Nice house, close to beach and fun activities in the area.

Such a beautiful home. We were three siblings and their families (ten in all) and had more than enough room for everyone to have space. Loved having the lake right at the bottom of the street and it was so clean. Jennifer was wonderful to work with and the last couple of weeks leading up to our trip she sent several communications to be sure you had all you needed for a great stay

Perfect for 2 family ski trip!

We really enjoyed our stay. We shared this home with friends for a weekend and it was exactly what we needed. Grat home, great location. Jen was easy to communicate with and we look forward to staying here again.

This property was perfectly spacious with plenty of room for 3 families to have their own private areas. There was even an extra living room for the kids to watch tv while the adults were enjoying football. Jen generously offered wood for the fireplace and a space heater if needed. The area around the property as very quiet and with minimal traffic. We had a great time and will definitely use her again if needed!

Not only was the location perfect, Jen was awesome to work with, the house was massive and plenty of room for our two families. Everything was neat and tidy and cozy for everyone while nice and big at the same time. A really cool band played at the pavilion next door which has a playground too, a short hike down to a really nice lake side beach complete with kayaks to use as well! Loved it!

House has a nice layout, 6 adults 5 children no problem comfortable and convenient had a great vacation!

We had a great stay! Plenty of room for our family if 10 and the dog! Jen has everything that you could possible need for your stay at the lake and was very accessible. We look forward to renting this hone again

We have rented in Suissevale several times but this rental was everything it promised and more. Plenty of space for everyone! Jen has everything you would need.. from paper products to everything required to prepare a meal (spices galore). The two separate living areas were perfect. The kids (6, 7.5, 10 and 12) had their own room (the 'Great' room) to play video games and hangout while the 4 adults hung out in the living room. We would gladly return in a heartbeat!

This property was very clean. It was in a great location ...close to the community center, beach, etc. Loved the set-up of the house. Lots of room for multiple things going on in one place. The 2 separate living rooms allowed for a quiet space and a gathering space. The kitchen was stocked with lots of dishes, pans and utensils. It was like being at home. The owner was very easy to communicate with. We hope to stay again.

We had an awesome time at this home. It is conveniently located just a couple streets away from the private beach. Check in and out were smooth and Jen answered any questions I had. There is a ton of space for the adults and the “tweens”. I can’t wait to book this property again!

The home had a two car garage along with upper and lower parking. It easily supported a rental car and seven motorcycles. Owner was extremely supportive, responsive and pleasant. The house had plenty of room and was well maintained. The area was beautiful and neighbors friendly making this home a big hit with everyone. The owner made this a great experience and worked with us to hold the house for a year after our trip was cancelled. I would refer anyone to this home and thank you for a wonderful vacation. We had a stay here with our extended family and the property is designed in such a way that everyone has a place where they can spread out and a giant central dinning room to come together for meals.

We really enjoyed our time at the place. Beautiful place. Jennifer was very hospitable. Would love to stay here again.

This VRBO was so perfect, we were all just so pleased! The house was spread out so that there was plenty of space for music or football or food! The grandkids brought skateboards and long boards and this house sits at the top of a paved complex of roads that all go down to Lake Winnipesaukee, 1-2 miles so they were thrilled! Winter is quiet in Swissvale so not a lot of people or traffic either. House was ideal, clean and perfectly set up! Loved our week there!

We thoroughly enjoyed staying in this welcoming, clean and cozy place. There was space for everybody to work, sleep or simply relax. We would love to be back another time!

We had a lovely long weekend at this beautiful house. It was perfect for our family of five. The house was very comfortable, and we loved that it had multiple hang out spaces so everyone had space to do whatever they wanted. We hiked at Castle in the Clouds and visited Diana's Baths and spent time on the lake beaches, everything felt very 'covid-safe'. The owner responded quickly to questions we had before we arrived and while we were there. I have recommended this house to family and friends since our visit and we would go back in a heartbeat.

We loved this place! We had 5 adults across two families and it was perfect for that, with bedrooms at opposite ends and a central kitchen dining area. And the bedroom upstairs worked great as a separated sleeping area. I think it was actually understated as to how much is available in the house itself. The owner really stocked up on almost all of the essential kitchen appliances and utensils and cooking ware, etc. etc. lots of rooms to spread out into if you need some time to yourselves as well. Owner was very nice and also very responsive to communications and accommodated us when we had a car issue that caused us to need to stay an extra night! Neighborhood was great. People were very nice with lots of people walking and enjoying the outdoors. Definitely would stay again and would recommend to friends.

The house was really nice, fully stocked and plenty of room for two families. We enjoyed the use of the lake and visited Castle in the Clouds while we were there.

This property exceeded our expectations. Having 2 living rooms with 2 TV's works out great, especially for the teenagers to have their own space. The kitchen is great for cooking a big family meal, plenty of counter space, appliances and not too mention so much cabinet space! We often over buy food while on vacation and have no place to store all the food, this is definitely not a problem here. We couldn't even fill all the cabinets. Also, the kitchen table sits 10, this was great for playing family games and having everyone sit and eat together. Beds are super comfy, and having 3 full baths, well again, with teenagers, this was a big plus! Property is very clean, nice deck out front, and fire pit to sit around and relax at night. Looking forward to coming back next year!

This was perfect for us. We were a party of 10 consisting of two grandparents, four parents, and four grandkids. It was plenty big enough and there was plenty to do in the area for everyone. We did have a slight issue with the TV and the fireplace, but once we contacted the owner, it was resolved in short order. We would definitely consider returning!

I got married at Castle in the Clouds in September, and since there are very few hotels in the immediate area, we decided to book houses for the wedding party to get ready in. We chose Jen's house for my bridal party and it was absolutely perfect. The fact that it was 10 minutes away made the whole weekend extremely easy to get back and forth between, and there was so much entertainment area within the home. The house was spotless upon arrival, and after messaging Jen earlier in the week, I was able to check in early to allow for ease of scheduling around our rehearsal at the Castle and getting ready. Overall, we had a wonderful time and I would love to rent the house again in the future for vacations.

This home was perfect for us. Our daughter was married at the Castle in the Clouds and this home accommodated two families nicely. The "great room" was perfect for the bridal party hair and makeup session so everyone could be together. Jen was fantastic with responses to questions and so easy to work with. Would definitely recommend staying here. The lake / sandy beach was absolutely beautiful. Bill and Lori

Beautiful home with all the amenities

I have been going away with my Family every summer for 11 years now. We have stayed in many homes and not one of them even compares to this one. We had 11 people in our party and we never felt cramped at all. It was very clean, extremely spacious, and has absolutely everything you need. It is a short distance from the beach which has a great setup with picnic tables, grills, and a playground. The Saturday we arrived they had a DJ on the beach which was great for the families to attend. We had 5 boys with us all under age of 15 and all they wanted to do was stay at the beach. If you need to contact the owner Jennifer she always responds immediately and is very helpful and friendly. We will definitely be going back next year. Best family vacation week ever.

Suissvale was a perfect fit for our family. We attended a wedding at Castle in the Clouds and the location was ideal. The home was well kept and sparkling clean. Jennifer was especially accommodating to some of our particular needs and we couldn’t be more grateful. Thank you Jen!

We had a great week in moultonborough. Myself, my wife our 8 month old along with my sister, her husband and their two boys (age 3 and 6) had everything we needed for our week long stay. The house is very well stocked and incredibly spacious. The owner Jen even accommodated our request to stay an extra day. We will be back!
