Clean, quiet and really cute! Very spacious and short walk to the beach across the street! Will definitely be back!

The unit was larger than expected. Older but well mainted, plenty of towels and kitchen accessories. Pool on property was nice, shoet walk to beach.

Everything was communicated to us through email and texts. I really liked the information sent to us, very helpful and easy to access. The condo is out dated, the pictures were a little touched up to make it l ook newer. Needs a few repairs in bathroom, needs more toilet paper then 4 rolls for a family of 6 Please think about darker curtains, energy saving would be best.If sitting outside on porch you can see thru curtains into master bedroom. The other rooms, the parking light cones thru brught orange at night, bright in both rooms so we had to hang blanket over curtains for baby to take naps. Overall location was great! Should have a ramp for beach access for wagons. Had to carry our grands wagon down steps, no fun at all. Might want to suggest this to city council. Thank you for sharing your piece of Paradise with us ! Update these items and we would come back !

We had a great stay at this condo! It was very spacious and had everything we needed. We slept 7 comfortably. Plenty of storage in and outside with two balconies. The pool was very close and the walk to the beach wasn’t much more than any other resort or place we have stayed at. Getting an umbrella and chairs on the beach was really easy and a huge perk! The local bar/restaurants were very convenient to walk to as well. It’s all around a beautiful, safe, and quiet area.

My friends and I loved how local the property was to all activities we participated in! Just a quick walk across the street to the beach!

Check in was so easy I was pleased with that. The beach is literally right across the street you could walk my kids loved that . We went almost every day there lol. The house was spotless upon arrival if need help with anything it was directions all over the house to help with anything that need to be found or helped with. I would definitely be back again for our summer vacation trip.

Loved the location of this condo! Steps from the beach. The property management had excellent communication. I do wish the property included beach towels because we had nothing. There was plenty of room, and the kitchen was well stocked.

Overall, we were happy with our stay. The unit is about a five minute walk from the beach which was very convenient and having private beach access with chairs and an umbrella was absolutely worth the walk. The unit was quite outdated as other reviews have mentioned. The bathrooms could use some love. It was clean when we checked in but the floors could use a deep clean as they were a little dirty.

The experience of this VRBO was awesome. The floors were dirty when we arrived, but after contacting the property manager, they sent over a cleaner the next morning and it was cleaned. Very satisfied with the stay!

This was a great place to stay in the Destin area. Great location to the beach and shopping areas. Would definitely book here again!

Stayed at this property with a couple friends to attend a wedding about a mile away and it was the perfect fit! Very safe area to walk around and all amenities up to date

We enjoyed our time at the property , we had all we needed , it can use some extra coffe cups and utensils like forks and spoons , the couches could be cleaned . We enjoyed the beach the pool and the area . We would rent again ! The staff did respond to all issues . We added a extra night

We were very happy with this condo. The 3 bedrooms were very nice and there were also 2 comfortable couches (one folds out to another bed) We loved having the front and back porch. I would definitely stay here again. Pool was very close, but next time I will be prepared for the walk to the beach.

My girls friends and I stayed here for a weekend getaway. Short walk to the beach and in a central location to lots of bars and restaurants! Great place.

First time trip to Destin. Condo was perfect for our family of 5. It’s located right across from beach entrance. We hit the Outdoor shower area and pool everyday on the way home from the beach. Would definitely go back.

Well needed vacation and first with our grandbaby. Had a few issues but nothing serious. Over all it was great stay and an enjoyable location. Will definitely stay there again in the future

100% best stay

We were very lucky to be able to rent this unit at fairly last minute. The unit was spacious and clean. Short want to the beach with a local eating very close. The pool on grounds was clean and warm. Perfect for a couple days where there were double red flags on the beach. Loved it here.

Bummer…. three stars. We were EXTREMELY disappointed in the sleeping accommodations. One of the reasons we chose this property over others was bc it would sleep us all. The pull out bed was completely broken. Once pulled out, not only could it not be slept on, we could not get the couch put back together to sit on during the day. Very disappointing. The twin beds need to be replaced. Very creeky and loud. The location was great. The management was nice.

We loved our stay. The kids loved the pool. The location was great and the price was right on point. We will definitely be back!

Very nice

We have stayed at Chateau since 1980 so we are well aware of the area. The tv was the frustrating point but someone came and fixed the problem. You have a window in the second bedroom that needs to be looked into. It really rattled when the wind is up besides the loss of heat and air thru it. We would come back again.

The condo was just as listed. It had everything we needed. Some areas of improvement: The sink in the master area was clogged, but that's an easy fix. There were no hangers in the closet. It could use some updating, it's showing some age.
