The hosts of this lovely property provided clear information in a timely manner, and were available for any questions or problems. The location is excellent for walking to a great eating area downtown, and is close to the Edison/Ford estate as well. There's a nice pool for cooling off in the Florida sun!

Apartment Pelican is conveniently located - a quick walk to Publix, the historic River District, and an easy drive to the beach. The property, although very basic in its amenities, was clean and comfortable. It lived up to its online description.

We were working (cleaning up storm damaged property on sanibel), not on vacation, but place was great.
Very close to downtown, restaurants, etc.
Nice neighborhood and within walking distance to Publix.
Was perfect for us and would definitely stay there again.

Oasis in Ft Myers
Spacious, clean and comfortable two bedroom with screened in porch and a swimming pool. It was lovely!

Nice place in a good location.
This property is located in a nice and quiet location. Overall we enjoyed our stay. I would recommend additional seating in the living room area. We had three adults and one couch was not enough to be comfortable.

Great Get Away Weekend
My sister and I just needed to get away and relax. Mission accomplished! The neighborhood is very quiet and the cottage is very cozy. We also enjoyed exploring the area. We visited Sanibel, Ft. Myers Beach and Marco Island. We loved seeing all the different beaches. I would definitely visit again.

Slow starter
Arrival was a downer as we had driven 12+hours and lacked the access code. Marcu s got us in but someone had accessed the unit and used it Saturday evening. Another call and the issue was resolved. We enjoyed the facilities,pool downtown closeness and all the great guests and quiet surroundings.

Lovely apartment in a quiet neighborhood, pool was awesome and clean. The location was convenient to downtown restaurants , and the Edison Ford Museum, and was all walkable for us. I would recommend this property to anyone.

Just like being at home only warmer with pool
This is a spacious unit with a screened front porch and back yard, free laundry and bikes for use. It has comfortable furniture and is close to downtown Ft. Myers.

Nice little Appartment
Nice little Appartments but disspointet over they way the use of grill is planed by the owner. You must bring your own gas, that’s not good. Roof on patio is not tight meaning everything left out there is getting wet when it rains

Liebevoll eingerichtetes Appartment. Sehr gut ausgestattet. Bequeme Betten. Kleiner
Pool mit Liegen. Terrasse mit Grill. Problemloses Einchecken. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und wären gerne noch länger geblieben.

Very clean
The unit was nice and clean and was perfect for our stay. It is very close to downtown Fort Myers where there a some very nice restaurants. The units is also very close to McGregor Blvd near the Edison House and is a straight shot about a 20 minute ride to Fort Myers beach. It is also right off RT 41 which also has many nice places to eat. We were very happy with our stay.

Clean, Quaint and Great Location
Booked five rooms for a family getaway and had an amazing time! Rentals were perfect and allowed us to all stay together yet have separate space. The pool was heated and AWESOME! We even were able to BBQ twice. I would definitely recommend Barra Villa Resort.

Nice Location Near Downtown
Nice Location Near downtown Fort Myers and main roads. The place was ideal for a family with recreational facilities including a screened porch, back covered porch with grill and seating for at least 6, and a private pool. The beds and all other furniture were comfortable.

Pelican is a Charming cozy cottage
Great location just off McGregor!. Close proximity to downtown. Home is comfortable, clean, quiet, and budget friendly. No frills or extras. There is bedding and towels are provided, but sheets were slippery (not cotton). Ample off street parking in a quiet neighborhood. If you are in sunny Fla and want tv. There is only over the air channel reception. Charity the property manager is very helpful if you have any questions or requests.
