Excelente apartamento, muy limpio, todo organizado, excelente vista al mar. Me gusto la seguridad del lugar. Karina fue muy amable y servicial. Recomiendo este lugar a todos. Es ideal para compartir en pareja o en familia. Marbella es un lugar muy acogedor, limpio y seguro.

The apartment is perfect, the beds are comfortable, the kitchen is well stocked and the ac works great. The apartment was very clean when I arrived and plenty of bath towels and beach towels.

This place is paradise. The apartment was very clean, modern and spacious. The staff was very accommodating specially Karina Acosta and Carlos Vasquez. I felt safe and the staff was amazing. This location is great for a romantic getaway or a family trip. It has something to offer to everyone. The pool was clean and huge and the beach was spectacular. The views was amazing. I enjoyed my stay and I will definitely come back.

The communication with the rental company was very quick and always attentive. A few problems were had with the microwave however the company offered us a late check out free of charge since the microwave couldn't be fixed. We really appreciated the well appointed kitchen with a variety of pots and pans, cooking utensils and even plastic containers. Plenty of amenities like oven mitts and garbage bags (which often are lacking in rental properties). The balcony view of the ocean is perfect and even in the heat of the Dominican summer, A/C was not needed during the daytime hours because there was a beautiful breeze. Power was lost once, however it came back on within a minute. Also appreciated was the beach towels. There are plenty of restaurants within walking distance (I recommend Paladar - about .7 miles away, but worth it!) and the 2 colmados that are close make water and other small necessities easy to find. Juan Dolio is not known to be the best beach in the DR, however because it's closest to the city and the airport, it makes it convenient. We like Marbella Towers because we can swim in the beautiful pools, but enjoy laying on the beach as well. We will be back, and I will be renting with Bellamar Vacation Rentals again.

Beautiful beach front property. I loved the privacy and confort of the apartment. Perfect for a quick get away. The restaurants across the street were wonderful and convenient if you don’t want to cook.

El apartamento 7-27, excelente te lo recomiendo es algo increible, buenas condiciones habitaciones cómodas, para familias o sólo es 1 MUST, no te pierdas visitar este hermoso lugar, la vista desde aqui es algo impresionante es la piscina principal junto a la playa es que con la vista ua esta todo pago, pregunta por el 7-27, me dijeron que el dueño se llama Carlos, este lugar esta de ensueño te invito a conocerlo. Super recomendado. El apartamento tiene una vista espectacular hacia la playa ademas de ser un apartamento bastante amplio, cómodo y en muy buenas condiciones. Es un complejo bastante cómodo y amigable. No hubo ningún tipo de inconveniente y fue un servicio extraordinariamente amable.

Un appartement bien situé, bien équipé. Le balcon est large, intimiste, aéré et avec une belle vue. Bref, un tres bon rapport qualité Prix pour 2 adultes et 2 enfants.

The experience at this apartment which was very nice looking however the experience was not that great. Not hot water, water went off 3 during a single week, the electric wen off another 5 times, the staff wete not friendly or helpful in any way, they didn't want us to use the pool or the beach at night. Also they charge about 120 dollar gor the use of electricity that was available half the time we were there. I highly recommend anyone that a hotel would've been a much greater experience.

This property is better than the pictures provided, Carlos was amazing to work with and very easy to set up payments. This is not my first time at Marbella but the set up in this particular apartment will definitely bring me back to this one, the view is amazing, the couch on the deck and the bunk beds in the 2nd bedroom and the sectional sofa in the living room are all pluses!! I would highly recommend this apartment, Carlos was always available for any question or concerns I had and was always very quick to respond to me. The apartment was very clean and ready for us when we arrived, we did not have any issues and every thing was in very good working order, lots of clean sheets and towels, lots of hot water for showers, this is one of my favourite apartments so far in Marbella!!

My family and I were traveling down from New York to stay in Juan Dolio. For those who may not have traveled to the DR before, Juan Dolio is a hidden gem... it's the best beach within easy driving distance if you want to stay near the capital, Santo Domingo on the south coast. For us, Punta Cana is too "tourist-resort"-ish, Las Terrenas/Samana is too remote (even with the new highway) and in Puerto Plata it's really just the beach, not too many things to do outside the resorts. Juan Dolio combines a great beach that's within driving distance of malls, other dining, sightseeing & activities in the capital (we have 5 kids, all tweens/teenagers). In Juan Dolio, Marbella Towers is (IMHO) the best place to stay. They REALLY keep the property up. They keep the beach (which is more of less private), immaculately clean. The pools are super clean and the largest ones in Juan Dolio. They have a real nice play ground/fort/slide area for smaller kids and a game room onsite for teens etc. and SUPER SECURITY, IT'S VERY SAFE. And since each apartment is owned (and rented out when the owners aren't there), they're fully furnished and well maintained as a home would be unlike if you rent a room at a hotel where you never know what it will be like until you open the door! From the moment I made an inquiry Carlos was VERY responsive (I'd literally email him and receive a response always within 5 minutes!) We actually rented 2 of his units as we were meeting with some relatives and both units were top-notch! They were extremely clean and fully-ready. There's nothing we had to do, we just checked in and enjoyed our vacation. Everything was "as advertised" in the posting (and better). We needed to add/change certain days we were staying... Carlos accommodated with NO PROBLEM. If we needed anything he let us know we could contact him any time (and since I don't speak Spanish having a local resource like that for my family is gold. The last thing you want on a vacation is any surprises!) Our vacation was a 5-star experience, Carlos was great to work with and the unit was EXCELLENT! (it's really impressive, you won't be disappointed!).

We were very pleased with our stay, and the view was breathtaking. Carlos Jr, was easygoing and the transaction was seamless. The decor of the apartment will remind you of a nautical adventure, and the when you look at the window you will feel as thought you have arrived to a pristine paradise. Secure, clean, and conveniently located. Only 45 minutes to the capital.....We will be back very soon. Thank you Carlos for allowing us to stay in your home away from home....

Unlivable conditions.resulted in an early checkout. We brought our teenage daughters to Santo Domingo for a relaxing vacation and that is not what we had. The day we checked in, both shower heads were broken and my entire day was spent in the condo waiting for repair. We finally had repair at 9PM in the evening. Then the hot water heater broke and we lost another full day waiting for repair. The heater replacement never arrived and after 48 hours without a hot shower we checked out. Owner will not refund any money despite our request for the 2 days we lost. He did offer a free weekend should we want to book next year, but who would want to relive the nightmare of a dirty condo with horrible maintenance. The property overall was beautiful but the condo poorly maintained. Spend your money elsewhere.

El apartamento es realmente muy bonito, está muy bien amueblado y cuenta con todas las comodidades (TV, DVD, toallas, vajilla, etc) para pasar una estadía relajada en un entorno espectacular como lo es Marbella en Juan Dolio. Esta en un 7º piso, la ubicación ideal para una buena vista del mar y la playa, así como una tranquilidad adecuada. El apartamento combina las comodidades de un apartamento, con las facilidades de un hotel. Muy recomendable.
