Wonderful spot, well appointed and convenient to the beach

I would definitely come back here. The condo was clean and right on the beach. Lots of kitchenware if you want to stay in to cook, which was very convenient for us since we have 3 kids kids 3 and under. The back patio also has a hose and shower for cleaning off, which was extremely convenient. The walk to the beach is short, at most a minute or two dragging a wagon and 3 kids.

This was for a end of life celebration. I have not seen a better property on the island. Do yourself a favor and book while you can . You won’t be disappointed at all , in fact you won’t want to leave !

This unit was beautiful. Had more than enough beach towels, and bath towels/rags. Very spacious and accommodated my family of 10. Ease of access to the beach, literally walked out the sliding glass doors to a nice concrete patio, and stepped directly on the sand. Loved the fact we had beach service as well. We will be back! It was perfect.

One of the Most Spacious unit we have ever stayed at very peaceful everything on Point!!! Would recommend and comeback anytime!!! If I would get unit 112 I'll come down every week!!! Thank You!!!!

We love this place. Plan on coming every year that we can!! We have stayed in other units when this is booked and they are nice too but this is our favorite. Easy renting and so easy to work with. Communication and customer service is excellent!!

Our stay at the surf dweller was absolutely perfect! You get to wake up and hear the beach, catch lizards, or build sand castle by just walking straight out the back door! It’s was perfect for our family.

Snag this condo! This space provided great beach access right on the sand. Very clean condo with clean floors! I will suggest an internal top lock on the main door to prevent the kids from going out. Overall, wonderful stay. Highly recommend.

Perfect location to the beach! We loved being able to walk out on the patio and have our feet directly in the sand. No hassle with the elevator or stairs. Will definitely be back!

We have been coming to Florida off and on for years now…. This location is our favorite! We decided to go on vacation with my husband’s grandparents and our children, we knew we wanted something convenient and safe. His grandma has trouble with her knees, so being on bottom floor, right on the beach, helped her enjoy her vacation even more. We also have have children ages 2-8. We knew we did not want to try and cross busy highways with them so this was also a big plus allowing them to play in the sand while waiting for others to get ready to head to the beach. Cleanliness, updated, and great communication from the host. Definitely will be coming back!

Super clean, everything provided, even towels for your time on the beach. Location at the bottom corner gives you very easy access to the waterfront. An older unit, but all new furnishings; beds super comfy too! Now if only the property had EV charging, but can't fault the unit for that. Overall wonderful stay!

Condo had everything we needed and then several extra touches. Loved the layout of the place. Men loved the large screen tv. Beach service was ver nice. Family loved Stewby’s restaurant nearby. Thanks for making everything available.

Our Florida go to! This condo has everything you need plus some, from the large kitchen that you can cook anything in, to the wonderful living room that seats as many people as you have. Not to mention the beds are extremely comfortable and the views and memories you get from hanging out on the back porch are unforgettable. We don’t own this condo, but we refer to it as our Florida home. Not to mention the wonderful restaurants that are just a short walk away. This is a must stay!

We loved this condo that’s right on the beach! Beautiful views for sunrise/sunset. This condo is on the end of the building and right next to the beach access/shower. It was plenty of room for all of us girls. Only 15 minutes from Destin! I also recommend eating at Stewby’s seafood that’s across the street.

Wonderful condo sitting first floor end unit and was very spacious! All kitchen items needed were there! Small details but great for family stay and cooking in unit! Easy to get in and out with no issues! Will book again with Kim

Beautiful condo! Right on the beach. Perfect location just steps from the beach. End condo right by barbecue pit area. The condo was spacious, had everything you would need for a very comfortable stay. Even some extra little touches. Property Management was very attentive It was a great vacation!

5 of us, sisters and cousins stayed over a long weekend. The location was perfect, the amenities were great. Plenty of space, towels and hot water. It would have been nice to have salt and pepper or sweetener for coffee just to get us started but we made it fine. Having the end unit was good. We had immediate access to the beach. Convenient to local restaurants, not walking distance but nearby.

This was a very nice condo. Easy access to beach and private. Very family oriented beach with families and not crowed like Panama City. We took our grandchildren ages 6 and 7. They could play in the sand right off of our patio in the evenings. Very private! Access was the easiest to the beach. We have stayed at numerous condos in the past 30 years and this was so easy for us...parking and no hauling up stuff in the elevator because we were ground level in this condo. Beach was super nice. We rented the pontoon boat and that was very nice. Condo offers this at a super great price. Service for pontoon was 5 star. Clean and large boat. Service was excellent. The condo was very clean. Our family will come back again. I rely on reviews when I book something. I hope this information helps you make a decision for your future vacation with family and friends....this is a nice condo.

This condo was definitely the perfect place to stay. Right on the beach, not far at all from restaurants and activities. Super clean and the bed was so comfy! Fully stocked kitchen came in handy! Kids had games to play so they stayed occupied when coming in from the beach or pool. Totally recommend this place! Communication was excellent as well!! Hope to come back soon.

Location was great and overall not a bad stay but a few things were a little frustrating. The beach service listed as provided when booked was not provided. Instead we were told an umbrella and chairs would be at the property for our use, but this was not the case. Additionally, despite having enough plates/cups for 10 there was not enough silverware for everyone in our group and the pool was closed for half of our stay. We were notified of this closure the day it began so maybe it was an unexpected repair, but still a damper on our stay.
