegrepen was).

Geen warm water gehad tijdens ons verblijf. Daarnaast heeft de kamer geen ramen naar buiten. Housekeeping kwam elke dag, maar liet wel soms lichten en airco aan staan in de kamer.

Het zitgedeelte was leuk waar we savonds nog konden kaarten. De kamer was qua ruimte ook goed

De man achter de receptie kijkt serie zo hard dat wij het in de achterste kamer konden horen tot ‘s avonds laat. Er was geen warm water in de kamer. De lattenbodem was matig waardoor we in een kuil lagen en de kamer voelde klam aan waardoor en het niet gezond voelde om er te slapen.

emplacement un peu à l'écart de l'agitation, parfait pour la famille, 5min à pied du centre chambre confortable. Petit déjeuner hors de l'établissement, dans un restaurant sur la place centrale de Bacalar, il était copieux et bon. Attention au café qui est reglissé. possibilité de booker un tour de la lagune directement auprès de la réception à bon tarif. De toute façon les tarifs des tours standards sont règlementé sur Bacalar et tous les tours sont au même prix. Personnel de bon conseil.

connexion internet pas super. rideaux peu occultants sur la porte donnant sur le couloir allumé en permanence. il manque du rangement et un mini refrigerateur.

Right in center of city, small but clean. Hotel has been upgraded I think from past. Has mosquito screens, safe, coffee machine & water. Breakfast is big and nice from a local restaurant. The one staff member is really helpful, told me where the atms were as not visible (hidden in municipal building by the park, near breakfast). It’s cute, I would rebook it for the discount price I paid on booking

Little fridge in room would be nice or coat rack to hang wet stuff as construction materials don’t allow for towel hangers. Other family’s who have loud children can make it impossible to sleep, because all buildings are concrete in Mexico it echos. But this is a Mexico tourist problem, I’d suggest noise cancelling headphones you’ll thank me. Would like a water refill station for environment

The entrance was nice

The room was humide, no proper window, I could hear every sound made in the intrance, mold on the walls, no natural light. A cave basically.

We had rooms on the top floor, the stairs are quite narrow and uncomfortable to carry the luggage upstairs and no one is available to help. On our second day, one of the rooms had no towels until 5 pm and the staff didn't even apologise for the disservice. There are no mosquito nets so windows cannot be kept open, windows do not close well anyway. My room had windows on the hallway so if you want to open them to let some fresh air in the room, you will have no privacy. When included, breakfast is quite inconveniently served at a restaurant on the main square, some 7 minutes walk from the hotel. There's safety boxes in the rooms but placed on top of the closet, you need to be at least 2 meters tall to reach them. Doesn't really have the features of a boutique hotel and it's definitely not good value for money.

nothing as described the back yard is destroyed the rooms is open one to another the outside window without mosquito net and a lot of insects entered the room no privacy at all we was hearing the people that crossing outside the room bed was unclean and not comfortable

Humidity level in the room was very high, window goes to the corridor. Breakfast was included but we had to go 10 min far from the hotel to a bar. it was no variety at all - they offered only eggs and a few slices of fruits. even no normal coffee

It’s too expensive for what they offer. the doors are cheap wood and not you can hear everything happening anywhere in the building. The neighbors in the next room we’re having a party in their room and in the hall way. When I complained they said they didn’t know anything about it.

Wi-Fi is working okay, if there’s electricity… Breakfast at the restaurant in the city is not too bad.

Don't go there, they promote on Booking with big discount on a room, but the 65$ you still pay per night is far from worth it. Here you are already being misled a bit. If you arrive in the afternoon or evening, prepare for a disinterested, arrogant staff member for whom everything is too much. We were given a room on the first floor that adjoined a sort of courtyard. The room has no windows, but nets against insects with wooden panels to close off the room. So you can hear everyone walking by, driving by on the road in front of the hotel. The staff at the reception have quite little to do and watch movies or listen to music, even late at night or early in the morning while you are trying to sleep. Room 4 was reserved for us. This room has mold on the walls, ceiling and the lights next to the bed. At the reception we asked for another room and with a lot of reluctance we could choose between room 3 and 5. Since room 5 also smelled unhealthy and musty, we chose room 3. This room in itself looks okay, but is definitely not worth what we paid for it either. Unfortunately, the hotel appears to have no hot water, so you can forget about a hot shower. From night until 7:30 in the morning the power and water is turned off, so you can't even flush the toilet.

the breakfast that was included was great (it’s served in a restaurant in the center) the water pressure was very good bathroom and shower are great.

Location was good in the sense that it is centrally located, and an easy walk to town center. The room was very clean. The evening manager was absolutely wonderful.

The space overall didn't match the amount of money I spent. Spending $75 USD per night should have gotten me a luxury level space, but this hotel is not close to luxury. It is clean and quaint. No usable kitchen space. Not comfortable seating. No comfortable relaxation areas. It was simply okay.

the hotel is difficult to rate. first of all, the rooms are big enough, clean, comfortable, styled in a “rustic” way, good location, nice garden

now the minus points that really are spoiling the whole stay: no windows outside, the windows that the room has are huge and go out to the hallway, inside of the building! the windows are not glazed, a mosquito net and floppy shutters are the only things that stand between your room and the outside. the safe is not fixed to the wall! it just stands there, you can just take it and leave! in the night there is light in the hallway, which comes through the floppy shutters and the floppy door
